The invention relates to a mushroom food vacuum packaging machine, which is operated, firstly, a packaging bag containing mushrooms is placed on a placing plate 22, the lower side of the packaging bag is sucked by the matching use of an air suction box 23, an air suction machine 24, a dust suction net 25, a second air suction pipe 31 and a suction cup 28, the upper side of the packaging bag is sucked and lifted by the matching use of the air suction box 23, the air suction machine 24, the dust suction net 25, a first air suction pipe 26, a second hose 27, the suction cup 28, a connecting rod 29 and a second electric push rod 30, so that the packaging bag is opened and fixed, the labor is saved, the use convenience of the device is improved, then, the T-shaped sliding block 20 drives a connecting block 19 and a vacuum suction pipe 18 to move by controlling the first electric push rod 21, the vacuum suction pipe 18 is inserted into the packaging bag, the bag opening device at the upper part is closed, the bag opening device at the lower part, the packaging bag is vacuumized, after a certain time, the first motor 3 is started, the first motor 3 drives the rotary disc 4 and the fixed rod 5 to rotate, so that two groups of sliding plates 8 are driven to move closely under the matching of the swing block 6 and the rotating shaft 7, the upper heat sealing block 14 and the lower heat sealing block 15 are enabled to buffer and heat seal the packaging bag under the matching of the contraction rod 10, the spring 11, the limiting block 12 and the mounting plate 13, the first motor 3 is reversed after the heat sealing is finished, the upper heat sealing block 14 and the lower heat sealing block 15 are separated, the vacuumizing tube 18 is pulled out, the vacuum packaging of the mushrooms is completed, the vacuumizing tube 18 is inserted into the packaging bag for vacuumizing, the vacuum packaging effect of the device is improved, meanwhile, the packaging bag is fixed by replacing manual work through a bag opening device, fingers are prevented from being pinched by the upper heat sealing block 14 and the lower heat sealing block 15, and the safety and usability of the device are, then, by arranging the inclined block 42, the second motor 43 and the fan blades 44, cold air is blown to the packaged packaging bag to rapidly cool and shape the packaging bag, the packaging speed of the device is improved, the second bevel gear 37 is driven to rotate by the second motor 38, the second bevel gear 37 is in meshing transmission connection with the first bevel gear 36, the second bevel gear 37 drives the spiral tube 34 to rotate, the screw 35 drives the sealing door 39 to move back and forth, the packaging bag is convenient to take and place, the automatic opening and closing sealing door 39 of the device is realized, and the automation capacity of the device and the use convenience of the device are improved.
