The packaging equipment with the cleaning and drying mechanism for the fruit processing is characterized by comprising the cleaning and drying mechanism (1), a packaging center core mechanism (2), a packaging mechanism (3), a feeding mechanism (4), a conveying mechanism (5), lateral mounting plates (6) and a horizontal moving mechanism (7), wherein the packaging center core mechanism (2) is rotatably connected between the two lateral mounting plates (6), a feeding mechanism (4) is arranged at the front side of the packaging core mechanism (2), both ends of the feeding mechanism (4) are connected with horizontal moving mechanisms (7), the horizontal moving mechanism (7) is arranged on the inner wall of the lateral mounting plate (6), a packaging mechanism (3) is arranged at the rear side of the packaging core mechanism (2), a conveying mechanism (5) is arranged below the packaging core-centering mechanism (2), and a cleaning and drying mechanism (1) is arranged above the packaging core-centering mechanism (2);

the cleaning and drying mechanism (1) comprises a spray head assembly (11), a gas-liquid mixing pump (12), a water tank (13), a heater (14), a cleaning support (15) and a cleaning lifting cylinder (16), wherein the spray head assembly (11) is connected with the gas-liquid mixing pump (12) through a pipeline, the gas-liquid mixing pump (12) is connected with the water tank (13) and the heater (14) through a pipeline, the water tank (13) and the heater (14) are both arranged at the right end of the cleaning support (15), the lower end of the cleaning support (15) is connected with the cleaning lifting cylinder (16), and the left end of the cleaning support (15) is connected with the spray head assembly (11);

the conveying mechanism (5) comprises a conveying motor (51) and a conveying roller (52), the conveying motor (51) is fixedly connected to the lateral mounting plate (6) through bolts, the conveying motor (51) is connected with the conveying roller (52), and two ends of the conveying roller (52) are rotatably connected with the lateral mounting plate (6) through bearings;

the packaging center core mechanism (2) comprises a core barrel assembly (21), a packaging bag fixing air pump (22), a core barrel bottom frame (23), a core barrel adjusting plate (24), water permeable holes (25), end shafts (26) and a rotating motor (27), wherein the lower end of the core barrel assembly (21) is fixedly connected with the core barrel bottom frame (23), the water permeable holes (25) are formed in the middle of the core barrel adjusting plate (24), the core barrel bottom frame (23) is fixedly connected onto the core barrel adjusting plate (24) through bolts, the core barrel assembly (21) downwards extends through the water permeable holes (25), the end shafts (26) are fixedly connected to the two ends of the core barrel adjusting plate (24), the two ends of the end shafts (26) are rotatably connected with a lateral mounting plate (6) through center bearings, the rotating motor (27) is mounted on the lateral mounting plate (6), and a motor shaft of the rotating motor (27) is connected with the end shafts (26) through couplings, the side wall of the core barrel assembly (21) is connected with a packaging bag fixing air pump (22) through a pipeline;

the core barrel assembly (21) comprises a waterproof motor (211), a barrel body (212), an inner cavity, fixing air holes (214), a bottom plate (215) and a water permeable net (216), wherein the side wall of the barrel body (212) is hollow to form the inner cavity, the side wall of the inner cavity facing outwards is provided with the fixing air holes (214), the lower end of the barrel body (212) is fixedly connected with the water permeable net (216), and the middle part of the water permeable net (216) is fixedly connected with the bottom plate (215);

the packaging mechanism (3) comprises a packaging wall plate (31), a horizontal welding component (32) and an oblique welding component (33), the upper end of the packaging wall plate (31) is fixedly connected with the horizontal welding component (32), the lower end of the packaging wall plate (31) is an inclined plane, and the oblique welding component (33) is fixedly connected on the inclined plane;

feeding mechanism (4) are including Z template (41), reel (42), perpendicular butt fusion subassembly (43) and notch (44), one side fixedly connected with of Z template (41) is perpendicular butt fusion subassembly (43), and the opposite side is provided with reel (42), and notch (44) have been seted up at the middle part of Z template (41).

2. The packaging equipment with the washing and drying mechanism for fruit processing as claimed in claim 1, wherein the pipes connected with the gas-liquid mixing pump (12) are provided with valves.

The packaging equipment with the cleaning and drying mechanism for fruit processing as claimed in claim 1, wherein the spray head assembly (11) comprises a spray nozzle (111), a mounting frame (112) and a strip-shaped plate (113) with a strip-shaped through hole in the middle, the spray nozzle (111) is fixedly connected to the mounting frame (112), the mounting frame (112) is fixedly connected to the strip-shaped plate (113) through a bolt, and the spray nozzle (111) extends downwards through the strip-shaped through hole.

4. The packaging apparatus with washing and drying mechanism for fruit processing according to claim 1, wherein the inner cavity of the cylinder (212) is communicated with the bag fixing air pump (22) through a pipeline.

5. The packaging equipment with washing and drying mechanism for fruit processing according to claim 1, wherein the water permeable net (216) is in a horn shape with a wide top and a narrow bottom.

The packaging equipment with the washing and drying mechanism for fruit processing as claimed in claim 1, wherein the upper end of the bottom plate (215) is fixedly connected with an ejection cylinder (217), the upper end of the ejection cylinder (217) is fixedly connected with a screen plate (213), and the screen plate (213) slides along the inner wall of the cylinder body (212).

The fruit processing packaging equipment with the cleaning and drying mechanism is characterized in that the conveying rollers (52) are provided with a plurality of conveying rollers, transmission gears are connected to the end portions of the conveying rollers (52), the transmission gears are connected with chains, and adjacent conveying rollers (52) are connected through the chains.

8. The fruit processing packaging apparatus having a washing and drying mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the reel (42) is wound with a packaging bag extending from the slot (44).

The packaging equipment with the washing and drying mechanism for fruit processing according to claim 1, wherein the horizontal welding assembly (32), the oblique welding assembly (33) and the vertical welding assembly (43) are consistent in structure, the horizontal welding assembly (32) comprises a pushing cylinder (321) and an electric heating strip (322), and the pushing cylinder (321) is connected to both ends of the electric heating strip (322).

The packaging equipment with the washing and drying mechanism for fruit processing as claimed in claim 1, wherein the horizontal moving mechanism (7) comprises a slide rail (71), a driving rack (72), a driving gear (73), a driving motor (74) and a sliding plate (75), the slide rail (71) and the driving rack (72) are fixedly connected with the lateral mounting plate (6) through bolts, the slide rail (71) and the driving rack (72) are parallel to each other, the sliding plate (75) is slidably connected on the slide rail (71), the driving motor (74) is installed on the sliding plate (75), the driving gear (73) is connected to the driving motor (74), and the driving gear (73) is meshed with the driving rack (72).
