Description

Cool skin-friendly non-woven fabric and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of non-woven fabrics, in particular to a cool skin-friendly non-woven fabric and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Nonwoven fabrics (Non Woven fabrics), also known as nonwovens or Non-Woven fabrics, are sheets, webs or batts made of oriented or randomly arranged fibers that are bonded to one another by friction, cohesion or bonding, or a combination of these methods. It excludes paper as well as woven, knitted, tufted, stitch-bonded with stitch-bonded yarns and wet felted goods. In short, a nonwoven fabric is a cloth-like material made of fibers that is produced without the need for a weaving process.
The non-woven fabric has the characteristics of moisture resistance, air permeability, flexibility, light weight, no combustion supporting, easy decomposition, no toxicity or irritation, rich color, low price, recycling and the like. For example, the polypropylene (pp material) granules are mostly adopted as raw materials and are produced by a continuous one-step method of high-temperature melting, spinning, laying a line and hot-pressing coiling.
However, the conventional nonwoven fabric has the following problems:
1. no cool feeling, or poor cool feeling effect; such as masks, diapers, sanitary napkins, adult diapers and the like made of non-woven fabrics are stuffy and hot, are easy to be allergic, and are uncomfortable after long-term use;
2. poor air permeability, poor skin affinity and poor comfort.
