In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the upper jaw 63 is reversible with respect to the lower jaw 62, i.e., the bottom of the upper jaw 63 is rotatably connected to the top of the lower jaw 62. By such an arrangement, the operation is facilitated, and the position where the upper chuck 63 and the lower chuck 62 are combined is ensured to be accurate without displacement.
In a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, the locking mechanism 64 includes a screw 641 and a pressing head 642, the upper chuck 63 and the lower chuck 62 are provided with an escape groove 643 for the screw 641 to pass through, one end of the screw 641 is pivotally connected to the lower chuck 62, the other end is threadedly connected to the pressing head 642, the pressing head 642 is provided with a handle 644, and the pressing head 642 is driven to rotate by rotating the handle 644 until the pressing head 642 firmly presses the upper chuck 63 against the lower chuck 62.
As shown in fig. 4, in order to facilitate future replacement of the clamp 6 or adjustment of the front and rear positions of the clamp 6, the base plate 61 is connected with the swing arm 14 through screws 66, and a plurality of groups of threaded holes 67 are arranged on the upper surface of the swing arm 14 at intervals along the length direction of the swing arm 14; after the screws 66 are removed, the base plate 61 is moved to a proper position, and then the screws 66 are screwed into the corresponding threaded holes 67 to fix the base plate 61.
As shown in fig. 4, in order to better match with the fixture 6 to support the used furnace roller, a supporting plate 141 is provided on the free end of the swing arm 14, and a supporting arc 142 is provided on the top of the supporting plate 141. After the old furnace roller is pulled out, the old furnace roller is simultaneously supported by the clamp 6 and the supporting plate 141, and the supporting plate 141 bears a part of the gravity of the old furnace roller.
In practical application, the bottoms of the two slide rails 12 are connected through a plurality of connecting plates so as to ensure the overall structural strength of the two slide rails 12 to be parallel to each other; the frame comprises a heightening table 111, a bottom frame 112 for supporting the middle parts of the two slide rails 12, and two side arms 113 respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the two slide rails 12; a first caster 114 is arranged at the bottom of the bottom frame 112, a second caster 115 is arranged at the bottom of the side arm 113, and the second caster 115 is pressed against the heightening table 111; the slide rail 12 is driven to move left and right by the longitudinal movement driving mechanism 8. By this arrangement, the slide rail 12 and the components on the slide rail 12 can move left and right relative to the ground.
It should be noted that the raising table 111 is fixed, the height of the worker can be made up by the raising table 111, and the worker can better complete the operation of the clamp 6, the water cooling system and the vertical movement driving mechanism 8 after standing on the raising table 111. When the center of the furnace roller clamping opening 65 deviates from the center of the old furnace roller from the left and right, or when a new furnace roller is inserted into the annealing furnace, the new furnace roller can not be aligned with the roller inlet of the annealing furnace, the left and right positions of the fine adjustment slide rail 12 can be aligned through the longitudinal movement driving mechanism 8, and the problem of furnace roller alignment is solved.
Preferably, the longitudinal movement driving mechanism 8 comprises two second lead screw lifters 81 respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the two slide rails 12, lead screws of the two second lead screw lifters 81 are horizontally arranged and connected through a coupler, lead screw nuts of the two second lead screw lifters 81 are respectively fixedly connected with the two slide rails 12, and input rotating shafts of the two second lead screw lifters 81 are both connected with a hand wheel 82; the lifter bodies of the two second lead screw lifters 81 are fixed on the raising table 111 through the mounting bracket 83.
When the hand wheel 82 of one of the second lead screw lifters 81 is driven to rotate, the lead screw of the second lead screw lifter 81 rotates, and the lead screw of the other first lead screw lifter 52 synchronously rotates under the driving of the coupler, so that the two lead screw nuts move in the same direction, and the two slide rails 12 synchronously move.
In practical applications, to ensure that the first caster 114 and the second caster 115 rotate only in the left-right direction, the first caster 114 is guided by a first rail 116 provided on the floor, and the second caster 115 is guided by a second rail 117 provided on the elevating platform 111, the first rail 116 and the second rail 117 extending in the left-right direction.
