具体的,所述步骤五中当主站监测系统发现敏感用户产生失电故障时,对高危敏感故障用户进行实时报警,在电网地理图上用颜色和图标显著特征直观区分正常用户与故障用户,准确研判故障类型和停电范围,对停电客户进行精确匹配和故障定位,主动派发抢修工单;将停电信息自动关联高危敏感用户,根据发布模板自动推送信息,与用户及时沟通,有效提升客户服务感知;点击故障用户能看到失电信息和辅助决策信息,显示用户前后段的主线路分段开关,并根据地址定位区域自动下派工单至所属网格化服务队伍,督促现场人员优先安排巡线和倒电。
综上所述,本发明敏感用户用电状态的监测系统及监测方法通过分析环网母线开关、柱上开关、配电变压器的运行数据,实时监测敏感用户的用电状态,实时鉴别敏感用户是否产生失电故障;当敏感用户发生失电故障时,可第一时间发现并做到及时响应,能迅速通知敏感用户停送电信息,且通过与配电自动化智能终端配合,有效缩短了敏感用户的故障停电时间,确保敏感用户的安全可靠用电,减少事故停电造成的损失,为电网安全运行调控工作提供强有力的技术支撑,减轻电网管理人员工作量,提高管理效率。

1.一种敏感用户用电状态的监测系统,其特征在于,包括配电自动化智能终端、配电自动化系统和主站系统服务器;
所述配电自动化智能终端安装于现场设备侧,采集配网中环网母线开关、柱上开关以及配电变压器的实时运行数据,并将数据上传至配电自动化系统;
所述配电自动化系统每隔一分钟生成一个包含所有环网母线开关、柱上开关、配电变压器运行数据的CIME文件;
所述主站监测系统通过读取配电自动化系统生成的CIME文件,获取相关设备运行数据,通过监测敏感用户所属的环网母线开关、柱上开关、配电变压器运行数据,实时监测敏感用户的用电状态;当主站监测系统发现敏感用户产生失电故障时,会以短信方式进行网格化派单和信息推送,保证相关人员第一时间得知故障信息,从而缩短抢修流程和时间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的敏感用户用电状态的监测系统,其特征在于,所述配电自动化智能终端通过4G专网或光纤将数据上传至配电自动化系统。
3.一种根据权利要求1所述的敏感用户用电状态的监测系统的监测方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一:在主站监测系统中维护敏感用户的基本信息以及所属的环网母线开关、柱上开关、配电变压器信息,建立敏感用户数据库;
步骤二:通过配电自动化智能终端实时采集配网中环网母线开关、柱上开关、配电变压器的运行数据,并将数据上传至配电自动化系统;
步骤三:配变自动化系统每隔一分钟生成一个包含所有环网母线开关、柱上开关、配电变压器运行数据的CIME文件,主站监测系统通过读取配电自动化系统生成的CIME文件,获取相关设备运行数据;
步骤四:主站监测系统通过监测敏感用户所属的环网母线开关、柱上开关、配电变压器运行数据,来实现实时监测敏感用户的用电状态;
步骤五:当主站监测系统发现敏感用户产生失电故障时,会以短信方式进行网格化派单和信息推送,保证相关人员第一时间得知故障信息,从而缩短抢修流程和时间。
4.一种根据权利要求3所述的敏感用户用电状态的监测系统的监测方法,其特征在于,所述步骤一中主站监测系统使用Mysql数据库对敏感用户的基本信息以及所属的环网母线开关、柱上开关、配电变压器信息进行数据存储,形成敏感用户数据库。
5.一种根据权利要求3所述的敏感用户用电状态的监测系统的监测方法,其特征在于,所述步骤一中敏感用户的基本信息包括敏感用户的名称、负责人、用电容量、电压等级、详细地址、分属用检员信息以及对应抢修队信息。
6.一种根据权利要求3所述的敏感用户用电状态的监测系统的监测方法,其特征在于,所述步骤二中配电自动化智能终端实时采集环网母线开关、柱上开关、配电变压器的电流电压运行数据,并将数据上传至配电自动化系统。
7.一种根据权利要求3所述的敏感用户用电状态的监测系统的监测方法,其特征在于,所述步骤三中主站监测系统实时查看配电自动化系统是否生成最新的包含环网母线开关、柱上开关、配电变压器运行数据的CIME文件,如果有最新文件,根据敏感用户的所属环网母线开关、柱上开关、配电变压器的信息,去CIME文件中进行查找匹配,从而更新相关设备的最新运行数据。
