The device for establishing the outsourcing platform model comprises a processor and a memory, wherein the acquisition module, the evaluation module, the establishment module and the like are stored in the memory as program units, and the processor executes the program units stored in the memory to realize corresponding functions.
The processor comprises a kernel, and the kernel calls the corresponding program unit from the memory. The kernel can set one or more, and the outsourcing platform model is established by adjusting kernel parameters.
The outsourcer searching device comprises a processor and a memory, the condition acquisition module, the searching module, the showing module and the like are stored in the memory as program units, and the processor executes the program units stored in the memory to realize corresponding functions.
The processor comprises a kernel, and the kernel calls the corresponding program unit from the memory. The kernel can be set to be one or more, and the target outsourcer and the evaluation result of the target outsourcer are displayed to the user by adjusting the kernel parameters.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a storage medium, on which a program is stored, where the program, when executed by a processor, implements the method for establishing an outsourcing platform model and the outsourcing party searching method.
The embodiment of the invention provides a processor, which is used for running a program, wherein the method for establishing an outsourcing platform model and the outsourcing party searching method are executed when the program runs.
An embodiment of the present invention provides an apparatus, as shown in fig. 5, an apparatus 50 includes at least one processor 501, and at least one memory 502 and a bus 505 connected to the processor 501; the processor 501 and the memory 502 complete communication with each other through the bus 505; the processor 501 is used to call program instructions in the memory 502 to perform the above-described method for dynamically adjusting system resources. The device herein may be a server, a PC, a PAD, a mobile phone, etc.
The present application further provides a computer program product adapted to perform a program for initializing the following method steps when executed on a data processing device:
acquiring outsourcer information of at least one outsourcer for representing the outsourcer capability;
mining each outsourcer information through a machine learning algorithm to obtain associated information associated with the outsourcer information;
respectively evaluating the capacity of each outsourcer based on the outsourcer information and the associated information to obtain an evaluation result of each outsourcer;
and establishing the outsourcing platform model based on all the obtained evaluation results.
Preferably, after the acquiring outsourcer information of at least one outsourcer for characterizing the outsourcer capability and before the mining processing of each outsourcer information by the machine learning algorithm, the method further comprises:
and carrying out data standardization processing on the outsourcing party information.
Preferably, the outsourcer information includes at least one of response time, industry service capability, annual income amount, technology development capability, customer satisfaction, outsource contract signing condition, service delivery condition, industry reputation, enterprise stability, outsource category and cooperation coordination.
Preferably, the evaluating the capability of each outsourcer separately to obtain the evaluation result of each outsourcer includes at least one of the following methods:
the capacity of the outsourcing party is integrally evaluated to obtain a comprehensive evaluation result of the outsourcing party;
based on a preset evaluation project, performing special evaluation on the capacity of the outsourcer to obtain a special evaluation result of the outsourcer, wherein the special evaluation result corresponds to the preset evaluation project;
and performing industry evaluation on the capacity of the outsourcing party based on a preset evaluation industry to obtain an industry evaluation result of the outsourcing party corresponding to the preset evaluation industry.
The present application further provides a computer program product adapted to perform a program for initializing the following method steps when executed on a data processing device:
acquiring a search condition of a user;
determining a target outsourcing party corresponding to the search condition from the outsourcing platform model based on the search condition, and acquiring an evaluation result of the target outsourcing party from the outsourcing platform model;
and displaying the target outsourcing party and the evaluation result of the target outsourcing party to the user.
Preferably, if there are a plurality of target outsourcers, after obtaining the evaluation result of the target outsourcer from the outsourcing platform model, the method further includes:
sequencing all the target outsourcing parties based on the evaluation results of all the target outsourcing parties to obtain sequencing results for representing the magnitude relation among the evaluation results;
and displaying the sequencing result to the user.

As defined herein, a computer readable medium does not include a transitory computer readable medium such as a modulated data signal and a carrier wave.
It should also be noted that the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Claims (10)

1. A method of building an outsourcing platform model, the method comprising:
acquiring outsourcer information of at least one outsourcer for representing the outsourcer capability;
mining each outsourcer information through a machine learning algorithm to obtain associated information associated with the outsourcer information;
respectively evaluating the capacity of each outsourcer based on the outsourcer information and the associated information to obtain an evaluation result of each outsourcer;
and establishing the outsourcing platform model based on all the obtained evaluation results.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein after said obtaining outsourcer information for at least one outsourcer that characterizes the outsourcer's capabilities and before said mining each of the outsourcer information by the machine learning algorithm, the method further comprises:
and carrying out data standardization processing on the outsourcing party information.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the outsourcer information includes at least one of response time, industry service capabilities, annual revenue amounts, technology development capabilities, customer satisfaction, outsource contract conditions, service delivery conditions, industry reputation, enterprise stability, outsource category, and collaboration coordination.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein said individually evaluating the capability of each said outsourcer to obtain an evaluation result for each said outsourcer comprises at least one of:
the capacity of the outsourcing party is integrally evaluated to obtain a comprehensive evaluation result of the outsourcing party;
based on a preset evaluation project, performing special evaluation on the capacity of the outsourcer to obtain a special evaluation result of the outsourcer, wherein the special evaluation result corresponds to the preset evaluation project;
and performing industry evaluation on the capacity of the outsourcing party based on a preset evaluation industry to obtain an industry evaluation result of the outsourcing party corresponding to the preset evaluation industry.
5. An outsourcer lookup method, applying the outsource platform model created by the method of claim 1, the method comprising:
acquiring a search condition of a user;
determining a target outsourcing party corresponding to the search condition from the outsourcing platform model based on the search condition, and acquiring an evaluation result of the target outsourcing party from the outsourcing platform model;
and displaying the target outsourcing party and the evaluation result of the target outsourcing party to the user.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein if there are multiple target outsourcers, after said obtaining the evaluation results of the target outsourcers from the outsourcing platform model, the method further comprises:
sequencing all the target outsourcing parties based on the evaluation results of all the target outsourcing parties to obtain sequencing results for representing the magnitude relation among the evaluation results;
and displaying the sequencing result to the user.
7. An apparatus for building an outsourcing platform model, the apparatus comprising:
the outsourcer information acquiring module is used for acquiring outsourcer information of at least one outsourcer and used for representing the outsourcer capacity;
the acquisition module is used for mining each outsourcer information through a machine learning algorithm to acquire associated information associated with the outsourcer information;
the evaluation module is used for evaluating the capacity of each outsourcer respectively based on the information of the outsourcers and the associated information to obtain the evaluation result of each outsourcer;
and the establishing module is used for establishing the outsourcing platform model based on all the obtained evaluation results.
8. An outsourcer lookup apparatus, wherein the outsource platform model created using the method of claim 1, the apparatus comprising:
the condition acquisition module is used for acquiring the search conditions of the user;
the search module is used for determining a target outsourcing party corresponding to the search condition from the outsourcing platform model based on the search condition and acquiring an evaluation result of the target outsourcing party from the outsourcing platform model;
and the display module is used for displaying the target outsourcing party and the evaluation result of the target outsourcing party to the user.
9. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method steps of any one of claims 1 to 6.
10. A computer device comprising a memory, a processor and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, characterized in that the processor implements the method steps of any of claims 1-6 when executing the program.
