Abstract
本发明公开了一种能够实现对垃圾的清理,同时可以实现自动消毒,自动充电充液补充的新型公共场合消毒清洁机器人。该新型公共场合消毒清洁机器人包括机器人本体以及自动充电充液装置;所述机器人本体前半部分承担清洁功能,利用除尘刷和吸尘口将所经区域进行清扫,将垃圾装入灰尘存储盒;后半部分承担消毒功能,将清洁后的区域进行消毒液体的喷洒和紫外线杀毒;充液充电桩通过红外发射头发射信号,机器人本体的红外接收头接收信号,完成自动充电充液;采用该新型公共场合消毒清洁机器人能够提高工作效率,提高设备自动化程度,有效的节省人力。

技术领域
本发明涉及消毒机器人领域,尤其是一种新型公共场合消毒清洁机器人。
背景技术
新冠疫情以来,日常消毒已经成为常态,但在车站、医院等公共场合座椅、桌子下方的角落的清洁和消毒非常不便,本发明的目的是提供一种既可以对桌椅下或其他狭小空间进行打扫清洁,又可以进行日常的消毒,还可以自动的充电充液,定时定点的对公共场合清扫消毒,避免了人员之间的过多接触,有效的防止新冠病毒的传播。对于有些消毒液体,挥发性强,并且要求避免直接接触皮肤,所以急需一种能够避免上述问题出现,又能达到自动消毒清洁的装置。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够实现对垃圾的清理,同时可以实现自动消毒,自动充电充液补充的新型公共场合消毒清洁机器人。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明所述的新型公共场合消毒清洁机器人,可以实现对垃圾的清扫;当清扫的垃圾积装满时,可以停止收集垃圾;可以实现自动转向;设置有四个方向的触碰开关,任意角度触碰都可实现转向。机器本体前半部分进行清洁打扫,后半部分对清扫干净的区域进行消毒液体的喷洒,对于机器人行走过的区域视线消毒清洁一体化操作。当消毒液体消耗殆尽,机器人本体可自动返回充电充液装置进行补给;这样避免了工作人员与消毒液体的直接接触,安全方便,节省了人力,同时对一些座椅下等角落进行全方位的清洁消毒。本发明所述的新型公共场合消毒清洁机器人能够提高工作效率,提高设备自动化程度,有效的节省人力。

其中,通过设置消毒喷头,在机器人移动过程中,可以全方位的进行消毒喷洒。通过在自动充电充液装置内部设置充电装置,便于为本发明各组件进行供电。
通过在机器人机身侧面设有紫外线杀毒灯,强化杀菌杀毒效果。
通过采用红外传感器,红外传感器用于避开障碍物,在机器人前方180°范围内均匀布置了3只红外传感器17。
所述机器人本体顶部设有加液对接口,且所述机器人本体的加液对接口上设有流量电磁阀,精确控制充液的容量。
机器人本体通过开关按钮打开,对当前区域进行清扫消毒,在移动过程中,驱动轮提供动力,转向轮控制转向,机器人本体设置的红外传感器用于避开障碍物,触碰开关在红外传感器故障情况下起保护作用。
如图4所示,机器人底盘的四个除尘刷对机器人所经区域同时进行清扫,通过吸尘口将清扫收集的垃圾装入灰尘存储盒中,红外传感器对周围障碍物进行检测避障,若红外传感器故障,机器人本体设有触碰开关起保护作用。
