An electric machine having a novel differential gear planetary gear box, the electric machine rotor assembly comprising: the motor comprises a motor shaft, a sun gear, a long planet gear, a short planet gear, a rotatable planet carrier, a first inner gear ring and a second inner gear ring, wherein the long planet gear and the short planet gear are meshed with each other; the sun wheel is installed on a motor shaft, the motor shaft drives the sun wheel to rotate, the sun wheel is respectively meshed with the long planet wheel and the short planet wheel to drive the long planet wheel and the short planet wheel to rotate, the long planet wheel is meshed with the first inner gear ring, the first inner gear ring is fixed to drive the planet carrier to rotate, the long planet wheel and the short planet wheel are respectively meshed with the first inner gear ring, the long planet wheel is meshed with the second inner gear ring, the second inner gear ring rotates under the rotation of the long planet wheel, and the output shaft of the speed reducing motor arranged on the boss of the second inner gear ring rotates. Compared with the traditional speed reducing mechanism, the device has the advantages of few stages, large speed reducing ratio, stable transmission, small volume, low noise and simple assembly.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of motors, in particular to a motor with a novel gear difference planetary gear box.
Background
The existing gear box structure is composed of three parts, namely a rigid gear, a flexible gear and a wave generator, wherein a moving deformation wave is generated in a flexible gear component under the action of the wave generator and is meshed with the teeth of the rigid gear, so that the aim of transmission is fulfilled.
Taking a double wave harmonic gear as an example, the tooth difference between the flexible gear and the rigid gear is 2, the process of transmitting force and motion is shown in the figure. When the rotation angle of the wave generator is 0 degree, the teeth of the flexible gears at the two ends of the long shaft are just completely engaged with the teeth of the rigid gear, the teeth of the flexible gears at the short shaft are completely engaged, and the gear teeth of the flexible gears in other areas between the long shaft and the short shaft are in a transition state of engagement and engagement. When the rigid wheel is fixed, the wave generator is input, and the flexible wheel is output, the wave generator rotates clockwise, the flexible wheel generates elastic deformation under the action of the wave generator, and the position of the meshing teeth of the flexible wheel and the rigid wheel also rotates clockwise. After the wave generator was rotated 180 ° in the clockwise direction, the flexspline rotated only 1 tooth in the counterclockwise direction. the number of teeth of the first inner gear ring and the second inner gear ring is different by one or two teeth;
the sun wheel is installed on a motor shaft, the motor shaft drives the sun wheel to rotate, the sun wheel is respectively meshed with the long planet wheel and the short planet wheel to drive the long planet wheel and the short planet wheel to rotate, the long planet wheel is meshed with the first inner gear ring, the first inner gear ring is fixed to drive the planet carrier to rotate, the long planet wheel and the short planet wheel are respectively meshed with the first inner gear ring and the long planet wheel is meshed with the second inner gear ring, and under the rotation of the long planet wheel, the second inner gear ring rotates, and the output shaft of the speed reducing motor arranged on the boss of the second inner gear ring rotates.
In some embodiments, the first ring gear is opposite to the second ring gear, and the long planet gears and the short planet gears are arranged in the first ring gear and the second ring gear.
In some embodiments, the long planet is 1 gear and the short planet comprises 2 gears or 3 gears.
In some embodiments, a counterbore is arranged inside the second inner gear ring, and the counterbore plays the role of a bearing or serves as a bearing chamber of a motor shaft.
In some embodiments, a bearing, a circlip and a gasket sleeved on the output shaft of the speed reducing motor are further arranged on the boss of the second inner gear ring.
According to the embodiment, the gear difference planetary gear gearbox comprises the sun gear, the planetary gears, the inner gear ring, the planetary carrier and the like, the motor shaft drives the sun gear to rotate, the sun gear drives the planetary gears to rotate, the planetary gears are meshed with the inner gear ring, and the effect of the gearbox is achieved through transmission of the two-stage gears. Compared with the existing harmonic gear box, the harmonic gear box has the advantages of lower cost, simpler structure and more stable transmission; the gear transmission mechanism has the advantages of few stages, large reduction ratio, stable transmission, small volume and low noise.

the sun gear 4 is mounted on a motor shaft 1, the motor shaft 1 drives the sun gear 4 to rotate, the sun gear 4 is respectively meshed with the long planet gears 10 and the short planet gears 11, and the sun gear 4 rotates to drive the long planet gears 10 and the short planet gears 11 to rotate; the long planet wheel 10 is meshed with the first inner gear ring 5, and the rotation of the long planet wheel 10 and the short planet wheel 11 drives the planet carrier 12 to rotate because the first inner gear ring 5 is fixed; because the long planet wheel 10 and the short planet wheel 11 are respectively meshed with the first inner gear ring 5, and the long planet wheel 10 is meshed with the second inner gear ring 9, the second inner gear ring 9 rotates under the rotation of the long planet wheel 10, and the output shaft 14 of the speed reducing motor arranged on the boss of the second inner gear ring 9 rotates.
It should be pointed out that two planet wheels (long planet wheel 10 and short planet wheel 11) of this application share one set of planet carrier 12, and sun gear 4 and planet wheel adopt the mode of differential tooth transmission to reduce speed and transmit torsion, and shell 2 is as the support shell of reducing gear box and motor simultaneously, reduce cost, simplified structure.
In some embodiments, second ring gear 9 is provided with a counterbore on the inside, which acts as a bearing or as a bearing chamber for motor shaft 1.
In some embodiments, a bearing 6, a circlip 8 and a gasket 7 which are sleeved on the output shaft 14 of the speed reducing motor are further arranged on the boss of the second inner gear ring 9.

An electric machine with a novel differential gear planetary gear gearbox, comprising: set up motor stator subassembly and motor rotor subassembly in the motor casing, motor rotor subassembly includes: the motor comprises a motor shaft, a sun gear, a rotatable planet carrier and an inner gear ring;
the planet gears comprise a long planet gear and a short planet gear, the long planet gear and the short planet gear are both arranged on a planet carrier, the short planet gear is only meshed with a first inner gear ring, the long planet gear is meshed with the first inner gear ring and a second inner gear ring, and the inner gear rings comprise a first inner gear ring and a second inner gear ring;
the number of teeth of the first inner gear ring and the second inner gear ring is different by one or two teeth;
the sun wheel is installed on a motor shaft, the motor shaft drives the sun wheel to rotate, the sun wheel is respectively meshed with the long planet wheel and the short planet wheel to drive the long planet wheel and the short planet wheel to rotate, the long planet wheel is meshed with the first inner gear ring, the first inner gear ring is fixed to drive the planet carrier to rotate, the long planet wheel and the short planet wheel are respectively meshed with the first inner gear ring and the long planet wheel is meshed with the second inner gear ring, and under the rotation of the long planet wheel, the second inner gear ring rotates, and the output shaft of the speed reducing motor arranged on the boss of the second inner gear ring rotates.
2. The electric machine of claim 1, wherein the first ring gear is located opposite the second ring gear, and the long planet gears and the short planet gears are located within the first ring gear and the second ring gear.
3. The electric machine of claim 2, wherein the long planet is 1 gear and the short planet comprises 2 gears or 3 gears.
4. The motor according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein a counterbore is provided inside the second ring gear, the counterbore functioning as a bearing or as a bearing chamber of a motor shaft.
5. The motor according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the boss of the second ring gear is further provided with a bearing, a circlip and a gasket which are sleeved on the output shaft of the speed reducing motor.
