Description

Method for preparing natural color biomechanical pulp and fully utilizing byproducts by combining hot water treatment and biological enzyme treatment on wheat straw
Technical Field
The present disclosure belongs to the field of papermaking technology and new material, and is especially one kind of hot water treating and biological enzyme treating synergistic biomechanical pulp and side product utilizing process.
Background
The paper industry is not only the consumer product industry, but also the important basic raw material industry, and relates to various fields of life, religion, industry and agriculture, national defense, aviation and the like. The import of paper pulp in 2016 reaches 2106 ten thousand tons, the import of waste paper reaches 2850 ten thousand tons, the import dependence of pulping and papermaking fiber raw materials in 2016 is close to 50%, and the import of foreign waste paper makes up the gap of the fiber raw materials in China, thereby supporting the development of the papermaking industry in China. China is faced with the problem of serious shortage of papermaking raw materials. Therefore, the project group develops a new technology for preparing the biomechanical pulp by utilizing the agricultural straw to replace the waste paper raw material, and provides an important way for solving the shortage of the paper raw material and the high-valued utilization of the agricultural straw.
In traditional pulping and papermaking, wheat straw is an important papermaking raw material as a representative of grass, but because wheat straw leaves, leaf sheaths and the like are not easy to pulp, only wheat straw is usually reserved in the process of preparing materials, and the wheat straw leaves, the wheat straw leaf sheaths and the like are required to be removed as much as possible, but the removal of the wheat straw leaves, the wheat straw leaf sheaths and the like not only causes the increase of the cost of preparing materials, but also greatly reduces the utilization rate of the wheat straw raw material. Therefore, the project develops a clean and efficient pulping process taking whole wheat straw as a raw material, and develops a high-value utilization technology for preparing biomass fertilizer by byproducts in the pulping process, thereby opening up an important path for comprehensive high-value utilization of agricultural straw.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a method for preparing natural color biomechanical pulp and fully utilizing byproducts by treating wheat straw with hot water and alkaline bioenzyme. The preparation method is simple, green, clean and efficient, and has good practical application value and wide application prospect.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the present invention adopts the following technical scheme:
in a first aspect, the invention provides a method for preparing natural color biomechanical pulp and fully utilizing byproducts by combining hot water treatment with biological enzyme treatment of wheat straw, comprising the following steps:
carrying out hot water treatment, extrusion and wire separation on wheat straw, and collecting extrusion and wire separation section wastewater;
the wheat straw pulp after extrusion and wire separation is subjected to enzymolysis by adopting alkaline biological enzyme, and waste water generated in the enzyme treatment stage is collected;
pulping the wheat straw pulp subjected to enzymolysis treatment to obtain biomechanical pulp, and collecting pulping washing water;
mixing extrusion yarn-separating section waste water, waste water generated in an enzyme treatment stage and pulping washing water, evaporating and concentrating, and recovering heat energy for hot water pretreatment; recovering solid residue, regulating pH with phosphoric acid, granulating, and making into biological compound fertilizer.
In the traditional papermaking process, wheat straw is taken as a representative of grass, but because wheat straw leaves, leaf sheaths and the like are not easy to pulp, only wheat straw is usually reserved in the material preparation process, and the wheat straw leaves, the wheat straw leaf sheaths and the like are required to be removed as much as possible, but the removal of the wheat straw leaves, the wheat straw leaf sheaths and the like not only increases the cost of material preparation, but also greatly reduces the utilization rate of the wheat straw raw materials. According to researches, the raw material structure, chemical composition, fiber morphology and content of different wheat straw parts are different, the ash content, alkali extract content and pentosan content of wheat leaves and leaf sheaths are higher than those of the straw parts, and the cellulose content is slightly lower than those of the straw parts; in terms of chemical structure, the fiber of the straw part is longer, the stem base is longer than the stem middle part, and the fiber cells of the wheat She Heshe sheath are shorter and thicker than the straw part. The whole wheat straw pulping is very difficult, but the invention adopts a method of combined treatment of weak alkaline hot water and biological enzyme, so that the biological mechanical pulp with excellent performance can be prepared, and meanwhile, the byproducts can be used for preparing the easily degradable biomass compound fertilizer.
