Detailed Description
The present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof. However, the present disclosure is not limited to the embodiments described herein, which may be embodied in many different forms. The described embodiments are intended only to be exhaustive and complete of the disclosure and to fully convey the concept of the disclosure to those skilled in the art. Features of the various embodiments described may be combined with each other or substituted for each other unless expressly excluded or otherwise excluded in context.
At present, the elevator is called by passengers by touching keys on a landing call elevator calling box (LCS) and a car operation box (COP), the contact type calling causes the elevator keys to be frequently contacted by different passengers, bacteria and viruses are inevitably present on the key surfaces, and the risk of disease transmission is brought. With the influence of new coronary pneumonia epidemic situation, the non-contact requirement is more and more common.
Embodiments of the present disclosure propose an elevator call device, an elevator call method, an elevator system, and an elevator architecture, in which a passenger can issue a call request for an elevator from an elevator call device (client) without touching physical keys. The novel non-contact elevator calling mode can be used in areas without coverage of telecommunication signals such as 3G/4G/5G or WIFI signals, and is not limited by an operating system on an elevator calling device, so that great convenience and universality are brought.
Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of a scenario 100 applied in accordance with an embodiment of the present disclosure. In fig. 1, an elevator call device 110, a two-dimensional code 120, an LCS130, and a COP140 according to an embodiment of the disclosure are shown. The elevator call device 110 can be any terminal device, such as a cell phone, tablet computer, etc., that includes a bluetooth module to enable communication via a bluetooth connection. The two-dimensional code 120 may include two-dimensional codes 120-1 located at respective floors and two-dimensional codes 120-2 located in elevator cars. The LCS130 are part of an elevator control system and are located in various floors for passengers calling elevators. The LCS130 may include a conventional floor display 130-1, up and down buttons 130-2, and the like. The LCS130 further comprises a bluetooth module 130-3 for bluetooth communication with the elevator call device 110. COP140 is also part of the elevator control system, located in the elevator car, for passenger handling and control of the elevator. The COP140 may include a common floor display 140-1, a floor button 140-2, a door open and close button 140-3, and the like. In addition, COP140 includes a bluetooth module 140-4 for bluetooth communication with elevator call device 110.
An example of calling an elevator by a non-contact manner according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is as follows. In the first case the passenger can issue an elevator call request in the floor where he is before entering the elevator car. In this case, the interactive interface on the elevator call device 110 can be activated by software or an application or the like loaded on the elevator call device 110 scanning the two-dimensional code 120-1 in the floor on which it is located to receive destination floor input on the interactive interface. Next, it is calculated inside the elevator call device 110 whether the passenger needs to go upstairs or downstairs on the basis of the information of the destination floor and the floor on which the elevator call device 110 is located, and corresponding control information is sent to the LCS130 via the bluetooth connection. The elevator control system can control the arrival of the elevator at the passenger's floor based on the control information received by the LCS 130. Thus, instead of pressing the up-down button 130-2 on the LCS130, the passenger may call an elevator to the passenger's floor by scanning the two-dimensional code and sending control information via a bluetooth connection. In the example of fig. 1, the passenger is on floor 2, and after scanning the two-dimensional code 120-1 using the elevator call device 110, the destination floor "5" is entered, thereby calculating that the passenger wants to go upstairs. The elevator control system controls the elevator located in floor 6 to move to floor 2 for taking passengers after receiving the corresponding control information via the LCS 130.
After the elevator arrives at floor 2, the passenger enters the elevator car, the elevator call device 110 sends control information corresponding to the destination floor "5" to the COP140 via a bluetooth connection, on the basis of which the elevator control system controls the elevator to send the passenger to floor 5. Thus, instead of pressing the floor key 140-2 on COP140, the passenger may send control information via a bluetooth connection to control the elevator to transport the passenger to the destination floor. In the example of fig. 1, a passenger is shown traveling via floor 3 to floor 5 taking an elevator.
