车内异味一直是困扰车主和乘客的一大难题,车内异味过重,轻则影响车内乘员心情,重则危害乘客身体健康。行业内的各大主机厂为了解决异味问题,提高产品竞争力均加大了对车内气味的管控力度。
提升车内气味感官品质有“加法”和“减法”两种途径。“减法”即通过对整车内饰件的原材料和零部件的气味进行管控来达到整车气味舒适度的提升。而“加法”会在品牌定位、车型定位、目标客户定位背景下根据内造型色彩意向板的场景定义来制定特定主题的香料,来提升车内气味感官品质,同时实现具有品牌辨识度的车内香味。
目前,大部分主机厂的气味管控办法集中在“减法”上,无法在定位背景下制定特定主题的香料,无法提升车内气味感官品质。
发明内容
本发明为克服上述现有技术所述的至少一种缺陷(不足)。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的首要目的是,提供一种车用香氛香料,其原料包括如下重量配比的组分:

本发明的又一目的是提供一种车用香氛香料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.将龙涎酮、柳酸苄酯、氢荣莉酮酸甲酯、佳乐麝香原液、麝香-T、广藿香油、乙基麦芽酚、木香油、柠檬酸三乙酯、羟基香茅醛、香兰素、新洋苿莉醛、麝香复合油、苯甲醇、白花基、柳酸叶醇酯、乙基芳樟醇、乙酸芳樟酯按配方比例称重,加入到调配罐中;
S2.均匀搅拌;
S3.加入三丙二醇单甲醚;
S4.均匀搅拌至完全溶解。
优选的,步骤S2均匀搅拌的时间为0.5h。
优选的,步骤S4均匀搅拌的时间为1.5h。
优选的,步骤S4均匀搅拌至完全溶解后,需静止4h。
苯甲醇:中文别名苄醇;天然苯甲醇。苄醇是极有用的定香剂,是茉莉、月下香、伊兰等香精调配时不可缺少的香料。用于配制香皂;日用化妆香精。但苄醇能缓慢地自然氧化,一部分生成苯甲醛和苄醚,使市售产品常带有杏仁香味,故不宜久贮。苄醇在工业化学品生产中用途广泛。用于涂料溶剂;照相显影剂;聚氯乙烯稳定剂;医药;合成树脂溶剂;维生素b注射液的溶剂;药膏或药液的防腐剂。可用作尼龙丝;纤维及塑料薄膜的干燥剂,染料;纤维素酯;酪蛋白的溶剂,制取苄基酯或醚的中间体。同时,广泛用于制笔(圆珠笔油);油漆溶剂等。苄醇在化妆品组分中为限用防腐剂,最大用量为1%。GB 2760--1996规定为暂时允许使用的食用香料。亦为定香剂、油脂溶剂。作为香料,主要用于配制浆果、果仁等型香精。用于制备花香油和药物等,也用作香料的溶剂和定香剂;用作溶剂、增塑剂、防腐剂,并用于香料、肥皂、药物、染料等的制造。
广藿香油:广藿香油旧称派超力油(或者百秋李油),是其英文名patchouli oil的直译。广藿香是唇形科刺蕊草属植物,是一种常用的中草药植物,广藿香油是主要的药用成分,同时其也是香料工业中的一种重要的天然香料,是一种具有木香、壤香和草药香的天然油。
木香油:是一种化学物质,避免与皮肤和眼睛接触。
香兰素:香兰素化学名为4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯甲醛,又名甲基原儿茶醛、香草醛,为一种重要的广谱型高档香料,是截止2019年全球产量最大的香料之一,具有清甜的豆香、粉香气息,可用作定香剂、协调剂及调味剂,广泛应用于食品、饮料、化妆品、日用化学品及医药等行业。在下游行业中的使用比例分别为食品添加剂约50%、医药中间体20%、饲料添加剂20%,其他用途约为10%。
新洋苿莉醛,即洋茉莉基丙醛,英文名为Floramelon,也叫胡椒基丙醛;用于化妆品、洗涤剂中,刺激眼睛、呼吸系统和皮肤,避免直接接触。
CN104088197B一种宣纸的加香方法,使用了龙涎酮、柳酸苄酯、佳乐麝香原液、广藿香油、香兰素调配出檀香香精。本发明辅以龙涎、麝香等充满中东特色的名贵香料,极具现代时尚气息,给人醇厚稳重的工业感和温暖贴心的科技感;本发明的香气独特高雅、留香持久,并兼具宁神益智、调节神经、清心安神、提神醒脑、活血镇痛,防治女性乳腺疾病的功效。广藿香油使香气更细腻,更持久,本发明这些原料的搭配使用安全无害,使香精更加透发、圆润,留香更持久。

本发明中采用购买市售商品所得。下面对本发明进行详细说明。
一种车用香氛香料,其原料包括如下重量配比的组分:

