s2, the aluminum material falls into the first crushing box 1 downwards, the first motor 11 enables the first rotating piece 13 to rotate circumferentially, and the crushing knife 14 rotates along with the first rotating piece and crushes the aluminum material; the first connecting piece 15 drives the second connecting piece 16 to rotate, and the first crushing teeth 17 crush the aluminum material; the first crushing roller 18 and the second crushing roller 19 rotate and crush the aluminum material, and the rotating directions of the first crushing roller 18 and the second crushing roller 19 are opposite;
s3, gathering the primarily crushed aluminum materials at the bottom of the first crushing box 1 and entering the material conveying pipe 6 along the inclined surface of the first crushing box, and conveying the aluminum materials into the screening cylinder 20 by the material conveying pipe 6;
s4, the second rotating piece 22 is made to rotate circumferentially by the second motor 21, and then the screening cylinder 20 is driven to rotate in the second crushing box 2 through the gear 23 and the toothed ring 24, so that the internal aluminum material is turned over; the bulge 37 rotates along with the bulge, and the fourth crushing tooth 38 crushes the aluminum material;
the third motor 25 rotates the third rotating member 26, the crushing plate 32 rotates therewith, and the second crushing teeth 33 crush the aluminum material in the screen cylinder 20; the third rotating part 26 drives one group of rotating rods 27 to rotate through the first transmission part 28, the second transmission part 29 drives all the rotating rods 27 to synchronously rotate, and the crushing balls 35 and the third crushing teeth 36 crush the aluminum materials in the screening cylinder 20;
s5, the screening drum 20 screens the aluminum materials in the rotating process, the aluminum materials smaller than the apertures of the screen holes fall down and enter the collecting hopper 4, and the aluminum materials fall into the collecting box 5 along the discharging pipe 39, so that the crushed aluminum materials are collected.
In the invention, when in use, the waste metal aluminum material is conveyed into the receiving hopper 9 through the conveying device (or the operator manually pours the waste metal aluminum material into the receiving hopper 9); the aluminum material falls into the first crushing box 1 downwards, the first motor 11 enables the first rotating piece 13 to rotate circumferentially, and the crushing knife 14 rotates along with the first rotating piece and crushes the aluminum material; the first connecting piece 15 drives the second connecting piece 16 to rotate, and the first crushing teeth 17 crush the aluminum material; the first crushing roller 18 and the second crushing roller 19 rotate and crush the aluminum materials to realize primary crushing of the waste aluminum materials;
the primarily crushed aluminum materials are gathered at the bottom of the first crushing box 1 and enter the material conveying pipe 6 along the inclined plane of the first crushing box, and the material conveying pipe 6 conveys the aluminum materials into the screening cylinder 20; the second motor 21 makes the second rotating part 22 perform circular rotation, and then drives the screening cylinder 20 to rotate in the second crushing box 2 through the gear 23 and the gear ring 24, so as to realize the turnover of the internal aluminum material; the bulge 37 rotates along with the bulge, and the fourth crushing tooth 38 crushes the aluminum material; the third motor 25 rotates the third rotating member 26, the crushing plate 32 rotates therewith, and the second crushing teeth 33 crush the aluminum material in the screen cylinder 20; the third rotating part 26 drives one group of the rotating rods 27 to rotate through the first transmission part 28, the second transmission part 29 drives each rotating rod 27 to synchronously rotate, and the crushing balls 35 and the third crushing teeth 36 crush the aluminum materials in the screening cylinder 20, so that the crushing effect is good, and the crushing efficiency is high; the screening cylinder 20 screens the aluminum materials in the rotating process, the aluminum materials smaller than the aperture of the screen holes fall down and enter the collecting hopper 4, the aluminum materials larger than the aperture of the screen holes continuously stay in the screening cylinder 20 until the aluminum materials are crushed to be smaller than the aperture of the screen holes, and the waste metal aluminum materials can be uniformly crushed to a certain size; the aluminum material falls into the collecting box 5 along the discharging pipe 39, and the collection of the crushed aluminum material is realized.