Preferably, the base frame 112 is provided with a locking screw 118 facing vertically downwards, and when the longitudinal position of the slide rail is determined, the locking screw is screwed so that the bottom end of the locking screw presses against the first guide rail 116, thereby ensuring that the caster does not self-move.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the slide seat driving mechanism 4 includes a motor mounting bracket 41 disposed on one end of the two slide rails 12, a second driving motor 42 disposed on the motor mounting bracket 41, a driving lead screw 43 disposed between the two slide rails 12, and a lead screw nut sleeved on the driving lead screw 43, and the lead screw nut is fixedly connected to the slide seat 13; one end of the driving screw 43 is rotatably connected with the motor mounting bracket 41; the second driving motor 42 is in transmission connection with a driving screw 43, T-shaped sliding grooves 44 are formed in the inner sides of the two sliding rails 12 along the length direction of the two sliding rails, and the left side and the right side of the sliding base 13 are in sliding connection with the corresponding T-shaped sliding grooves 44 through sliding blocks (not visible in the drawing). Preferably, the slider is configured to fit the T-shaped sliding slot 44, i.e. the slider is T-shaped, so as to ensure that the slider does not separate from the sliding rail 12 during the movement process.
In operation, the second driving motor 42 drives the lead screw 43 to rotate through forward and reverse rotation, so as to drive the lead screw nut and the slide base 13 connected with the lead screw nut to move along the direction guided by the T-shaped sliding groove 44 (i.e. move in the forward and backward directions), and the movement is stable and the movement accuracy is high.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the roller storage frame 2 is divided into a region to be polished 21 and a new roller region 22; the to-be-ground area 21 stores an old furnace roller removed from the jig 6, and the new roller area 22 stores a new furnace roller having completed the nodule grinding process, or a new furnace roller that has not been used. The new and old furnace rollers are separately placed and stored, so that the confusion of workers is avoided, and the recycling is convenient. In order to fix the furnace rod conveniently, the grinding area 21 and the new roller area 22 are provided with positioning plates 23, and each positioning plate is provided with a plurality of positioning grooves 24 for positioning the furnace roller. The cross section of constant head tank is the V style of calligraphy, can fix a position the stove roller of different diameters size.
Preferably, referring to fig. 1, 2 and 5, the furnace roller deburring lathe comprises a worktable 31, a lathe chuck 32 arranged on the worktable 31, a chuck driving mechanism 33 for driving the lathe chuck 32 to rotate, a positioning mechanism 34 for fixing the rotary joint on the furnace roller, and a grinding wheel polishing mechanism 35 for polishing the outer circle of the furnace roller, wherein the grinding wheel polishing mechanism 35 can move along the axial direction of the furnace roller.
When the furnace roller grinding machine works, a worker lifts and transports the old furnace roller to the position above the workbench 31, then the lathe chuck 32 clamps one end of the old furnace roller, the positioning mechanism 34 fixes the rotary joint 92, then the chuck driving mechanism 33 drives the lathe chuck 32 and the old furnace roller to rotate, and meanwhile, the grinding wheel grinding mechanism 35 grinds and removes accretions on the outer circle of the old furnace roller, so that the old furnace roller returns to a good finish degree and becomes a new furnace roller. Through setting up like this, every old stove roller can polish the processing on the spot after unloading, need not to concentrate again and transport to other mills and handle, has saved manufacturing cost greatly. In addition, the new furnace roller after being polished can be cached in the roller storage frame 2 or directly perform roller change work through the roller change device 1, and the new furnace roller is convenient to carry.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 5, the positioning mechanism 34 includes a triangular groove 341 disposed on the rotary joint, and a triangular head 342 in groove fit with the triangular groove, the triangular head is disposed at a piston rod end of a positioning cylinder 343; during positioning, a piston rod of the positioning cylinder 343 extends out, and the rotary joint is fixed through matching occlusion of the triangular head 342 and the triangular groove 341, so that the rotary joint is in a static state when the old furnace roller rotates.
Preferably, referring to fig. 2 and 5, the grinding wheel polishing mechanism 35 includes an electric sliding table 351, a sliding table cylinder 352 disposed on the sliding table of the electric sliding table, a polishing motor 353 disposed on the sliding table cylinder, and a grinding wheel 354 disposed on an output end of the polishing motor. During operation, slip table cylinder 352 drive grinding motor 353 and the emery wheel 354 on the grinding motor are close to stove roller 90, and meanwhile, the axial displacement of old stove roller is followed to the slip table on the electronic slip table 351, drives the emery wheel and polishes the processing to whole stove roller, and the treatment effeciency of polishing is high.
It should be understood that equivalents and modifications of the technical solution and inventive concept thereof may occur to those skilled in the art, and all such modifications and alterations should fall within the protective scope of the present invention.

