Referring to fig. 16-18, the unit door 2 is composed of a door frame and door panels disposed on two sides of the door frame, fixing plates 10 are disposed on both upper and lower ends of the door frame, the fixing plates 10 are located on the same plane as the door panels located on the outer sides, the second rolling wheels 5 are mounted on the inner side surfaces of the fixing plates 10, and the locking blocks 8-2 are disposed on the outer side surfaces of the fixing plates 10. By arranging the fixing plate 10, on one hand, the installation of the second rolling wheels 5 and the locking blocks 8-2 is facilitated, and on the other hand, when the unit door 2 is buckled on the guide rail 3, the fixing plate 10 can cover the guide rail 3, so that the unit door 2 can be installed between the upper guide rail 3 and the lower guide rail 3, and the structure becomes more compact.
Referring to fig. 16 to 18, the fixed plate 10 is provided with an avoidance section 10-1 at a side close to the first rolling wheel 4, and the avoidance section 10-1 can prevent the unit door 2 from interfering with the guide rail 3 during the opening process.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3 and 15, the folding door operates on the following principle:
when opening the door, exert an external force to unit door 2 for one of them side of unit door 2 separates with door frame 1 under the effect of slip lock mechanism, and during the separation, unit door 2 rotates round the other side of unit door 2, thereby opens unit door 2, and under guiding mechanism's effect, the unit door 2 of opening also can slide on door frame 1, opens a plurality of unit door 2, and moves this unit door 2 to door frame 1 one side, can realize folding of unit door 2 and draw in. When unit door 2 is closed, unit door 2 lock is on door frame 1 through the odd mechanism of slip lock, realizes closing of unit door 2, under guiding mechanism and slip lock mechanism's effect, closed unit door 2 also can slide on door frame 1 to the convenience is adjusted the position of unit door 2, and then realizes opening the nimble adjustment of area and position to the door.

Claims (8)

1. A folding door comprises a door frame and a door plate assembly arranged on the door frame, wherein the door plate assembly is formed by splicing a plurality of unit doors, and each unit door is arranged on the door frame in a sliding manner; the folding and furling mechanism comprises a guide mechanism which is arranged between the door frame and the unit door and is used for guiding the unit door to move to one side of the door frame, wherein one side of the unit door is rotationally connected to the guide mechanism, and the other side of the unit door is provided with a sliding buckling mechanism which is used for buckling the unit door on the door frame in a sliding way;
the guide mechanism comprises two guide rails respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the door frame and a sliding part arranged on the unit door and matched with the guide rails in a sliding manner; the guide rail is provided with a first guide groove, the first guide groove extends along the width direction of the door frame, the opening of the first guide groove positioned on the upper end guide rail faces downwards, and the opening of the first guide groove positioned on the lower end guide rail faces upwards; the sliding part is two first rolling wheels arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the unit door, the two first rolling wheels are vertically arranged on one side of the unit door, and the two first rolling wheels are positioned on the same axis and are respectively in sliding fit with the upper first guide groove and the lower first guide groove;
the sliding buckling mechanism comprises a second guide groove arranged on the side surface of the guide rail, a second rolling wheel arranged on the unit door and in sliding fit with the second guide groove, a buckling piece arranged at the tail end of the second rolling wheel and a sliding buckling groove arranged on the inner side of the second guide groove and matched with the buckling piece; the sliding buckling groove is arranged in parallel with the second guide groove and is communicated with the second guide groove.

The foldable door of claim 1, wherein the fasteners are ball-type fasteners comprising a plurality of resilient flexible arcs, the flexible arcs being circumferentially distributed about the flexible arcs; wherein the diameter of the ball-type fastener is larger than that of the second rolling wheel; the height of the sliding buckling groove is greater than that of the second guide groove.

The foldable door as claimed in claim 2, wherein said rail has a guide separation plate at an end thereof adjacent to the ball fasteners for guiding the ball fasteners to automatically separate from the slide fastener slots, the guide separation plate being disposed at an obtuse angle to said rail.

The folding door of claim 1, wherein the lower end of the door frame is provided with a mounting groove, the mounting groove is provided with a locking mechanism for locking the unit door to the door frame, the locking mechanism comprises a locking pin vertically arranged between each unit door and the mounting groove and a locking driving mechanism for driving the locking pin to move up and down, wherein the lower end of the unit door is provided with a locking block at a side close to the fastener, the locking block is provided with a locking hole in sliding fit with the locking pin, the lower end of the locking pin passes through the door frame and extends into the mounting groove, and the locking driving mechanism comprises a rotating shaft rotatably arranged on the mounting groove, a cam arranged on the rotating shaft for driving the locking pin to move up and down and a driving member for driving the rotating shaft to rotate; the cams correspond to the locking pins in one-to-one mode.
5. The folding door of claim 4, wherein said driving member is a rocking handle disposed at one end of said door frame, said rocking handle being connected to a shaft extending out of said door frame.
6. The folding door as claimed in claim 4, wherein said mounting groove is provided with a plurality of supporting seats for supporting said rotary shaft, and said plurality of supporting seats are distributed along an axis of said rotary shaft.
7. The folding door of claim 1, wherein said unit door is provided with a handle.
8. The folding door as claimed in claim 4, wherein fixing plates are provided at upper and lower ends of the unit door, the second rolling wheels are mounted on inner side surfaces of the fixing plates, and the locking blocks are provided on outer side surfaces of the fixing plates.
