the cleaning and drying mechanism (1) comprises a spray head assembly (11), a gas-liquid mixing pump (12), a water tank (13), a heater (14), a cleaning support (15) and a cleaning lifting cylinder (16), wherein the spray head assembly (11) is connected with the gas-liquid mixing pump (12) through a pipeline, the gas-liquid mixing pump (12) is connected with the water tank (13) and the heater (14) through a pipeline, the water tank (13) and the heater (14) are both arranged at the right end of the cleaning support (15), the lower end of the cleaning support (15) is connected with the cleaning lifting cylinder (16), and the left end of the cleaning support (15) is connected with the spray head assembly (11);
