the sensitized charging data acquisition module acquires the supply states of the latex matrix and the foaming agent in real time and feeds the supply states back to the sensitized charging control module for closed-loop control;
the production quantity of the emulsion explosive is counted in real time by the packaging data acquisition module and is sent to the master control module, the master control module monitors the running speed of each unit in real time, closed-loop control is carried out to achieve dynamic balance of productivity, and when the preset productivity is completed, the emulsion making unit, the sensitization charging unit and the packaging unit are stopped in a delayed mode in sequence. The specific production quantity statistical mode can obtain the real-time production quantity by counting the quantity captured by the robot and multiplying the quantity by the weight of a single columnar emulsion explosive, and the real-time production quantity is compared with the initial input production capacity value, and corresponding valves are closed in sequence when the production capacity is completed.

when the speed of the sensitization charging unit is increased, the milk making unit automatically improves the productivity and continuously supplies materials;
when the packaging unit stops, the milk making unit and the sensitization charging unit enter a shutdown procedure;
when the milk making unit stops, the sensitization charging unit stops in a delayed way;
when the sensitized charging unit stops, the packaging unit stops in a delayed mode;
when the device is in normal operation, the package, the charge and the emulsification are self-regulated and dynamically regulated and kept in balance according to the set productivity.

the milk production data acquisition module comprises a water phase mass flow meter, a water phase liquid level meter and a water phase tank temperature transmitter which are arranged according to the water phase supply sequence,
an oil phase mass flowmeter, an oil phase liquid level meter and an oil phase tank temperature transmitter which are arranged according to the oil phase supply sequence,
the system comprises a raw milk tank material level meter, a matrix pump temperature pressure transmitter, a static mixing pressure transmitter and a hot water tank temperature transmitter which are arranged according to an emulsifying sequence, wherein the hot water tank temperature transmitter is used for collecting the temperature of a hot water tank for supplying water phase and oil phase for heating.
3. The safety interlock protection system for an automatic explosive production line according to claim 2, wherein the milk production drive regulating module further comprises a blowdown valve and a matrix sampling valve.
4. The safety interlock protection system for an automatic explosive production line according to claim 3, wherein:
the sensitized charging driving and adjusting module comprises a foaming agent pump, a foaming agent flow adjusting valve, a static mixing inlet switching valve and a static mixing outlet switching valve which are supplied by a foaming agent and are statically mixed and sensitized,
the sensitized charging data acquisition module comprises a latex pump pressure transmitter, a mixer outlet pressure transmitter, an outlet temperature transmitter and a foaming agent amount flowmeter.
5. The safety interlock protection system for an automatic explosive production line according to claim 4, wherein:
the feeding valve of the latex bin comprises a first feeding valve of the latex bin and a second feeding valve of the latex bin, the discharging valve of the latex pump comprises a discharging valve of the first latex pump and a discharging valve of the second latex pump,
the emulsion pump pressure transmitter comprises a first emulsion pump pressure transmitter and a second emulsion pump pressure transmitter,
the mixer outlet pressure transmitter comprises a first mixer outlet pressure transmitter, a second mixer outlet pressure transmitter,
the outlet temperature transmitter comprises a first outlet temperature transmitter and a second outlet temperature transmitter,
the foaming agent dosage flowmeter comprises a first foaming agent dosage flowmeter and a second foaming agent dosage flowmeter.

The safety interlock protection system for an automatic explosive production line according to claim 5, wherein: the package driving and adjusting module comprises a belt conveyer which is used for conveying the emulsion explosive which is preliminarily packaged into a column shape and is soaked and cooled,
the package data acquisition module comprises a columnar material gripping device, and the columnar material gripping device is used for gripping the emulsion explosive on the belt conveying device.
7. The method for protecting a safety interlock protection system of an automatic explosive production line according to any one of claims 1 to 6, comprising the steps of:

s3, the milk making data acquisition module acquires the supply state of each raw material of the latex matrix in real time and feeds the supply state back to the milk making control module for closed-loop control;
the sensitized charging data acquisition module acquires the supply states of the latex matrix and the foaming agent in real time and feeds the supply states back to the sensitized charging control module for closed-loop control;
the production quantity of the emulsion explosive is counted in real time by the packaging data acquisition module and is sent to the master control module, the master control module monitors the running speed of each unit in real time, closed-loop control is carried out to achieve dynamic balance of productivity, and when the preset productivity is completed, the emulsion making unit, the sensitization charging unit and the packaging unit are stopped in a delayed mode in sequence.
