Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of rubber rollers and discloses a manufacturing method of an environment-friendly rubber roller, which comprises the following steps: 1) pretreating waste vulcanized rubber; 2) burdening, plasticizing and cooling; 3) encapsulating; 4) vulcanization and 5) turning and grinding. The manufacturing method of the environment-friendly rubber roller comprises the steps of recycling waste tires or waste rubber shoes, preprocessing the waste tires or the waste rubber shoes to remove impurities, preparing a spare rubber sheet by batching, plasticizing, cooling and the like, preliminarily reducing the production cost of the environment-friendly rubber roller and shortening the processing period, and finally integrating the spare rubber sheet and a roller core into a whole by rubber coating, vulcanization and car grinding, so that the waste of waste rubber resources is reduced, the effects of environment protection, energy conservation and waste recycling are achieved, waste vulcanized rubber can be recycled to replace rubber raw materials on the one hand, and the situation that natural rubber is seriously deficient is relieved; on the other hand, the waste rubber realizes the recycling.

3) encapsulating: coating the standby rubber sheet in the step 2) on the outer side of the roller core by adopting an extrusion winding rubber coating method, and forming a rubber coating layer on the outer side of the roller core;
4) and (3) vulcanization: and (3) conveying the roller core containing the rubber coating layer in the step 3) into a vulcanizing tank for vulcanization treatment to obtain the rubber roller.
5) Turning and grinding: and (3) placing the rubber roller in the step 4) on a lathe for rough machining, and then placing the rough machined rubber roller on a grinding machine for finish machining, so as to obtain the environment-friendly rubber roller.

3) encapsulating: coating the standby rubber sheet in the step 2) on the outer side of the roller core by adopting an extrusion winding rubber coating method, and forming a rubber coating layer on the outer side of the roller core;
4) and (3) vulcanization: and (3) conveying the roller core containing the rubber coating layer in the step 3) into a vulcanizing tank for vulcanization treatment to obtain the rubber roller.
5) Turning and grinding: and (3) placing the rubber roller in the step 4) on a lathe for rough machining, and then placing the rough machined rubber roller on a grinding machine for finish machining, so as to obtain the environment-friendly rubber roller.

2) burdening, plasticizing and cooling: mixing vulcanized rubber powder in the step 1) with a softening agent and a VR rubber regenerant according to the mass fraction ratio of 100: (3-8): (2-5) mixing and batching, pouring the mixed and batched materials into a rubber high-speed plasticizing unit for mixing and modification, shearing and grinding the mixed and batched materials into granules by a mechanical chemical (RMC) reactor, then feeding the granules into a screw extruder for mixing at the temperature of below 100 ℃, and discharging the granules by a refiner to prepare a spare rubber sheet;
3) encapsulating: coating the standby rubber sheet in the step 2) on the outer side of the roller core by adopting an extrusion winding rubber coating method, and forming a rubber coating layer on the outer side of the roller core;
