Abstract
The invention discloses protective clothing resistant to repeated disinfection. The protective clothing is made of fabric with a water-soluble sacrificial layer on the surface. The manufacturing process comprises the following steps: (1) firstly, padding the fabric with liquid medicine containing a water repellent to obtain a water repellent layer on the surface of the fabric; (2) then the fabric is thermally bonded with a water-soluble film material to obtain a water-soluble sacrificial layer on the fabric; (3) and finally, cutting and sewing the fabric to obtain the protection. Compared with the prior art, the protective clothing can resist repeated disinfection, and resource waste caused by abandonment after disposable protective clothing is taken is avoided.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to protective clothing resistant to repeated disinfection and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The protective clothing can avoid the staff direct exposure in the polluted environment, is disposable mostly. If the disinfection-resistant washing of the protective clothing can be realized, not only can the production pressure of protective clothing enterprises be relieved, but also the resource waste caused by the abandonment of the disposable protective clothing can be reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the defects of the existing protective clothing, the invention aims to provide the protective clothing resistant to repeated disinfection and the manufacturing method of the protective clothing.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
a protective clothing resistant to repeated disinfection is characterized in that: the protective clothing is made of fabric with a water-soluble sacrificial layer on the surface.
Preferably, the water-soluble sacrificial layer is polyacrylamide or polyvinyl alcohol.
More preferably, the thickness of the water-soluble sacrificial layer is 1-50 microns.
Preferably, a hydrophobic layer is arranged between the water-soluble sacrificial layer and the fabric.
More preferably, the thickness of the hydrophobic layer is 1-10 microns.
The manufacturing method of the protective clothing comprises the following steps:
(1) firstly, padding the fabric with liquid medicine containing a water repellent to obtain a water repellent layer on the surface of the fabric;
(2) then the fabric is thermally bonded with a water-soluble film material to obtain a water-soluble sacrificial layer on the fabric;
(3) and finally, cutting and sewing the fabric to obtain the protective clothing.
Preferably, the water repellent is an organosilicon water repellent.
Preferably, the water-soluble film material is polyacrylamide or polyvinyl alcohol.
Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention will be further described in detail with reference to the following examples.
Compared with the existing protective clothing, the protective clothing resistant to repeated disinfection is made of the fabric with the water-soluble sacrificial layer on the surface. The water-soluble sacrificial layer serves as the outermost layer.
The water-soluble sacrificial layer may be selected from polyacrylamide or polyvinyl alcohol.
When the protective clothing is disinfected and washed, the water-soluble sacrificial layer on the surface of the fabric can be partially dissolved, so that pollutants adhered to the water-soluble sacrificial layer fall off from the protective clothing, on one hand, a disinfection effect is provided, on the other hand, the inner-layer fabric is protected, the number of times of washout resistance of the fabric can be increased by increasing the thickness of the water-soluble sacrificial layer, the softness of the fabric can be reduced by excessively thick the water-soluble sacrificial layer, and the thickness of the water-soluble sacrificial layer can be controlled to be 1-50 micrometers.
In some embodiments, the water-soluble sacrificial layer has a thickness of 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 30, or 50 microns.
In some embodiments, a hydrophobic layer is provided between the water soluble sacrificial layer and the facing material.
The hydrophobic layer prevents sweat, washing water and the like from permeating between the water-soluble sacrificial layer and the fabric, improves the anti-falling performance of the water-soluble sacrificial layer, on one hand, the water-soluble sacrificial layer can be partially and completely dissolved after repeated disinfection, so that the fabric is exposed at the local part, and the hydrophobic layer can prevent the disinfection liquid medicine from directly contacting with the fabric, and improves the washability of the fabric. The thickness of the hydrophobic layer can be controlled to be 1-10 microns.
In some embodiments, the water-soluble sacrificial layer has a thickness of 1, 2, 4, 6, 8, or 10 microns.
The protective clothing can be manufactured by adopting a method comprising the following steps:
(1) thermally combining the fabric with a water-soluble film material to obtain a water-soluble sacrificial layer on the fabric;
(2) then cutting and sewing the fabric to obtain the protective clothing;
or:
(1) firstly, padding the fabric with liquid medicine containing a water repellent to obtain a water repellent layer on the surface of the fabric;
(2) then the fabric is thermally bonded with a water-soluble film material to obtain a water-soluble sacrificial layer on the fabric;
(3) and finally, cutting and sewing the fabric to obtain the protective clothing.
In some embodiments, the water repellent is an organosilicon water repellent.
In some embodiments, the water-soluble film material is polyacrylamide or polyvinyl alcohol.
The fabric used as the substrate of the water-soluble sacrificial layer in the present invention is not particularly limited, and may be selected from fabrics commonly used for protective clothing, such as woven fabric, knitted fabric or nonwoven fabric.
Example 1
The protective clothing capable of resisting repeated disinfection is characterized in that a water-soluble sacrificial layer is a polyacrylamide film, the thickness of the film is 10 microns, and the manufacturing process is as follows:
(1) carrying out heat seal on the PP non-woven fabric and the polyacrylamide film to obtain the PP non-woven fabric with the water-soluble sacrificial layer;
(2) cutting and sewing the PP non-woven fabric according to a conventional mode to manufacture the protective clothing;
example 2
The protective clothing capable of resisting repeated disinfection is characterized in that a water-soluble sacrificial layer is a polyvinyl alcohol film, the thickness of the film is 5 microns, and the manufacturing process is as follows:
(1) preparing a water repellent liquid medicine: adding 5 wt% of octyl triethoxysilane and 1 wt% of sodium dodecyl sulfate into water, adjusting the pH value to about 9, heating to 50 ℃, and stirring for 2 hours for later use;
(2) carrying out three-dipping and three-rolling, carrying out padding treatment on the PP non-woven fabric by using a water repellent liquid medicine, and drying to obtain the PP non-woven fabric with a hydrophobic layer on the surface, wherein the hydrophobic layer is about 8 microns;
(3) then, thermally sealing the PP non-woven fabric and the polyvinyl alcohol film to obtain the PP non-woven fabric with the water-soluble sacrificial layer;
(4) and finally, cutting and sewing the PP non-woven fabric according to a conventional mode to manufacture the protective clothing.
Example 3
The difference from the embodiment 2 is that: the water-soluble sacrificial layer adopts a polyacrylamide film, and the thickness of the film is 20 microns.
Finally, it should be noted that: although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that changes may be made in the embodiments and/or equivalents thereof without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
