Treatment method for uneven surface color of foamed aluminum
Technical Field
The invention relates to a method for treating the surface of foamed aluminum, in particular to a method for treating the surface of foamed aluminum prepared by a melt foaming method to have uneven color.
Background
The foamed aluminum is a new multifunctional product in porous metal materials, has the characteristics of sound absorption, flame retardance, buffering and energy absorption, electromagnetic shielding, damping and the like, and is wide in application range. A plurality of foamed aluminum production enterprises exist at home and abroad, the product quality is greatly the same as or different from each other, although most products can meet the use standard of the building material industry on the material performance,
however, due to the instability of the production process, the randomness of the production environment, the existence of impurities in the aluminum liquid as a raw material for manufacturing the foamed aluminum and other problems, the color uniformity of each sheet of plate cannot be ensured under the condition of continuously producing the foamed aluminum by enterprises, and the foamed aluminum is difficult to be directly used in partial projects, particularly relates to the application of the foamed aluminum plate in the field of decoration engineering.

and C: washing, namely washing the plate with water after acid washing, and washing the surfaces of the two sides of the plate with high-pressure water;
step D: and (4) drying, namely putting the pickled plate into a drying device for drying.