In the second case, the passenger can issue an elevator call request after entering the elevator car. In this case the interactive interface on the elevator call device 110 can be activated by scanning the two-dimensional code 120-2 in the elevator car by means of software or an application or the like loaded on the elevator call device 110 in order to enter the destination floor on the interactive interface, and the control information corresponding to the destination floor is transmitted via the bluetooth connection to the COP140, on the basis of which the elevator control system controls the elevator to take the passenger to floor 5.
Therefore, the elevator calling device, the elevator calling method, the elevator system and the elevator architecture according to the embodiment of the disclosure can realize a non-contact calling process by utilizing two-dimensional code scanning and Bluetooth transmission. Furthermore, the transmission of control information via a bluetooth connection can enable such call procedures to be carried out in areas without telecommunication or WIFI signal coverage. In addition, the technical scheme can be realized by installing relevant software and applications on the elevator calling device (client) or using small programs on social software and installing corresponding Bluetooth modules in the existing elevator system architecture, is not limited by an operating system on the elevator calling device, and brings great convenience and universality.
Fig. 2 is a schematic block diagram of an elevator call device 110 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 2, the elevator call device 110 may include a scanning and starting module 111, an interactive interface 112, a control information generating module 113, and a transmitting module 114.
The scanning and enabling module 111 may be used to scan the two-dimensional code 120 described above in connection with fig. 1 to enable the interactive interface 112. The scanning and activation module 111 can be, for example, any software or application on the elevator call device 110 that can scan the two-dimensional code 120 that automatically invokes or activates the interactive interface 112 after scanning the two-dimensional code 120. The two-dimensional code 120 may be a picture storing information in a specific format, wherein the two-dimensional code 120-1 may be located at any position of each floor, for example, on the LCS130 of each floor or on a wall near the LCS130, and the two-dimensional code 120-1 may include information on the floor where it is located. The two-dimensional code 120-2 can be located anywhere within the elevator car, such as on the COP140 or on the car wall near the COP 140.
In one embodiment, in the first case described above, the passenger can issue an elevator call request in the floor on which he or she is located before entering the elevator car. In this case, the scanning and activation module 111 can scan the two-dimensional code 120-1 of the floor on which the elevator call device is located to activate the interactive interface 112, the two-dimensional code 120-1 including information of the floor on which it is located.
In one embodiment, in the second case described above, the passenger may not issue an elevator call request until after entering the elevator car. In this case, the scanning and activation module 111 may scan the two-dimensional code 120-2 in the elevator car to activate the interactive interface 112.
The interactive interface 112 can be activated whether the two-dimensional code 120-1 or the two-dimensional code 120-2 is scanned. The interactive interface 112 may be used for receiving the destination floor entered by the passenger, which may be, for example, any software or application on the elevator call device 110 or an applet on social software. An example display of an interactive interface 112 is shown in FIG. 1 with reference to 110. It is to be understood that this example display does not constitute a limitation of the interactive interface 112.
After the passenger enters the destination floor in the interactive interface 112, the control information generation module 113 may generate control information based on the destination floor.
In one embodiment, in the first case described above, the control information generation module 113 can generate an up call signal or a down call signal as the first control information based on the destination floor input received in the interactive interface 112 and the information of the floor where the two-dimensional code 120-1 is included (i.e., the information of the floor where the elevator call device is located). For example, in the example of fig. 1, the passenger is on floor 2, and the two-dimensional code 120-1 for floor 2 scanned by the elevator call device 110 includes information about the floor on which the passenger is located (i.e., floor 2). In addition, the passenger enters a destination floor "5" in the interactive interface 112. In this way, the control information generation module 113 can calculate that the passenger wants to go upstairs based on the information (floor 2) of the floor where the elevator call device is located and the destination floor (floor 5), thereby generating the upstairs call signal as the first control information. The control information generation module 113 furthermore generates a destination floor signal as second control information on the basis of the destination floor entered by the passenger in the interactive interface 112. For example, in the example of fig. 1, the second control information is "floor 5".
