The overall working process of the polyurethane foam filling ring foaming mold in the embodiment is as follows: assembling and splicing a left female die and a right female die, fixing the left female die and the right female die by using bolts to form a female die, forming a cavity in the female die, assembling an upper male die and a lower male die, fixing the male die by using bolts to form a male die, assembling a demolding ring at the top of the surface of the upper male die, assembling the male die into the cavity of the female die, assembling and matching the male die with the female die to form a die cavity, fixing the male die and the female die by using bolts through a flange male die, unscrewing a sealing plug, extending a gun head of foaming equipment into the die cavity through a feeding nozzle, immediately taking out the foaming equipment, plugging the foaming equipment into a filling port when foaming materials are started, aligning a positioning pin to a second through groove, rotating a rotating rod, screwing the positioning pin into the first through groove to lock the position of the sealing plug, enabling the sealing plug to be tightly pressed by volume expansion generated by foaming of the foaming materials, and after the foaming is completed and formed, firstly disassembling the, fixing the left female die, reversely ejecting the right female die through the third reverse ejection hole, removing the left female die and the right female die under the reverse ejection action, then detaching the upper male die and the lower male die, fixing the lower male die, reversely ejecting the male die through the second reverse ejection hole, separating the lower male die, fixing the upper male die, reversely ejecting the demolding ring through the first reverse ejection hole, separating the upper male die, and finally, removing the demolding ring by lightly manually disassembling to finish demolding.

Other variations and modifications will be apparent to persons skilled in the art in light of the above description. And are neither required nor exhaustive of all embodiments. And obvious variations or modifications therefrom are within the scope of the invention.
Claims (10)
1. A polyurethane foam filled ring foaming mold, comprising:
the female die comprises a left female die and a right female die, the left female die and the right female die are spliced to form a cavity inside, and the left female die is detachably connected with the right female die;
the male die comprises an upper male die and a lower male die, the upper male die and the lower male die are spliced and then matched with the cavity of the female die to enclose a die cavity, and the die cavity is suitable for forming a polyurethane foam filling ring;
and the material injection structure is arranged on the female die and is suitable for injecting polyurethane foam material into the die cavity.
2. The polyurethane foam filled ring foaming mold of claim 1,
the mold cavity comprises: the equal inner diameter part is positioned in the middle of the die cavity, and the inner diameter of the equal inner diameter part is unchanged;
a first variable inner diameter part which is positioned above the equal inner diameter part and the inner diameter of which is increased upwards from the equal inner diameter part;
a second variable inner diameter portion which is positioned below the equal inner diameter portion and has an inner diameter which is increased downwards from the equal inner diameter portion;
the molded surface of the upper male die extends from the first variable inner diameter part to the lower end of the equal inner diameter part;
or the molded surface of the lower male die extends from the second variable inner diameter part to the upper end of the equal inner diameter part.
3. The polyurethane foam filled ring foaming mold of claim 2, wherein:
the molded surface of the upper male die extends from the first variable inner diameter part to the lower end of the equal inner diameter part; and the top of the molded surface of the upper male die is sleeved with a demoulding ring, and the molded surface of the demoulding ring is spliced with the molded surface of the upper male die.
4. The polyurethane foam filled ring foaming mold of claim 3, wherein:
and a first reverse top hole is formed in the top of the upper male die and penetrates through the top of the demoulding ring.
5. The polyurethane foam filled ring foaming mold of claim 3, wherein:
and a second reverse top hole is formed in the bottom of the lower male die and penetrates through the bottom of the upper male die.
6. The polyurethane foam filled ring foaming mold of claim 3, wherein:
the top of the molded surface of the upper male mold is provided with a groove, a magnet is arranged in the groove, and the demolding ring is made of a magnetic material.
7. The polyurethane foam filled ring foaming mold according to any of the claims 1-6, wherein the shot structure comprises:
the feeding nozzle is arranged on the female die and communicated with the die cavity;
the sealing plug is matched with the feeding nozzle to seal the inlet of the feeding nozzle;
and the locking mechanism is arranged between the feeding nozzle and the plugging plug and is suitable for locking or moving the relative position of the plugging plug and the feeding nozzle.
8. The polyurethane foam filled ring foaming mold of claim 7, wherein the locking mechanism comprises:
the positioning pin is arranged on the outer side of the feeding nozzle and is perpendicular to the feeding nozzle;
the locking cover is fixedly arranged at the outer end of the sealing plug; the lock cover is provided with a strip-shaped first through groove, and when the lock cover rotates relative to the feeding nozzle, the first through groove can allow the positioning pin to pass through; one end of the first through groove is communicated with one end of the second through groove, and the other end of the second through groove is communicated to one end, close to the feeding nozzle, of the locking cover.
9. The polyurethane foam filled ring foaming mold of claim 8, wherein:
when the positioning pin penetrates into the first through groove, the molded surface of the inner end of the sealing plug is spliced with the molded surface of the cavity of the female die.
10. The polyurethane foam filled ring foaming mold according to any of claims 1-6, wherein:
the bottom of the upper male die is provided with a flange, and the top of the lower male die is provided with a concave edge matched with the flange;
or, the bottom of the upper male die is provided with a concave edge, and the top of the lower male die is provided with a flange matched with the concave edge.
