The first step 39 and the second step 40 do not need to exist, the first step 39 is set to be more stable when the bottom buckle 3 is pushed and placed, and the second step 40 is set to be that the surface buckle 4 is pushed into the mounting cavity to be free from interference with the bottom buckle 3 when the surface buckle 4 and the bottom buckle 3 are spliced. When the first step 39 and the second step 40 are disposed on the bottom plate 34 and the cover plate 33, since the bottom buckle clamping block 14 needs to slide along the width direction of the clamping seat 12, a certain space needs to be left between the bottom buckle clamping block 14 and the upper surface of the bottom plate 34 and between the bottom buckle clamping block 14 and the lower surface of the cover plate 33, so as to avoid interference of the first step 39 and the second step 40 to the sliding of the bottom buckle clamping block 14. But due to the space, the buckle holder block 14 is easily swung on the guide bar 22. The guide rod 22 is provided with a plane 42, and the plane 42 can effectively limit the swing of the bottom buckle clamping block 14, so that the bottom buckle clamping block 14 cannot interfere with the first step 39 and the second step 40 in the sliding process. Meanwhile, the bottom buckle clamping block 14 is limited to swing through the plane 42 on the guide rod 22, and the first elastic piece 15 is sleeved on the outer side of the guide rod 22 and can directly push the bottom buckle clamping block 14 to slide.