In one embodiment, in the second case described above, the passenger gives an elevator call after entering the elevator car, so that only destination floor information is needed as control information. In this case, the control information generation module 113 can thus generate a destination floor signal as third control information on the basis of the destination floor entered by the passenger in the interaction interface 112. For example, in the example of fig. 1, the third control information is "floor 5".
After generating the control information, the sending module 114 may send the generated control information to the elevator control system via a bluetooth connection so that the elevator control system can control the elevator run to the destination floor the passenger wants to go to.
In one embodiment, in the first case described above, i.e., in the case where the passenger makes an elevator call request by scanning the two-dimensional code 120-1, the sending module 114 first sends the first control information (i.e., the up call signal) described above to the LCS130 located at the floor where the elevator call device 110 is located via the bluetooth connection (specifically, received by the bluetooth module 130-3 of the LCS 130), so that the elevator control system can control the elevator to travel to the floor where the elevator call device 110 is located (floor 2 in the example of fig. 1). Thus, instead of pressing the up-down button 130-2 on the LCS130, the passenger may call an elevator to the passenger's floor by scanning the two-dimensional code 120-1 and sending control information via a bluetooth connection. After the passenger enters the elevator car, the sending module 114 automatically searches the bluetooth module 140-4 in the elevator car and establishes a connection with it, so that the second control information (i.e., "floor 5") is sent to the COP140 in the elevator car via the bluetooth connection, so that the elevator control system can control the elevator to run to the destination floor (i.e., floor 5) that the passenger wants to go to. Thus, instead of pressing the floor key 140-2 on COP140, the passenger may send control information via a bluetooth connection to control the elevator to transport the passenger to the destination floor.
In one embodiment, in the second case described above, i.e., the passenger issues an elevator call request by scanning the two-dimensional code 120-2, the transmitting module 114 transmits the third control information described above (i.e., "floor 5") to the COP140 in the elevator car (specifically, received by the bluetooth module 140-4 of the COP 140) via a bluetooth connection, so that the elevator control system can control the elevator to travel to the destination floor (i.e., floor 5) that the passenger wants to go. Thus, instead of pressing the floor key 140-2 on COP140, the passenger may send control information via a bluetooth connection to control the elevator to transport the passenger to the destination floor.
It will be appreciated that the control part of the elevator control system described above, which controls the elevator to travel to the passenger's floor or destination floor, may be e.g. a control cabinet, which may be implemented by any computing system or server, e.g. a cloud server.
Therefore, the elevator calling device 110 according to the embodiment of the present disclosure can implement a non-contact call process by using two-dimensional code scanning and bluetooth transmission. In addition, since the transmission of the information is realized through the Bluetooth connection, the call process can be carried out in an area without telecommunication signal or WIFI signal coverage. In addition, such a call process can be implemented by installing relevant software, applications or using applets on social software on the elevator call device 110 and installing corresponding bluetooth modules (bluetooth modules 130-3 and 140-4) in the existing elevator system architecture, without the limitation of the operating system on the elevator call device, resulting in great convenience and versatility.
Fig. 3 is a schematic block diagram of an elevator system 300 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 3, the elevator system 300 may include the two-dimensional code 120-1, LCS130, and COP140 described above with reference to fig. 1. The operation of the elevator system 300 corresponds to the first situation described above, i.e. the situation in which a passenger calls an elevator outside the elevator car in the floor on which the passenger is located.
The two-dimensional codes 120-1 and LCS130 in the elevator system 300 may be located at various floors and the COP140 may be located within the car. The two-dimensional code 120-1 can include floor information that can be used to be scanned by the elevator call device 110 to obtain information about the floor on which it is located and to activate the interactive interface 112 on the elevator call device 110 so that the elevator call device 110 can receive the passenger's input destination floor via the interactive interface 112.
