Abstract
本发明涉及一种轻型钢骨架预制装配式外墙板及生产工艺,其中轻型钢骨架预制装配式外墙板包括轻型钢龙骨骨架、内侧防护层和外侧防护层,轻型钢龙骨骨架的两侧面分别固设有若干连接支撑件,同侧的连接支撑件之间通过增强钢筋网片连接,内侧防护层和外侧防护层分别通过浇注成型在轻型钢龙骨骨架两侧面,且将所在侧的连接支撑件和增强钢筋网片包裹;轻型钢龙骨骨架、内侧防护层和外侧防护层形成填充有保温材料的贯通腔体或若干间隔腔体。本发明将内侧防护层和外侧防护层通过浇注与轻型钢龙骨骨架固接为一个整体,大幅提高了外墙板的整体性,避免了现有技术为了穿设连接螺栓而在外墙板钻孔的问题,保证了外墙板的完整性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及装配式建筑构件技术领域,尤其涉及到一种轻型钢骨架预制装配式外墙板及生产工艺。
背景技术
随着装配式建筑技术的不断发展,装配式外墙板的结构也不断改进,以满足装配式建筑要求。目前的装配式外墙板的结构是在骨架两侧分别设置预制好的侧板,骨架内设置保温层,通过螺杆或者长螺栓将侧板和骨架固接在一起。此种结构虽然能够起到保温作用,但是由于侧板与骨架之间只是通过压紧的方式连在一起,因此其连接的牢固性存在不足,并且需要在墙板上钻孔以穿设连接螺栓或螺杆,破坏了墙板的完整性。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中侧板与骨架连接方式的不足,提供一种轻型钢骨架预制装配式外墙板,使侧板与骨架的连接可靠度大幅提升。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的,提供一种轻型钢骨架预制装配式外墙板,包括轻型钢龙骨骨架,以及分别位于轻型钢龙骨骨架两侧的内侧防护层和外侧防护层,轻型钢龙骨骨架的两侧面分别固设有若干连接支撑件,同侧的连接支撑件之间通过增强钢筋网片连接,内侧防护层和外侧防护层分别通过浇注成型在轻型钢龙骨骨架两侧面,且将所在侧的连接支撑件和增强钢筋网片包裹;轻型钢龙骨骨架、内侧防护层和外侧防护层形成填充有保温材料的贯通腔体或若干间隔腔体。
本方案的内侧防护层和外侧防护层通过浇注成型在轻型钢龙骨骨架上,使内侧防护层、外侧防护层和轻型钢龙骨骨架形成一体式结构,并且通过设置连接支撑件和增强钢筋网片,增强了对浇注料的固定效果,进一步提高了浇注的一体性。
作为优化,所述连接支撑件为与轻型钢龙骨骨架固接的连接杆。本优化方案连接支撑件采用杆式结构,制作方便,利用提高生产效率。
作为优化,连接杆沿外墙板厚度方向通过焊接或栓接固定在主体钢龙骨骨架上。
进一步地,连接杆沿外墙板厚度方向贯穿轻型钢龙骨骨架,连接杆上设有卡设在轻型钢龙骨骨架两侧面的折弯段。本优化方案将两侧的连接杆设置为通长式结构,使两侧的连接杆为同一杆件的两部分,通过折弯段卡设在龙骨骨架,避免连接杆移位,制作十分方便,而且使骨架与连接杆的整体性更高。
作为优化,连接支撑件采用钢筋、玻璃纤维增强塑料或高强工程塑料制成。本优化方案的连接支撑件材质结构强度高,进一步保证了内、外侧防护层的固定强度。
作为优化,轻型钢龙骨骨架包括由薄壁型钢或钢筋焊接而成的主体框架,以及若干骨架加强肋,所述主体框架沿周向闭合,骨架加强肋焊接于主体框架内。本优化方案将主体框架设置为周向闭合,保证了骨架的结构强度,通过设置加强肋,起到支撑加强作用。
作为优化,所述外侧防护层和/或内侧防护层为泡沫混凝土、胶粉聚苯颗粒混凝土或陶粒混凝土通过浇注成型。本优化方案的内、外侧防护层采用轻质混凝土浇注成型,有利于减轻墙板重量。
作为优化,轻型钢龙骨骨架上设有伸至外侧防护层和/或内侧防护层内的埋入部。本优化方案将部分轻型钢龙骨骨架伸至侧防护板内,进一步提高了内、外侧防护层与骨架的连接整体性。
作为优化,所述内侧防护层为蒸压加气板、纤维水泥板或纸面石膏板。
