Background
With the concept of minimally invasive spinal surgery being increasingly sophisticated, more and more spinal surgeons are currently using minimally invasive surgery as the preferred treatment strategy. The end plates are generally required to be treated by using a bone curette in minimally invasive spinal fusion surgery. When the traditional bone curette is used, the spoon body needs to be stretched beyond tissues to be removed, and redundant tissues are removed through a digging action. Because the minimally invasive surgery has limited visual field, the risk of damaging surrounding tissues exists when an operator uses the bone curette by hand feeling, and the force application habit is not met. Meanwhile, due to the fact that the operation space is limited, the range and the angle which can be removed by a traditional curet are small, and the problems that bone grafting area is relatively reduced due to insufficient end plate treatment and fusion conditions are not ideal enough exist.
Therefore, an endoscopic curette which is more suitable for the force exertion habit of a surgeon and is more convenient and flexible to use is needed.

Detailed Description
The invention provides a reverse curette under an endoscope.
The following detailed description of the present invention is provided in connection with the accompanying drawings for better understanding of the present invention, but not to limit the scope of the present invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the invention provides a reverse curet under an endoscope, which comprises a rod part 1, a handle 2 and a spoon body 3, wherein the handle 2 and the spoon body are connected through the rod part 1;
the rod part 1 is divided into a first rod part 11 in a straight cylindrical shape and a second rod part 12 in an arc-shaped bending shape; the first rod part 11 is provided with an extension limiting device 13 which can move along the first rod part 11; the handle 2 is connected with the first rod part 11, and the spoon body 3 is connected with the second rod part 12;
one side of the spoon body 3 away from the second rod part 12 is an inward concave groove 33; the longitudinal section of the spoon body 3 is semicircular and is used for temporarily storing the scraped bone residues and redundant tissues; the cross section of the spoon is a rectangle with one pair of arc-shaped sides, the other pair of sides is a first end 31 and a second end 32 respectively, the distance between the first end 31 and the handle 2 is larger than the distance between the second end and the handle 2, so that the side surface of the spoon body 3 is an inclined surface, and the tissue can be scraped off more easily; and the center of the spoon body 3 is higher than the joint of the spoon body 3 and the second rod part 12, namely the distance between the first end 31 and the joint of the second rod part 12 and the spoon body 3 is larger than the distance between the second end 32 and the joint of the second rod part 12 and the spoon body 3.
The second rod part 12 is arc-shaped on the horizontal plane and the vertical plane, and the distance between the second rod part 12 and the extension line of the axial lead of the first rod part 11 is gradually increased from the starting point of the second rod part 12 to the direction of the spoon body 3. The second rod part 12 is designed into an arc shape on the horizontal plane and the vertical plane, and the tail end of the second rod part is far away from the axial lead of the straight first rod part 11, so that when the second rod part 12 drives the spoon body 3 to scrape off redundant tissues, the second rod part does not shield the surgical visual field, and the operation angle is larger than that of a bone spoon with a straight whole body.
The handle 2 is rectangular, the first rod part 11 is connected to one of two surfaces of the handle 2 with larger area, and four side edges of the connecting surface are rounded perpendicularly. The handle is designed to be rectangular, so that the force application of a curette in a minimally invasive surgery is facilitated, and a surgeon can grasp and apply force conveniently; the width of the handle 2 is designed to be small to prevent the handle 2 from obstructing the endoscope's view path.
