the driving installation mechanism (1) comprises a driving motor (11), a first installation frame (12), a connecting rod (13) and a second installation frame (14), one end of the connecting rod (13) is fixedly connected with the driving end of the driving motor (11), the first installation frame (12) and the second installation frame (14) are structurally identical and are respectively installed at two ends of the connecting rod (13), the second installation frame (14) is composed of a first bearing (141) and an installation connecting plate (142), an inner ring of the first bearing (141) is fixedly connected with the connecting rod (13), and an outer ring installation connecting plate (142) is fixedly connected;
the structure composition of the first cutting knife (2) and the second cutting knife (3) is the same, the first cutting knife (2) comprises a blade (21), a mounting disc (22) and a first driving sleeve (23), the blade (21) is mounted on the outer side of the mounting disc (22), and two ends of the first driving sleeve (23) are fixedly connected with the mounting disc (22) and arranged on the inner side of the connecting rod (13);
the distance clamping mechanism (4) comprises a second bearing (41), a second driving sleeve (42) and a distance clamping piece (43), two ends of the second driving sleeve (42) are fixedly connected with an inner ring of the second bearing (41) and are arranged on the inner side of the connecting rod (13), and the upper end of the distance clamping piece (43) is fixedly connected with an outer ring of the second bearing (41);
the adjusting mechanism (5) comprises an adjusting head (51) and an adjusting rod (52), and the adjusting rod (52) is fixedly connected with one side of the adjusting head (51).

The bidirectional cutting equipment for the thin aluminum plate with the adjustable blade spacing as claimed in claim 1, wherein a first closing piece (131) and a second closing piece (132) are arranged on the inner side of the connecting rod (13), the first closing piece (131) and the second closing piece (132) are identical in mechanism composition and opposite in direction, the first closing piece (131) comprises a clamping spring (1311), a closing rod (1312) and a clamping block (1313), one end of the clamping spring (1311) is fixedly connected with the connecting rod (13), the other end of the clamping spring is fixedly connected with one end of the closing rod (1312), and the other end of the closing rod (1312) is fixedly connected with one side of the clamping block (1313).

The apparatus for the bidirectional cutting of thin aluminum plate with adjustable blade spacing as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the clamping blocks (1313) provided by the first closing member (131) and the clamping blocks (1313) provided by the second closing member (132) have the same thickness as the first driving sleeve (23).

The bidirectional cutting equipment for the thin aluminum plate with the adjustable blade spacing as claimed in claim 1, wherein the adjusting rod (52) is provided at an outer side thereof with a first thread groove (521), a second thread groove (522) and a third thread groove (523), the first thread groove (521) corresponds to the first cutting knife (2), the second thread groove (522) corresponds to the second cutting knife (3), and the third thread groove (523) corresponds to the distance clamping mechanism (4).

The blade pitch-adjustable bidirectional cutting apparatus for thin aluminum plates as recited in claim 4, wherein the first thread groove (521) has opposite thread rotation directions with respect to the second thread groove (522) and the third thread groove (523), respectively, the thread pitch of the first thread groove (521) is the same as that of the second thread groove (522), the thread pitch of the third thread groove (523) is twice that of the first thread groove (521), and the thread pitch of the first thread groove (521) is 0.5-1.5 cm.

The bidirectional cutting apparatus for thin aluminum plate with adjustable blade spacing as claimed in claim 1, wherein the distance holder (43) comprises an engaging block (431), a first return spring (432) and a first movable block (433), the engaging block (431) is fixedly connected with the outer ring of the second bearing (41), the first return spring (432) is provided in two, and one end is fixedly connected with the inside of the engaging block (431) and the other end is fixedly connected with the upper end of the first movable block (433).

The blade-spacing-adjustable bidirectional cutting equipment for the thin aluminum plate as claimed in claim 1, wherein the spacing holder (43) further comprises a linkage block (434), an upper clamping block (435), a lower clamping block (436) and balls (437), the upper end of the upper clamping block (435) is fixedly connected with the first movable block (433), the upper clamping block (435) is fixedly connected with one side of the linkage block (434), the lower clamping block (436) is fixedly connected with the lower end of the linkage block (434), and the balls (437) are embedded in the upper clamping block (435) and the lower clamping block (436), respectively.

9. The machining method of the bidirectional cutting equipment for the thin aluminum plate with the adjustable blade spacing as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized by comprising the following steps of:
s1: the driving installation mechanism (1) is installed on the existing two-axis moving platform, and the adjusting head (51) is rotated through a corresponding tool to perform required distance adjustment on the first cutting knife (2), the second cutting knife (3) and the distance clamping mechanism (4);
s2: placing the thin aluminum plate on a workbench of a two-axis moving table, pushing the thin aluminum plate towards a distance clamping mechanism (4), inserting one end of the thin aluminum plate between an upper clamping block (435) and a lower clamping block (436), slightly shaking the thin aluminum plate left and right, attaching the thin aluminum plate to a linkage block (434), and keeping the thin aluminum plate horizontal;
s3: starting the two-axis moving platform and the driving motor (11), driving the whole installation mechanism (1) to move downwards, and clamping the thin aluminum plate by the upper clamping block (435) and the lower clamping block (436) in the downward movement process;
s4: and finally, driving the whole installation mechanism (1) to transversely move, and starting to cut the thin aluminum plate in two directions.