The LCS130 may be used for passenger calls to elevators and is part of an elevator control system. The LCS130 may further include a bluetooth module 130-3 for receiving an up call signal or a down call signal as the above-described first control information from the elevator calling device 110, in addition to the floor display 130-1, the up and down buttons 130-2, and the like included in the conventional LCS. The elevator control system can then control the elevator to the floor where the passenger is based on such an up call signal or down call signal.
COP140 may be used by passengers to maneuver and control elevators and is part of an elevator control system. In addition to the floor display 140-1, floor key 140-2, door opening and closing key 140-3, etc., which are comprised by the usual COP, the COP140 may also comprise a bluetooth module 140-4 for receiving the destination floor signal from the elevator call device 110 as the above-mentioned second control information. The elevator control system can then control the elevator to reach the destination floor the passenger wants to go on the basis of such a destination floor signal.
A building may be equipped with multiple elevators, so that there may be multiple LCS130 on the same floor, and these LCS130 may be linked, i.e., pressing an up or down button on any one of the LCS130 controls one of the multiple elevators to the floor on which the LCS130 is located (i.e., the floor on which the passenger is located). Thus, to conserve power, in one embodiment, the two-dimensional code 120-1 may also contain call box information associated with the particular LCS130 on the floor on which it is located. Thus, the elevator calling device 110 can transmit the first control information to only the LCS130 based on the call box information, that is, only a specific LCS130 receives an up call signal or a down call signal as the first control information. The elevator control system can then control one of the elevators to the floor where the passenger is based on the up call signal or the down call signal.
It will be appreciated that the control part of the elevator control system described above, which controls the elevator to travel to the passenger's floor or destination floor, may be e.g. a control cabinet, which may be implemented by any computing system or server, e.g. a cloud server.
Therefore, the elevator system 300 according to the embodiment of the present disclosure may interact with the above-described elevator call device 110, thereby implementing a non-contact call process using two-dimensional code scanning and bluetooth transmission.
Fig. 4 is a schematic block diagram of another elevator system 400 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 4, the elevator system 400 may include the two-dimensional code 120-2 and COP140 described above with reference to fig. 1. The operation of the elevator system 400 corresponds to the second situation described above, i.e. the situation in which a passenger calls an elevator in an elevator car.
The two-dimensional code 120-2 and the COP140 in the elevator system 400 may be disposed within the same elevator car. The two-dimensional code 120-2 can be used to be scanned by the elevator call device 110 to activate the interactive interface 112 on the elevator call device 110 so that the elevator call device 110 can receive the passenger input destination floor via the interactive interface 112. COP140 may be used by passengers to maneuver and control elevators and is part of an elevator control system. In addition to the floor display 140-1, floor key 140-2, door opening and closing key 140-3, etc., which are comprised by the usual COP, the COP140 may also comprise a bluetooth module 140-4 for receiving a destination floor signal as control information (the above-mentioned third control information) from the elevator call device 110. The elevator control system can then control the elevator to reach the destination floor the passenger wants to go on the basis of such a destination floor signal.
A building may be equipped with a plurality of elevators, and thus there may be a case where a plurality of elevators stay on the same floor, for example. In this case, in order to save power, it is avoided that the COPs 140 in different elevator cars on the same floor receive control information and thus different elevators go to the destination floor, wherein in one embodiment the two-dimensional code can be made to contain car operating box information associated with the car operating box in the elevator car in which it is located, so that the elevator call device sends the above-mentioned control information based on the car operating box information only to the car operating box in the elevator car in which the two-dimensional code scanned by the elevator call device is located (i.e. the car operating box in the elevator car in which the passenger is located), without affecting the operation of the other elevators.
It will be appreciated that the control part of the above-described elevator control system controlling the operation of the elevator to the destination floor can be e.g. a control cabinet, which can be implemented by any computing system or server, e.g. a cloud server.
