本发明的制备方法：内层由6路循环进行针织，针筒部分2、5路为成圈三角，3、6路为浮线三角，1、4路同时含有集圈三角和浮线三角，针盘部分第2、5路为浮线三角，3、6路为成圈三角，1、4路同时含有集圈三角和浮线三角，编制方法如下表表1所示：

Claims (7)

1.一种莫代尔色纱与长纤混纺空气层针织面料，其特征在于：包括上表层、内层和下表层，所述内层设于所述上表层与所述下表层之间，所述内层为空气层结构；所述内层由上内层和下内层组成，所述上内层为棉布层，所述上内层上设有第一通气孔，所述第一通气孔内设有第二通气孔，所述第一通气孔与所述第二通气孔之间设有连接带；所述下内层由质量百分比52％莫代尔、40％腈纶和8％羊毛混纺制成；所述下表层由质量百分比72％涤纶和28％氨纶混纺制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种莫代尔色纱与长纤混纺空气层针织面料，其特征在于：所述第一通气孔的一端半径大于所述第一通气孔的另一端半径。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种莫代尔色纱与长纤混纺空气层针织面料，其特征在于：所述第二通气孔的一端半径大于所述第二通气孔的另一端半径。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种莫代尔色纱与长纤混纺空气层针织面料，其特征在于：所述第一通气孔的较大半径一端设于所述上内层和所述下内层之间。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种莫代尔色纱与长纤混纺空气层针织面料，其特征在于：所述第二通气孔的较大半径一端设于所述上表层和所述上内层之间。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种莫代尔色纱与长纤混纺空气层针织面料，其特征在于：所述上表层为PTFE服装膜层。
7.根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的一种莫代尔色纱与长纤混纺空气层针织面料的制备方法，其特征在于：所述内层由6路循环进行针织，针筒部分2、5路为成圈三角，3、6路为浮线三角，1、4路同时含有集圈三角和浮线三角，针盘部分第2、5路为浮线三角，3、6路为成圈三角，1、4路同时含有集圈三角和浮线三角。
