As shown in fig. 7C, when one end of the locking portion 2221 of the locking element 222 is located at a position that moves into the groove 2214 in the groove 2213 of the pressing element 221, the locking portion 2221 of the locking element 222 moves into the groove 2214 in the width direction of the mounting body 210 under the action of the third elastic element 227, at which time, the pressing element 221 is relatively stationary in the height direction of the mounting body 210 under the action of the first elastic element 225 and the locking portion 2221 of the locking element 222; the pair of sliding members 223 are relatively stationary in the width direction of the mounting body 210 by the second elastic member 226 and the pressing member 221, and the relative distance between the pair of sliding members 223 is farthest; the locking member 222 is relatively stationary in the height direction of the mounting body 210 by the sliding member 223, the card slot 2214 of the pressing member 221, and a bottom surface of the mounting body 210 corresponding to the locking member 222, the locking member 222 is relatively stationary in the width direction of the mounting body 210 by the card slot 2214 of the pressing member 221 and an inner wall of the mounting body 210 corresponding to the locking member 222, and one end of the locking portion 2221 of the locking member 222 is located in the card slot 2214 of the pressing member 221.
In the present invention, the thickness of the locking portion 2221 is the same as the depth of the receiving groove 2111 (the thickness of the locking portion 2221 refers to the farthest vertical distance of the locking portion 2221 in the height direction of the mounting body 210, and the depth of the receiving groove 2111 refers to the farthest vertical distance of the receiving groove 2111 in the height direction of the mounting body 210), so that the sliding element 223 can be horizontally disposed in the receiving cavity 211 and can move smoothly.
When the locking member 222 is engaged with the pressing member 221, the protruding end of the locking portion 2221 is engaged with the recess 2213; so that one end of the locking part 2221 toward the transmission part 2211 can move in the height direction of the mounting body 210 relative to the pressing member 221 within the recess 2213. Preferably, the inclined surface 2234 and the wedge-shaped surface 2215 have the same inclination angle, in other words, the inclined surface 2234 and the wedge-shaped surface 2215 are attached to each other, and when the pressing element 221 moves in the height direction of the mounting body 210 and drives the sliding element 223 to move relatively in the width direction of the mounting body 210, the inclined surface 2234 and the wedge-shaped surface 2215 are always attached to each other, so that the attachment surface between the pressing element 221 and the sliding element 223 can be maximized, the force can be uniformly applied, and the transmission between the pressing element 221 and the sliding element 223 can be more stable.
The fastener 240 is preferably a screw in the present invention. The thickness of the fixing member 230 is the same as the depth of the fixing groove 213, the thickness of the fixing member 230 refers to the farthest vertical distance of the fixing member 230 in the height direction of the installation body 210, and the depth of the fixing groove 213 refers to the farthest vertical distance of the fixing groove 213 in the height direction of the installation body 210. In other words, the top surface of the fixing member 230 is at the same level as the inner top surface of the mounting body 210 to ensure the flatness of the inside of the coupling device 200. Preferably, the fixing element 230 is a fixing plate. Wherein the fixing element 230 does not exert a force on the sliding elements 223 in the width direction of the mounting body 210, that is, when a pair of the sliding elements 223 relatively move to a nearest distance in the width direction of the mounting body 210, the nearest distance is still greater than or equal to the width of the fixing element 230, and the width of the fixing element 230 refers to the farthest vertical distance of the fixing element 230 in the width direction of the mounting body 210. The fixing element 230 may further limit the sliding assembly 220 in the height direction of the mounting body 210, effectively enhancing the stability of the sliding assembly 220 in the receiving cavity 211.

As shown in fig. 13A, when the pair of sliding members 223 are relatively stationary in the width direction of the mounting body 210 by the second elastic member 226 and the pressing member 221, and the relative distance between the pair of sliding members 223 is the farthest, the coupling device 200 is mounted to the guide rail 100, and at this time, the first connection member 1211 is magnetically attracted to the second connection member 212.
As shown in fig. 13B, when the switch portion 2222 of the locking element 222 is moved in the width direction of the mounting body 210 toward the side away from the pressing element 221 by an external force, one end of the locking portion 2221 of the locking element 222 moves out of the card slot 2214 of the pressing element 221, and at the same time, the pressing element 221 moves in the height direction of the mounting body 210 toward the side away from the fixing element 230, that is, one end of the locking portion 2221 of the locking element 222 slides relatively into the groove 2213 of the pressing element 221, and relative sliding movement occurs between the transmission portion 2211 of the pressing element 221 and the pair of sliding elements 223, so that the relative distance between the pair of sliding elements 223 gradually decreases.
