A solar LED street lamp for a smart city is characterized by comprising a controller, a wireless communication unit, a lamp post, an LED lamp holder connected with the lamp post through a lamp holder support, and a solar panel connected with the lamp post through a solar panel support, wherein the lamp post is provided with a plurality of through holes, a plurality of vertical guide rails, a plurality of limiting seats and a plurality of bearing seats, the number of the through holes, the number of the vertical guide rails, the number of the limiting seats and the number of the bearing seats are equal, each guide rail is provided with an installation box, the bearing seats can be abutted against the bottom end of the installation box, the limiting seats can be abutted against the top end of the installation box, the installation box is provided with a chute matched with the vertical guide rails, the top end of the installation box is fixed with a movable plate, an outer fixed pulley fixed with the outer side wall of the lamp post and an inner fixed pulley fixed with the inner side wall of the lamp, install the take-up device mounting panel in the lamp pole, take-up device mounting panel department installs take-up device and is used for the drive take-up device's drive arrangement, take-up device is connected with the elevator through first stay cord, the elevator passes through the second stay cord with the fly leaf and is connected, and the second stay cord passes through interior fixed pulley and outer fixed pulley.
