the first device id is an exchangeable id of the mobile device, the second device id is an id of a unique identifier of the mobile device, and the first device id is easier to obtain than the second device id for a user. For example, if the mobile device is a mobile phone, the corresponding first device id may be a SIM card number, and the second device id is a unique id of the mobile phone itself.
As an embodiment, the method further includes step S0, where the database updates the record in real time according to the device information reported by the mobile device in real time, and the fields of the database include a first device id, a second device id, location information, and time information.
It should be noted that the mobile device may report the device information in real time through a preset Software Development Kit (SDK), and it may be understood that the device information includes a first device id, a second device id, location information, and time information that need to be obtained in a database.
Step S3, retrieving the database according to the target second device id and the lost time point, and acquiring a record containing the target second device id after the lost time point;
step S4, tracking the target device according to the obtained record containing the id of the target second device after the loss time point.
According to the method, the target second device id is determined through the easily-acquired first device id and the loss time point, and the corresponding recording information is acquired in the database based on the target second device id and the loss time point to track the target device, so that the tracking efficiency and the tracking success rate of the lost mobile device can be improved.
It should be noted that some exemplary embodiments of the present invention are described as processes or methods depicted as flowcharts. Although a flowchart may describe the steps as a sequential process, many of the steps can be performed in parallel, concurrently or simultaneously. Moreover, the order of steps is merely set forth for convenience of reference and does not imply a required order of execution or steps to be rearranged. A process may be terminated when its operations are completed, but may have additional steps not included in the figure. A process may correspond to a method, a function, a procedure, a subroutine, a subprogram, etc.

step S402, generating an action track in a preset electronic map based on the M groups of position information and corresponding time information;
and S403, tracking the target equipment based on the action track.
In the embodiment, the action track is drawn in the preset electronic map through a plurality of records of the target equipment, the target equipment can be quickly tracked based on the action track, and the tracking efficiency and the tracking success rate of the target equipment are improved. The generated electronic map can be visually presented on the information interaction interface for the user to check, so that the user experience is improved.
Example III,
