Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of test devices, in particular to a constant temperature and humidity test box. The constant temperature and humidity test chamber comprises a barrel-shaped test chamber, a base, a heating device, a refrigerating device, a humidifying device and a counterweight piston which are arranged in the vertical direction, wherein the base is provided with a bracket for mounting a sample; a test space is arranged in the test chamber and is positioned between the counterweight piston and the base; the humidifying device is used for adding wet air into the test space and comprises an atomizing device and a compressor, the atomizing device atomizes water in the water tank to generate water vapor, and the compressor presses the water vapor into the test space; the honeycomb type air conditioner also comprises a circulating fan, a honeycomb rotating wheel, a temperature sensor, a humidity sensor and a controller. According to the constant temperature and humidity test box disclosed by the invention, after water vapor is condensed and liquefied, the air pressure in the test chamber is kept constant due to the effect that the counterweight piston can freely slide under the action of gravity, and the air pressure in the test chamber can be kept stable without using an air pressure sensor.

Background
The constant temperature and humidity test box is a device for detecting the performance of a product under a certain constant temperature and humidity state so as to detect whether the performance of the product meets the requirements of relevant standards.
In the test process, in order to reach the preset temperature and humidity, the constant temperature and humidity test box needs to be provided with a corresponding temperature adjusting device and a corresponding humidity adjusting device to adjust the temperature and the humidity. However, there is a constant temperature, humidity and constant pressure test requirement at present, and the existing constant temperature, humidity and constant pressure test box relies on a PID closed-loop control system, feeds back to a controller after depending on a sensor to detect the air pressure of a target space, and is controlled by the controller to adjust the pressure.

The honeycomb rotating wheel 6 is used for reducing the humidity of the gas flowing through, and the controller can control the temperature and the humidity in the test chamber 4 by controlling the heating device, the refrigerating device, the humidifying device 7, the honeycomb rotating wheel 6 and the circulating fan 9, so that the test space 0 is kept at a constant temperature and humidity.
Further, the constant temperature and humidity test box of the invention comprises a heating device comprising an electric heating barrel with variable diameter, the test chamber 4 is positioned inside the electric heating barrel, the electric heating barrel comprises a plurality of arc-shaped electric heating pieces 31, and the arc-shaped electric heating pieces 31 are sequentially overlapped end to form the cylindrical electric heating barrel; also comprises an umbrella frame component which can adjust the diameter of the electric heating barrel by adjusting the position of the electric heating piece. Further, the constant temperature and humidity test chamber provided by the invention has the advantage that the atomization device comprises an ultrasonic atomizer.
Further, in the constant temperature and humidity test box of the present invention, the counterweight piston 8 includes a sealed water tank, and further includes a water pumping and supplying device for adjusting the gravity of the counterweight piston 8 by adjusting the amount of water in the water tank, the water pumping and supplying device includes a pipeline and a water pump, and the pipeline is connected with the water tank.
