limiting rings (21) are arranged on two sides of the conveying belt (2) on the driving roller (10), and the limiting rings (21) are attached to the side faces of the fluctuation component (3);

an adsorption seat (82) connected in a rotating mode is arranged at the top end of the winding roller (55), a telescopic rod is arranged on the adsorption seat (82), a second suction nozzle (821) is arranged at the top end of the telescopic rod, and a third spring is sleeved on the telescopic rod.
