Background
The communication iron tower is composed of tower body, platform, ladder stand, antenna support and other steel components, is subjected to hot galvanizing and anti-corrosion treatment, is mainly used for transmission and emission of microwave, ultrashort wave and wireless network signals, and is generally provided with a lightning rod for avoiding lightning stroke of the communication iron tower.
The existing communication tower uses a lightning rod and usually has no lightning rod protection device, if a lightning rod anti-shaking device is lacked, the risk that the lightning rod shakes to influence the protection effect of the lightning rod exists, and the existing part of the lightning rod is an integral part, so that the danger of carrying the lightning rod to the communication tower is increased, and further the reliability of the lightning rod for the existing communication tower is poor.

step one; firstly, a fixed cylinder is downwards placed from the top of a fixed ring, the fixed cylinder respectively penetrates through the fixed ring and a bearing disc, a circular connecting rod and the fixed cylinder are fixedly connected, when the fixed cylinder is placed downwards, a first limiting sliding block is kept to slide in a limiting sliding groove, after the bottom end of a first fixing ring is contacted with the top end of the fixed ring, the circular connecting rod and the fixed cylinder stop downwards, then four first connecting bolts are respectively rotated to fix the first fixing ring, and then a rotating nut is in threaded connection with a threaded groove on the outer wall of the fixed cylinder and is screwed tightly;
step two; after the round connecting rod is fixed, the third connecting bolt is rotated clockwise. The first annular clamping plate and the second annular clamping plate are rotated away under the action of the shaft sleeve, then the groove wall of the annular groove is sleeved by the first annular clamping plate and the second annular clamping plate, the four second limiting sliding blocks are clamped in the corresponding four limiting sliding grooves, and then the third connecting bolt is rotated anticlockwise, so that the two fixing blocks are fixed;

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
firstly, a lightning arrester main body is divided into three parts, namely a circular connecting rod, a fixed cylinder and a conical round platform, a circular mounting groove is formed in the bottom of the conical round platform, then a circular protruding block is fixedly connected to the top end of the circular connecting rod, the conical round platform is only required to be sleeved on the outer wall of the circular protruding block during mounting, then the conical round platform is fixed through a second fixed ring, the circular connecting rod is fixed on a second supporting ring through a first fixing ring, the fixed cylinder is directly and fixedly connected with the circular connecting rod, the fixed cylinder is clamped on a bearing round platform through a rotating nut at the bottom of the outer wall at the other end, and the main body is separately mounted, so that a direct mounting integrated device is effectively avoided, and the danger of transporting the integrated lightning arrester device to a high-position communication tower is reduced;
secondly, four first limiting slide blocks are fixedly connected to the inner wall of the fixed ring and matched with limiting slide grooves, on one hand, when the lightning arrester is installed, a cylinder is fixed below, and at the same time, the four first limiting slide blocks are only required to be installed in the limiting slide grooves in a sliding mode, so that when the fixed cylinder is placed to the lowest position, and then when the first connecting bolt is rotated, the first connecting bolt can be rotated only by directly rotating the first connecting bolt without rotating the fixed cylinder, and on the other hand, after the lightning arrester is installed, the lightning arrester can be ensured not to rotate by the first limiting slide blocks and the limiting slide grooves, so that the lightning arrester is more stable;
after the first annular clamping plate and the second annular clamping plate are fixed on the circular connecting rod, the four fixing bottom plates are pulled respectively, the four fixing bottom plates are pulled to the upper portion of the second threaded groove corresponding to the top end of the second supporting ring, then the plurality of second connecting bolts are rotated respectively, the four fixing bottom plates are sequentially fixed to the top end of the second supporting ring, the circular connecting rod is fixed through the four supporting rods, and novel shaking of the lightning arrester during use is avoided.