Therefore, the elevator system 400 according to the embodiment of the present disclosure may interact with the above-described elevator call device 110, thereby implementing a non-contact call process using two-dimensional code scanning and bluetooth transmission. In addition, since the transmission of the information is realized through the Bluetooth connection, the call process can be carried out in an area without telecommunication signal or WIFI signal coverage. In addition, such a call process can be implemented by installing relevant software, applications or using small programs on social software on the elevator calling device 110 and installing a corresponding bluetooth module (bluetooth module 140-4) in the existing elevator system architecture, which is not limited by the operating system on the elevator calling device, thereby bringing great convenience and universality.
Further, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, there is also provided an elevator architecture that may include the above-described elevator call device 110 and elevator system 300 or 400. Such elevator architecture can utilize two-dimensional code scanning and bluetooth transmission to realize the non-contact call calling process. In addition, since the transmission of the information is realized through the Bluetooth connection, the call process can be carried out in an area without telecommunication signal or WIFI signal coverage. In addition, such a call process can be implemented by installing relevant software, applications or using small programs on social software on the elevator calling device 110 and adding a corresponding bluetooth module in the existing elevator system (300 or 400), which is not limited by an operating system on the elevator calling device, thereby bringing great convenience and universality.
Fig. 5 shows a flow chart of an elevator call method 500 according to an embodiment of the disclosure. The elevator call method 500 can be applied to an elevator call device, such as the elevator call device 110 described above. The elevator call method 500 includes steps S510-S540. In step S510, the two-dimensional code is scanned to start the interactive interface. In step S520, a destination floor input is received in the interactive interface. In step S530, control information is generated based on the destination floor. In step S540, control information is sent to the elevator control system via the bluetooth connection for the elevator control system to control the elevator run to the destination floor. The above-described steps can be performed by any suitable hardware or hardware in combination with software of the elevator call device. For example, the elevator call device may include the above-described scanning and starting module 111, the interactive interface 112, the control information generating module 113, and the transmitting module 114. Step S510 may be performed by the scanning and starting module 111, step S520 may be performed by the interactive interface 112, step S530 may be performed by the control information generating module 113, and step S540 may be performed by the sending module 114.
In one embodiment, step S510 may include scanning a first two-dimensional code in the floor of the elevator call device to activate the interactive interface, the first two-dimensional code including information of the floor of the elevator call device.
In one embodiment, step S530 may include: generating an upstairs call signal or a downstairs call signal as first control information based on the information of the destination floor and the floor on which the elevator call device is located; and generating a destination floor signal as second control information based on the destination floor, and wherein step S540 may comprise: sending the first control information to a landing call elevator call box (LCS) in the elevator control system, located at the floor where the elevator calling device is located, via a Bluetooth connection for the elevator control system to control the elevator to move to the floor where the elevator calling device is located; and sending the second control information via a bluetooth connection to a car operation box (COP) in the elevator control system for the elevator control system to control the elevator to run to the destination floor.
In one embodiment, step S510 may include scanning a second two-dimensional code in the elevator car to activate the interactive interface.
In one embodiment, step S530 may include: generating a destination floor signal as third control information based on the destination floor, and wherein step S540 may comprise: -sending the third control information via a bluetooth connection to a car operating box (COP) of the elevator control system located in the elevator car for the elevator control system to control the elevator run to the destination floor.
It will be appreciated that the control part of the elevator control system described above, which controls the elevator to travel to the passenger's floor or destination floor, may be e.g. a control cabinet, which may be implemented by any computing system or server, e.g. a cloud server.
Therefore, the elevator call method 500 according to the embodiment of the present disclosure can implement a non-contact call procedure by using two-dimensional code scanning and bluetooth transmission. In addition, since the transmission of the information is realized through the Bluetooth connection, the call process can be carried out in an area without telecommunication signal or WIFI signal coverage. In addition, the calling process of the elevator can be realized by installing relevant software and applications on the calling device of the elevator or using small programs on social software and installing corresponding Bluetooth modules in the existing elevator system architecture, and the method is not limited by an operating system on the calling device of the elevator and brings great convenience and universality.