所述麝香复合油含佳乐麝50-80%、麝香-T 10-20%、禅麝香1-5%。
作为具体实施例的改进,所述木香油为木香油02。所述木香油02含柏木油30-80%、松针油10-20%、檀香木油0.5-2%。
作为具体实施例的改进,所述白花基为白花基006。所述白花基006含白花醇20-60%、乙酸苄酯10-20%、芳樟醇10-20%、香叶醇5-10%、香茅醇2-5%。
一种车用香氛香料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1.将龙涎酮、柳酸苄酯、氢荣莉酮酸甲酯、佳乐麝香原液、麝香-T、广藿香油、乙基麦芽酚、木香油、柠檬酸三乙酯、羟基香茅醛、香兰素、新洋苿莉醛、麝香复合油、苯甲醇、白花基、柳酸叶醇酯、乙基芳樟醇、乙酸芳樟酯按配方比例称重,加入到调配罐中;
S2.均匀搅拌;
S3.加入三丙二醇单甲醚;
S4.均匀搅拌至完全溶解。
作为具体实施例的改进,步骤S2均匀搅拌的时间为0.5h。
作为具体实施例的改进,步骤S4均匀搅拌的时间为1.5h。
作为具体实施例的改进,步骤S4均匀搅拌至完全溶解后,需静止4h。
具体实施例1
将表1中第2-19项的配方成分按比例称重,加入到调配罐中,均匀搅拌0.5h,再按比例加入第1项的配方成分三丙二醇单甲醚,均匀搅拌1.5h,至完全溶解后,停止搅拌,静止4h后即获得该香料。在该实施例中,麝香复合油、木香油02和白花基006为预先配好的产品。其中,所述麝香复合油含佳乐麝65%、麝香-T 15%、禅麝香3%;所述木香油02含柏木油55%、松针油15%、檀香木油1%;所述白花基006含白花醇40%、乙酸苄酯15%、芳樟醇15%、香叶醇7%、香茅醇3%。
在车内的香氛发生器中添加本发明的香料后,从表2可以看出气味评价员A、气味评价员B和评香师觉得车内香味符合时尚感、科技感、工业感的主题要求,整个车内的气味感官品质得到大幅提升。

将表3中第2-19项的配方成分按比例称重,加入到调配罐中,均匀搅拌0.5h,再按比例加入第1项的配方成分三丙二醇单甲醚,均匀搅拌1.5h,至完全溶解后,停止搅拌,静止4h后即获得该香料。在该实施例中,麝香复合油、木香油02和白花基006为预先配好的产品。其中,所述麝香复合油含佳乐麝70%、麝香-T 16%、禅麝香4%;所述木香油02含柏木油60%、松针油16%、檀香木油1.5%;所述白花基006含白花醇45%、乙酸苄酯16%、芳樟醇16%、香叶醇8%、香茅醇4%。
在车内的香氛发生器中添加本发明的香料后,从表4可以看出气味评价员A、气味评价员B和评香师觉得车内香味符合时尚感、科技感、工业感的主题要求,整个车内的气味感官品质得到大幅提升。

本发明场景定义为:像下班之后,走进一家工业感设计的餐厅,耳边是隐隐约约传来的爵士乐,等待享受美食的愉悦心情。第三方专业调研机构将n款香料进行市场调研,选出喜好度最高的香料,并向参与调研者咨询改善意见。整车厂联合香料公司解读消费者的改善意见,对喜好度最高的香料进行优化和调整,并锁定该款香料。将香料搭载在车内香氛硬件中并释放,参与的评审人员对其释放强度和舒适度进行评价。强度如果不合适,则需要进行成分比例优化,直到整车评价合格。

4.根据权利要求1-3所述的一种车用香氛香料,其特征在于,所述木香油为木香油02。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种车用香氛香料,其特征在于,所述木香油02包括如下重量配比的组分:
柏木油 30-80%;
松针油 10-20%;
檀香木油 0.5-2%。
6.根据权利要求1-3所述的一种车用香氛香料,其特征在于,所述白花基为白花基006。
8.根据权利要求1-3所述的一种车用香氛香料,其特征在于,所述麝香复合油包括如下重量配比的组分:
佳乐麝 50.0-80.0%;
麝香-T 10.0-20.0%;
禅麝香 1.0-5.0%。
9.一种车用香氛香料的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
S1.将龙涎酮、柳酸苄酯、氢荣莉酮酸甲酯、佳乐麝香原液、麝香-T、广藿香油、乙基麦芽酚、木香油、柠檬酸三乙酯、羟基香茅醛、香兰素、新洋苿莉醛、麝香复合油、苯甲醇、白花基、柳酸叶醇酯、乙基芳樟醇、乙酸芳樟酯按权利要求1-8任一项所述的配方比例称重,加入到调配罐中;
S2.搅拌至均匀;
S3.加入三丙二醇单甲醚;
S4.搅拌至完全溶解。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种车用香氛香料,其特征在于步骤S4均匀搅拌至完全溶解后,需静止4h。
