The apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein the apparatus comprises: the lower extreme fixedly connected with rectangle frame (3) of box (1), the rear side of rectangle frame (3) is opened and is equipped with the bar opening, vertical fixedly connected with orientation lever in the bar opening, rotate through the bearing housing on the pole wall of orientation lever and cup jointed half gear (26), and one side and ring gear (6) meshing of half gear (26), half gear (26) and orientation lever are with the axle center, the vertical transfer line (25) that is equipped with in box (1) rear side, the one end fixedly connected with brake lever (24) of transfer line (25), the other end fixedly connected with connecting block of transfer line (25), the one end of connecting block and one side fixed connection of half gear (26).

The apparatus as claimed in claim 4, wherein the apparatus comprises: two guide bars (23) of lower extreme inner wall symmetry fixedly connected with of box (1), two the upper end of guide bar (23) all with the lower extreme fixed connection of diaphragm (5), the lateral wall of rectangular plate (4) passes through the guiding hole and slides with the pole wall of guide bar (23) and cup joints.