1. A recovery device for waste metal aluminum crushed aggregates is characterized by comprising a first crushing box (1), a second crushing box (2), a fixed box (3), a conical piece (10), a first rotating piece (13), a first connecting piece (15), a second connecting piece (16), a screening cylinder (20), a second rotating piece (22), a third rotating piece (26), a rotating rod (27), a first driving piece (28), a second driving piece (29) and a connecting box (30);
the first crushing box (1) is arranged on the second crushing box (2), and a material receiving hopper (9) is arranged at the top of the first crushing box (1); the tip end of the conical piece (10) faces upwards, a fixing rod (12) is arranged on the conical piece (10), and the fixing rod (12) is connected with the first crushing box (1); a first motor (11) is arranged on the conical piece (10), the output end of the first motor (11) is connected with a first rotating piece (13), and a crushing knife (14) is arranged on the first rotating piece (13); the first connecting piece (15) is arranged on the first rotating piece (13), the second connecting piece (16) is vertically arranged and movably connected with the first crushing box (1), the other end of the first connecting piece (15) is connected with the second connecting piece (16), and the second connecting piece (16) is provided with first crushing teeth (17); a limiting slide block is arranged on the second connecting piece (16), an annular guide groove is arranged in the first crushing box (1), and the limiting slide block is positioned in the annular guide groove and is in sliding connection with the first crushing box (1); a first crushing roller (18) and a second crushing roller (19) are arranged on the first crushing box (1), and the first crushing roller (18) and the second crushing roller (19) are positioned below the crushing knife (14);
the second crushing box (2) is connected with the fixed box (3), a discharge hole (40) and a material collecting hopper (4) are arranged at the bottom of the second crushing box (2), and the material collecting hopper (4) is positioned in the fixed box (3); a collecting box (5) is also arranged in the fixed box (3), and a discharging pipe (39) is correspondingly arranged at the bottom of the collecting hopper (4); the screening cylinder (20) is transversely arranged in the second crushing box (2) and is rotatably connected with the second crushing box, a material conveying pipe (6) is arranged on the first crushing box (1), and the other end of the material conveying pipe (6) penetrates through the second crushing box (2) and extends into the screening cylinder (20); a second motor (21) is arranged on the second crushing box (2), and the output end of the second motor (21) is connected with a second rotating piece (22); a toothed ring (24) is arranged on the peripheral surface of the screening cylinder (20), a gear (23) is arranged on the second rotating piece (22), and the gear (23) is meshed with the toothed ring (24);
the connecting box (30) is arranged on the second crushing box (2), and the third motor (25) is arranged on the connecting box (30); the third rotating part (26) is transversely arranged and is rotationally connected with the second crushing box (2), and the output end of the third motor (25) is connected with the third rotating part (26); a connecting shaft (31) is arranged on the third rotating part (26), a crushing plate (32) is arranged on the connecting shaft (31), and a second crushing tooth (33) is arranged on the crushing plate (32); the rotating rods (27) are transversely arranged and are rotatably connected with the second crushing box (2), and the rotating rods (27) are distributed around the third rotating part (26) in an annular array; a connecting rod (34) is arranged on the rotating rod (27), a crushing ball (35) is arranged on the connecting rod (34), and third crushing teeth (36) are uniformly arranged on the crushing ball (35); the first transmission piece (28) is in transmission connection with the third rotation piece (26) and one group of the rotating rods (27), and the second transmission piece (29) is in transmission connection with each rotating rod (27); on each group of rotating rods (27), the connecting rods (34) are arranged in a plurality of circles along the transverse direction at equal intervals, and each circle of connecting rods (34) is distributed around the rotating rods (27) in an annular array; a bulge (37) is arranged on the inner circumferential surface of the screening cylinder (20), and a fourth crushing tooth (38) is arranged on the bulge (37); the bulges (37) are arc-shaped, the fourth crushing teeth (38) are arranged on the arc surfaces of the fourth crushing teeth, the bulges (37) are transversely provided with a plurality of circles, and the bulges (37) of each circle are distributed around the connecting shaft (31) in an annular array.

A scrap aluminum scrap recycling apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the third rotating member (26) is provided with a chain wheel, one of the rotating members (27) is correspondingly provided with a chain wheel, and the first transmission member (28) is a chain and is drivingly connected with the two chain wheels.
3. A scrap aluminum scrap recycling apparatus according to claim 1, wherein each of the rotating rods (27) is provided with a sprocket, and the second transmission member (29) is a chain and drivingly connected to the sprockets.
4. A scrap aluminum scrap recycling apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the fixed box (3) is provided with a transparent door (7), and the bottom of the fixed box (3) is provided with rollers (8).
5. A scrap aluminum scrap recycling apparatus in accordance with claim 1, wherein the crushing blades (14) are arranged in a plurality of vertically equidistant turns, and each turn of the crushing blades (14) is arranged in an annular array around the first rotating member (13).
6. The scrap aluminum scrap recycling apparatus in accordance with claim 1, further comprising an arcuate screen plate; be equipped with the multiunit opening on filter cylinder (20), the arc screening board sets up the outer peripheral face at filter cylinder and covers the opening, and is equipped with the sieve mesh on the arc screening board.
7. The scrap aluminum scrap recycling apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further providing a method for using the scrap aluminum scrap recycling apparatus, comprising the steps of:
s1, conveying the waste metal aluminum material into the receiving hopper (9) through a conveying device, or manually pouring the waste metal aluminum material into the receiving hopper (9) by an operator;
s2, the aluminum material falls into the first crushing box (1) downwards, the first rotating piece (13) is made to rotate circularly by the first motor (11), and the crushing knife (14) rotates along with the first rotating piece to crush the aluminum material; the first connecting piece (15) drives the second connecting piece (16) to rotate, and the first crushing teeth (17) crush the aluminum materials; the first crushing roller (18) and the second crushing roller (19) rotate and crush the aluminum materials, and the rotating directions of the first crushing roller (18) and the second crushing roller (19) are opposite;
s3, gathering the primarily crushed aluminum materials at the bottom of the first crushing box (1) and entering a material conveying pipe (6) along the inclined plane of the first crushing box, and conveying the aluminum materials into a screening cylinder (20) through the material conveying pipe (6);
s4, the second rotating piece (22) is made to rotate circumferentially by the second motor (21), and then the screening cylinder (20) is driven to rotate in the second crushing box (2) through the gear (23) and the gear ring (24) so as to realize the turnover of the internal aluminum material; the bulge (37) rotates along with the bulge, and the fourth crushing tooth (38) crushes the aluminum material;
the third motor (25) rotates the third rotating part (26), the crushing plate (32) rotates along with the third rotating part, and the second crushing teeth (33) crush the aluminum materials in the screening cylinder (20); the third rotating piece (26) drives one group of rotating rods (27) to rotate through the first transmission piece (28), the second transmission piece (29) drives all the rotating rods (27) to synchronously rotate, and the crushing balls (35) and the third crushing teeth (36) crush the aluminum materials in the screening cylinder (20);
s5, the screening drum (20) screens the aluminum materials in the rotating process, the aluminum materials smaller than the apertures of the screen holes fall down and enter the collecting hopper (4), and the aluminum materials fall into the collecting box (5) along the discharging pipe (39), so that the crushed aluminum materials are collected.