Claims (10)

1. The roller changing and polishing system of the annealing furnace is characterized by comprising a roller changing device, a roller storage frame and a furnace roller deburring grinding machine, wherein the roller changing device comprises a rack, two slide rails arranged on the rack in parallel, a slide seat arranged between the two slide rails, a slide seat driving mechanism used for driving the slide seat to move along the length direction of the slide rails, a swing arm rotationally connected with the slide seat, a swing arm driving mechanism arranged on the slide seat and used for driving the swing arm to swing, a clamp arranged on the swing arm and a cooling mechanism used for cooling the furnace roller; the clamp is used for clamping the furnace roller; the furnace roller nodule removing grinding machine is used for removing nodules on the furnace roller; the roller storage frame is used for storing a plurality of furnace rollers.
2. The roll-changing grinding system of the annealing furnace according to claim 1, wherein the cooling mechanism comprises a water-cooling machine, a first water pipe and a second water pipe connected with the water-cooling machine, a tray arranged on one of the slide rails, a drag chain arranged on the tray, and a bracket arranged on the slide carriage; one end of the drag chain is fixedly connected with the bracket, and the other end of the drag chain is fixedly connected with the tray; and part of the first water pipe and the second water pipe are arranged on the drag chain in parallel.

The roll-changing grinding system of the annealing furnace as claimed in claim 1, wherein the swing arm driving mechanism comprises a first driving motor and a first lead screw lifter, the first driving motor is arranged on the sliding table, the first driving motor is in transmission connection with an input rotating shaft of the first lead screw lifter, a lead screw of the first lead screw lifter is vertically arranged, and the top end of the lead screw is hinged with the swing arm.

The roll-changing grinding system of an annealing furnace according to claim 1, wherein the clamp comprises a bottom plate, a lower chuck fixedly arranged on the bottom plate, an upper chuck arranged above the lower chuck, and a locking mechanism for clamping the upper chuck and the lower chuck, the upper chuck is provided with an upper arc opening, the lower chuck is provided with a lower arc opening, and the upper arc opening and the lower arc opening can be combined to form a furnace roll clamping opening.

The roll-changing grinding system of the annealing furnace as claimed in claim 4, wherein the base plate is connected with the swing arm through screws, and the upper surface of the swing arm is provided with a plurality of groups of threaded holes arranged at intervals along the length direction of the swing arm; the free end of the swing arm is provided with a bearing plate, and the top of the bearing plate is provided with a bearing arc opening.

The annealing furnace roll-changing grinding system according to claim 1, wherein the frame comprises a cushion elevation platform, a bottom frame for supporting the middle parts of the two slide rails, and two side arms respectively arranged at the left side and the right side of the two slide rails; the bottom of the underframe is provided with a first caster, the bottom of the side arm is provided with a second caster, and the second caster is pressed on the padding table; the slide rail is driven to move left and right by the longitudinal movement driving mechanism.

The roll-changing polishing system of the annealing furnace as claimed in claim 6, wherein the longitudinal movement driving mechanism comprises two second lead screw lifters respectively arranged at the left and right sides of the two slide rails, lead screws of the two second lead screw lifters are horizontally arranged and connected through a coupling, lead screw nuts of the two second lead screw lifters are respectively fixedly connected with the two slide rails, and input rotating shafts of the two second lead screw lifters are both connected with a hand wheel; the lifter main bodies of the two second screw rod lifters are fixed on the heightening table through the mounting frame.

The roll-changing grinding system of the annealing furnace according to claim 1, wherein the slide seat driving mechanism comprises a motor mounting bracket arranged at one end of the two slide rails, a second driving motor arranged on the motor mounting bracket, a driving screw arranged between the two slide rails, and a screw nut sleeved on the driving screw, and the screw nut is fixedly connected with the slide seat; the second driving motor is in transmission connection with the driving lead screw; t-shaped sliding grooves are formed in the inner sides of the two sliding rails along the length direction of the sliding rails, and the left side and the right side of each sliding seat are connected with the corresponding T-shaped sliding grooves in a sliding mode through sliding blocks.
