Abstract

The forming die for the combustion-limiting layer of the small-diameter engine combustion chamber provided by the invention has the advantages of easiness in discharging, easiness in forming, easiness in demolding, complete forming structure and capability of meeting the process requirements for forming size. The dimensional and surface quality qualified rate of the formed flame-retardant layer is increased from 60% to 90%.

Because the slurry has high viscosity and is not easy to exhaust, if the column section is designed to be in a bottom die and female die structure for molding, bubbles in the slurry added in a natural state cannot be removed, and therefore, an upper male die, a female die and a lower male die structure are adopted. When the mold is split, firstly, the material degree is considered to be large (the viscosity is 300-700 Pa.S), after the limit mold and the lower male mold are connected, slurry is added, bubbles wrapped in the added material are removed completely, and after comprehensive analysis, a section with a short column section is formed in a mode of connecting the limit mold and the lower male mold.