本方案还提供一种上述轻型钢骨架预制装配式外墙板的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、采用钢筋、薄壁型钢、冲孔薄壁型钢、薄壁矩形管和薄壁型钢斜肋中的一种或几种,经力学设计软件计算确定各类型钢规格尺寸及布置位置,通过机械焊接形成轻型钢龙骨骨架,并在轻型钢龙骨骨架的两侧面分别固定若干连接支撑件;
步骤2、将墙板模具开口朝上放置,然后往墙板模具内浇注轻质混凝土,至轻质混凝土的高度与增强钢筋网片预设位置对应,形成部分外侧防护层,同时给增强钢筋网片提供支撑,避免浇注时增强钢筋网片在混凝土的冲击下掉落;
步骤3、在墙板模具内放置带有连接支撑件、增强钢丝网片的轻型钢龙骨骨架,然后继续向墙板模具内浇注轻质混凝土,至轻质混凝土的高度与轻型钢龙骨骨架外侧面对应,形成外侧防护层剩余部分,从而形成整个外侧防护层;
步骤4、向轻型钢龙骨骨架腔体内填充保温材料,形成保温层;
步骤5、向墙板模具内浇注轻质混凝土或放置预制板材形成内侧防护层。
本发明的有益效果为:将内侧防护层和外侧防护层通过浇注与轻型钢龙骨骨架固接为一个整体,大幅提高了外墙板的整体性,内侧防护层与龙骨骨架之间,以及外侧防护层与龙骨骨架之间的连接强度更高,避免了现有技术为了穿设连接螺栓而在外墙板钻孔的问题,保证了外墙板的完整性;将连接支撑件浇注在内、外侧防护层内,可有效避免连接支撑件生锈。

具体实施方式
为能清楚说明本方案的技术特点,下面通过具体实施方式,对本方案进行阐述。
如图1所示一种轻型钢骨架预制装配式外墙板,包括轻型钢龙骨骨架1,以及分别位于轻型钢龙骨骨架1两侧的内侧防护层2和外侧防护层3,轻型钢龙骨骨架的两侧面分别焊接有若干连接支撑件4,本实施例的连接支撑件为连接杆,连接杆与轻型钢龙骨骨架的侧面垂直,连接支撑件采用钢筋、玻璃纤维增强塑料或高强工程塑料制成。同侧的连接支撑件之间通过增强钢筋网片5连接,增强钢筋网片5套设在连接支撑件上,并与连接支撑件焊接固定,增强钢筋网片由横向和竖向的钢筋焊接而成。为了防止连接杆从轻钢龙骨骨架脱落,本实施例的连接杆沿外墙板厚度方向贯穿轻型钢龙骨骨架,连接杆中部设有卡设在轻型钢龙骨骨架两侧面的折弯段。连接杆也可以沿外墙板厚度方向通过焊接或栓接固定在主体钢龙骨骨架上。
内侧防护层2和外侧防护层3分别通过浇注成型在轻型钢龙骨骨架两侧面,且将所在侧的连接支撑件和增强钢筋网片包裹,轻型钢龙骨骨架1上设有伸至浇筑成型的外侧防护层3和内侧防护层2内的埋入部。作为优选方案,外侧防护层3和内侧防护层2为泡沫混凝土、胶粉聚苯颗粒混凝土或陶粒混凝土等轻质混凝土通过浇注成型。内侧防护层2也可以采用蒸压加气板、发泡水泥板或纸面石膏板等预制板材。
轻型钢龙骨骨架1包括由薄壁型钢或钢筋焊接而成的主体框架,以及若干骨架加强肋,所述主体框架沿周向闭合,骨架加强肋焊接于主体框架内,轻型钢龙骨骨架、内侧防护层和外侧防护层形成填充有保温材料6的贯通腔体或若干间隔腔体。
本实施例轻型钢骨架预制装配式外墙板的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、采用钢筋、薄壁型钢、冲孔薄壁型钢、薄壁矩形管和薄壁型钢斜肋中的一种或几种作为龙骨骨架的制备材料,经力学设计软件计算确定各类型钢规格尺寸及布置位置,通过机械焊接形成轻型钢龙骨骨架,并在轻型钢龙骨骨架的两侧面分别焊接固定若干连接支撑件;
步骤2、将墙板模具7开口朝上放置,然后往墙板模具内浇注轻质混凝土,至轻质混凝土的高度与增强钢筋网片预设位置对应,在墙板模具底部浇筑形成部分外侧防护层;
步骤3、在墙板模具内放置带有连接支撑件、增强钢丝网片的轻型钢龙骨骨架,通过步骤2中浇注的轻质混凝土给外侧防护层所在侧的增强钢丝网片提供支撑,防止掉落,然后继续向墙板模具内浇注轻质混凝土,至轻质混凝土的高度与轻型钢龙骨骨架外侧面对应,完成对外侧防护层剩余部分的浇筑,从而形成外侧防护层;