As shown in fig. 13C, further, the elements in the coupling device 200 return to the initial position, that is, the pressing element 221 is relatively stationary in the height direction of the mounting body 210 under the action of the first elastic element 225 and a bottom surface of the mounting body 210 corresponding to the pressing element 221; the pair of sliding members 223 are relatively stationary in the width direction of the mounting body 210 by the second elastic member 226 and the pressing member 221, and the relative distance between the pair of sliding members 223 is the closest; the locking member 222 is relatively stationary in the height direction of the mounting body 210 by a bottom surface of the sliding member 223 and the mounting body 210 corresponding to the locking member 222, the locking member 222 is relatively stationary in the width direction of the mounting body 210 by an inner wall of the pressing member 221 and the mounting body 210 corresponding to the locking member 222, and one end of the locking portion 2221 of the locking member 222 is located in the groove 2213 of the pressing member 221. At this time, the first connecting element 1211 and the second connecting element 212 are magnetically attracted, the second conductive element 1221 is electrically connected to the first conductive element 224, and the first clamping portion 2233 is clamped with the second clamping portion 123, so as to fixedly mount the coupling device 200 on the rail 100. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the detachment of the coupling device 200 from the guide rail 100 can be easily derived from the above steps, and the present invention will not be described in detail.
As will be understood by those skilled in the art, when the lighting device 10 is mounted on the guide rail 100, the first clamping portion 2233 is clamped with the second clamping portion 123, and the second clamping portion 123 is located between the first clamping portion 2233 and the sliding body 2231. By engaging the first engaging portion 2233 with the second engaging portion 123, the problem that the lighting device 10 falls off from the rail 100 due to the decrease of the magnetic force between the second connecting element 212 and the first connecting element 1211 with the increase of time and the number of times of detachment can be further prevented, and the stability of the lighting system 1 can be improved.
In the present invention, the second conductive element 1221 is connected in contact with the first conductive element 224. It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that the first conductive element can be replaced to further prevent the problem of poor wire contact between the first conductive element 224 and the second conductive element 1221.
In the present invention, at least one of the first connection element 1211 and the second connection element 212 is a magnetic element. When only one of the first connection element 1211 and the second connection element 212 is a magnetic element, the other can be attracted by the magnetic element, for example: when the first connection element 1211 is a magnetic element, the second connection element 212 can be attracted by the first connection element 1211, in which case the material of the second connection element 212 includes at least one of iron, cobalt, and nickel that can be attracted magnetically; similarly, when the second connection element 212 is a magnetic element, the first connection element 1211 can be attracted by the second connection element 212, in which case the material of the first connection element 1211 includes at least one of iron, cobalt, and nickel, which can be attracted magnetically. When the first connection element 1211 and the second connection element 212 are both magnetic elements, the magnetic poles of the connection positions of the first connection element 1211 and the second connection element 212 are opposite. It should be noted that the magnetic connection between the first connection element 1211 and the second connection element 212 is required to satisfy that the magnitude of the magnetic force generated between the first connection element 1211 and the second connection element 212 is larger than the magnitude of the gravity of the illumination device 10 itself.
In summary, the lighting system 1 of the present invention includes a rail 100 and a lighting device 10 mounted on the rail, wherein the lighting device 10 can move along the length direction of the rail 100; the lighting device 10, on one hand, through the magnetic attraction between the second connecting element 212 on the sliding component 220 and the first connecting element 1211 on the guide rail 100, sets the first connecting element 1211 to be replaceable, so as to ensure that the magnetic property between the second connecting element 212 and the first connecting element 1211 is not lost, on the other hand, through the engagement between the first clamping portion 2233 on the sliding component 220 and the second clamping portion 123 on the guide rail 100, the problem that the magnetic force between the second connecting element 212 and the first connecting element 1211 is gradually weakened with the increase of time and the number of times of detachment, so as to cause the lighting device 10 to fall off from the guide rail 100 is further prevented, and the stability of the lighting system 1 is improved. By pressing the pressing element 221 in the height direction of the installation body 210 to drive the pair of sliding elements 223 to move relatively in the width direction of the installation body 210, the installation or the detachment between the lighting device 10 and the guide rail 100 is more convenient and faster.
