The working principle is as follows: when food processing raw materials need to be cleaned, a worker opens the sealing door 12, then the food processing raw materials to be cleaned are poured into the box body 11, then the sealing door 12 is closed, then the hydraulic rod 8 is started, the output shaft of the hydraulic rod 8 pushes the lifting plate 9 to move downwards, after the lifting plate 9 is attached to the surface of the sealing gasket 27, the hydraulic rod 8 is closed, the bottom of the box body 11 falls above the supporting plate 17, the second vertical plate 22 slides downwards along with the lifting plate to shield part of the sliding groove 7, cleaning liquid flows into the box body 11 through meshes in the surface of the box body 11, meanwhile, the second motor 41 is started, the output shaft of the second motor 41 drives the bevel gear 42 to rotate, the bevel gear 42 is meshed with the gear disc 43, the gear disc 43 drives the rotating rod 5 to rotate, and the stirring paddle 6 stirs the cleaning liquid in the box body 1 along with the bevel gear 42, the cleaning liquid is fully contacted with the raw materials, then the first motor 19 is started, the output shaft of the first motor 19 drives the cam 20 to rotate, the supporting plate 17 pushes the box body 11 upwards, through the cooperation between the rotation of the cam 20 and the spring 104, the box body 11 is vibrated in the up-and-down direction, the raw material in the box body 11 is vibrated and cleaned, after the cleaning is finished, the hydraulic rod 8 is restarted, the box body 11 is moved to the original position by the hydraulic rod 8, then the sealing door 12 is opened, the heating wire 161 and the fan 163 are opened to carry out drying treatment on the raw material in the box body 11, then the ultraviolet lamp 30 is started, the raw materials in the box body 11 are sterilized, then the air exhaust fan 34 is started to accelerate the drying speed, when the drying process is completed, the bolts 26 at both sides are removed from the fixing blocks 14, and then the case 11 is taken out by pulling the handle 13, thereby completing the washing operation of the food processing material.