步骤4、以外侧防护层为底,向轻型钢龙骨骨架腔体内填充保温材料,形成保温层;
步骤5、向墙板模具内浇注轻质混凝土或放置预制板材形成内侧防护层,本步骤的内侧防护层可听过浇注形成,也可利用预制板材,实际生产中可以根据外墙板的强度要求进行选择。

1.一种轻型钢骨架预制装配式外墙板,包括轻型钢龙骨骨架(1),以及分别位于轻型钢龙骨骨架(1)两侧的内侧防护层(2)和外侧防护层(3),其特征在于:轻型钢龙骨骨架的两侧面分别固设有若干连接支撑件(4),同侧的连接支撑件之间通过增强钢筋网片(5)连接,内侧防护层(2)和外侧防护层(3)分别通过浇注成型在轻型钢龙骨骨架两侧面,且将所在侧的连接支撑件和增强钢筋网片包裹;轻型钢龙骨骨架、内侧防护层和外侧防护层形成填充有保温材料(6)的贯通腔体或若干间隔腔体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻型钢骨架预制装配式外墙板,其特征在于:所述连接支撑件为与轻型钢龙骨骨架固接的连接杆。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种轻型钢骨架预制装配式外墙板,其特征在于:连接杆沿外墙板厚度方向通过焊接或栓接固定在主体钢龙骨骨架上。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种轻型钢骨架预制装配式外墙板,其特征在于:连接杆沿外墙板厚度方向贯穿轻型钢龙骨骨架,连接杆上设有卡设在轻型钢龙骨骨架两侧面的折弯段。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种轻型钢骨架预制装配式外墙板,其特征在于:连接支撑件采用钢筋、玻璃纤维增强塑料或高强工程塑料制成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻型钢骨架预制装配式外墙板,其特征在于:轻型钢龙骨骨架(1)包括由薄壁型钢或钢筋焊接而成的主体框架,以及若干骨架加强肋,所述主体框架沿周向闭合,骨架加强肋焊接于主体框架内。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻型钢骨架预制装配式外墙板,其特征在于:所述外侧防护层(3)和/或内侧防护层(2)为泡沫混凝土、胶粉聚苯颗粒混凝土或陶粒混凝土通过浇注成型。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻型钢骨架预制装配式外墙板,其特征在于:轻型钢龙骨骨架(1)上设有伸至外侧防护层(3)和/或内侧防护层内的埋入部。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种轻型钢骨架预制装配式外墙板,其特征在于:所述内侧防护层(2)为蒸压加气板、发泡水泥板或纸面石膏板。
10.一种权利要求1~8任一项轻型钢骨架预制装配式外墙板的生产工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
步骤1、采用钢筋、薄壁型钢、冲孔薄壁型钢、薄壁矩形管和薄壁型钢斜肋中的一种或几种,焊接形成轻型钢龙骨骨架,并在轻型钢龙骨骨架的两侧面分别固定若干连接支撑件;
步骤2、将墙板模具(7)开口朝上放置,然后往墙板模具内浇注轻质混凝土,至轻质混凝土的高度与增强钢筋网片预设位置对应;
步骤3、在墙板模具内放置带有连接支撑件、增强钢丝网片的轻型钢龙骨骨架,然后向墙板模具内浇注轻质混凝土,至轻质混凝土的高度与轻型钢龙骨骨架外侧面对应;
步骤4、向轻型钢龙骨骨架腔体内填充保温材料;
步骤5、向墙板模具内浇注轻质混凝土或放置预制板材形成内侧防护层。
