Abstract
The invention discloses a food detection device with a screening function and a screening method, and relates to the technical field of food processing. The food conveying device comprises a conveying device, wherein a fixing frame is fixedly connected above the conveying device, a plurality of sensors are fixedly connected to the inner side surface of the fixing frame respectively, a control panel and a controller are fixedly connected to the fixing frame, the control panel is electrically connected with the controller, a database is stored in the control panel, the control panel is used for receiving detection data of the sensors, an inductor used for inducing food is fixedly connected to the fixing frame, and the inductor is electrically connected with the controller; fixedly connected with is used for screening the cylinder of food on the conveyer, fixedly connected with push pedal on the cylinder piston rod, cylinder and controller electric connection. The detection device and the detection method have high detection efficiency and high precision, and can detect different types of food.

Background

The traditional food detection is manually carried out, because the manual detection efficiency is low and is slowly replaced by machinery, the detection efficiency of the existing food detection device and detection method is too low, the detection precision is low, the phenomenon of wrong judgment and missing judgment is easy to occur, and the existing detection device and detection method cannot adapt to different foods for detection.

And step three, the food is placed in the first conveying area and conveyed forwards, when the sensor senses that the food runs to the lower part of the fixing frame, the sensor sends an electric signal to the controller, the controller controls the driving motor to be closed, the conveying device stops running, the sensor detects the food and sends a detection data value to the control panel, and the control panel compares the received detection data value with a data value in a normal range of the corresponding food in the database.
If the detected data value exceeds the data value of the normal range of the corresponding food in the database, the food is considered to be abnormal, the controller controls the air cylinder to push the food to the second conveying area, and meanwhile, the controller controls the driving motor to start, and the conveying device continues to operate; if the detected data value does not exceed the normal range data value of the corresponding food in the database, the food is considered to be normal, the controller controls the driving motor to start, the conveying device continues to operate, and the next food is detected.
Further, the food in the second conveying area is manually checked and judged again, and if the result of the judgment is normal, the food is placed on the first conveying area; if the result of the judgment is abnormal, the food is taken down.
Further, the time for stopping the operation of the conveying device is 1-2 seconds.
Further, when the control panel receives a plurality of detection data values, any one of the detection data values exceeds the normal range data value of the corresponding food in the database, the food is considered to be abnormal.

Referring to fig. 1, the present invention is a food detection device with a screening function, including a conveyor 1 for conveying food, a support leg 14 fixedly connected to the lower part of the conveyor 1; a fixing frame 4 is fixedly connected above the conveying device 1, and a plurality of sensors are respectively and fixedly connected with the inner side surface of the fixing frame 4; the fixing frame 4 is fixedly connected with a control panel 5 and a controller 6, the control panel 5 is electrically connected with the controller 6, a database is stored in the control panel 5, the control panel 5 is used for receiving detection data of a sensor, the fixing frame 4 is fixedly connected with an inductor 12 used for inducing food, and the inductor 12 is electrically connected with the controller 6; the conveyer 1 is fixedly connected with a cylinder 10 for screening food, a piston rod of the cylinder 10 is fixedly connected with a push plate 11, and the cylinder 10 is electrically connected with the controller 6.
Preferably, the conveying device 1 is a production line conveyor belt, the conveying device 1 is driven by a driving motor 13, and the driving motor 13 is electrically connected with the controller 6.
Preferably, the conveyor 1 is provided with a first conveying area 2 and a second conveying area 3, the first conveying area 2 and the second conveying area 3 operating simultaneously.
Preferably, the sensors include a color sensor 7 for detecting the color of the food, a gas sensor 8 for detecting the smell of the food, and a temperature sensor 9 for detecting the temperature of the food.
Preferably, the database includes the type of food product and the odor data value, temperature data value, color data value within the normal range for each type of food product.

And step two, before detection, selecting the food to be detected through the control panel 5, and opening one or more of the corresponding color sensor 7, the corresponding odor sensor 8 and the corresponding temperature sensor 9 according to the food to be detected.
And step three, the food is placed in the first conveying area 2 and conveyed forwards, the conveying direction is the direction indicated by an arrow in the figure 1, when the sensor 12 senses that the food runs below the fixing frame 4, the sensor 12 sends an electric signal to the controller 6, the controller 6 controls the driving motor 13 to be turned off, the conveying device 1 stops running, the sensor detects the food and sends a detection data value to the control panel 5, and the control panel 5 compares the received detection data value with a data value in a normal range of the corresponding food in the database.
Step four, if the detected data value exceeds the data value of the normal range of the corresponding food in the database, the food is considered to be abnormal, the controller 6 controls the air cylinder 10 to push the food to the second conveying area 3, meanwhile, the controller 6 controls the driving motor 13 to start, and the conveying device 1 continues to operate; if the detected data value does not exceed the data value in the normal range of the corresponding food in the database, the food is considered to be normal, the controller 6 controls the driving motor 13 to start, the conveying device 1 continues to operate, and the next food is detected.
Preferably, the detected food on the second conveying area 3 is subjected to manual inspection for re-judgment, and if the re-judgment result is normal, the food is placed on the first conveying area 2; if the result of the judgment is abnormal, the food is taken down.
Preferably, the conveyor 1 stops operating for a period of 1-2 seconds.
Preferably, when the control panel 5 receives a plurality of detection data values, any one of the detection data values exceeds the normal range data value of the corresponding food in the database, the food is considered to be abnormal.
