s111, sequentially reading from the starting position in the recorded source file to the ending position in the recorded source file; when a protection area is encountered, filling invalid codes from the starting position to the ending position of the protection area in sequence; and when the number of bytes in the code area is missing, filling the invalid code with the missing part.
4. The software comparison and record method as claimed in claim 2, wherein in steps S4 and S13, the comparison and record module employs a hardware key to encrypt and store the record source file.
5. The software alignment and record keeping method as claimed in claim 1, wherein said step S3 comprises the steps of:
s30, receiving basic information to be compared sent by the selected comparison object, and reading the basic information for comparison from the encrypted file;
s31, comparing the read basic information with the basic information to be compared one by one; if the comparison is consistent, executing the steps S32-S34, otherwise, outputting failure to record;
s32, sending a program data comparison request to the selected comparison object;
s33, receiving the program data to be compared sent by the selected comparison object, and reading the program data for comparison from the encrypted file;
s34, comparing the program data to be compared with the read program data one by one; if the comparison is consistent, the basic information to be compared and the program data to be compared are recorded and stored, otherwise, the output recording fails.
6. The software comparison and record keeping method according to claim 5, wherein after the selected comparison object receives the basic information comparison request sent by the comparison and record keeping module, the MCU module executes the following steps:
s5, extracting basic information from the FLASH memory of the selected comparison object;
and S6, transmitting the basic information to the comparison and record keeping module.
7. The software comparison and record keeping method according to claim 5, wherein after the selected comparison object receives the program data comparison request sent by the comparison and record keeping module, the MCU module executes the following steps:
s7, acquiring a key for extracting the program data;
s8, extracting the program data from the FLASH memory;
s9, encrypting the extracted program data;
s10, transmitting the encrypted program data to the comparison and record module.

A software comparison and record keeping system of an HPLC communication module is used for realizing the software comparison and record keeping method of any one of claims 1 to 7, and is characterized by comprising a comparison and record keeping module, a storage module and a display module which are connected with the record keeping module;
the comparison and record keeping module is provided with a password unit;
the password unit encrypts the files which are compared and recorded for many times in a hardware key mode;
the storage module is used for simultaneously providing an operating environment for the HPLC communication module and the concentrator and is also used for filing and storing files which are compared in a consistent mode.
9. The software comparison and record keeping system according to claim 8, wherein said storage module comprises a first storage module connected to said comparison and record keeping module and a second storage module connected to said HPLC communication module and/or concentrator;
the comparison and record module is connected with the HPLC communication module and the concentrator through the second storage module; the second storage module is fixedly connected with the HPLC communication module and the concentrator and provides a running environment for the HPLC communication module and the concentrator;
the comparison and record module and the first storage module are provided with computer hosts.

The software comparison and record keeping system of claim 8, wherein the CPU unit of the computer host of the comparison and record keeping module is an I7 processor, the master frequency is greater than or equal to 2.8GHz, the memory capacity is greater than or equal to 8G, and the hard disk capacity is greater than or equal to 500G;
the password unit is arranged in a computer host of the comparison and record keeping module and is connected with a CPU (central processing unit) of the comparison and record keeping module;
the CPU unit of the computer host of the first storage module is an I5 processor, the main frequency is more than or equal to 2.0GHz, the memory capacity is more than or equal to 8G, and the hard disk capacity is more than or equal to 2T;
the second storage module is a plurality of equipment cabinets;
the equipment cabinet supports a type I concentrator, a type II concentrator, a CCO module, a PCO module, a single-phase STA module and a three-phase STA module;
the display module is an LED liquid crystal display.
