Description

Drying machine
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of heat pump drying, in particular to a dryer.
Background
The heat pump tobacco drying generally adopts a mode that hot air is utilized to dry materials, a heater is utilized to heat ambient air to a proper temperature, the hot air enters a curing barn to transfer heat to the materials, moisture in the hot air is vaporized and separated from the materials, the separated moisture needs to be discharged from the curing barn through a dehumidifying air door, and the materials are ensured to be dried.
The tobacco drying process is actually the process of evaporating moisture from tobacco leaves under the condition of heating, but the heating temperature, the heating time and the wet bulb temperature must strictly comply with the tobacco drying process so as to ensure that the color and the aroma of the dried tobacco leaves belong to high-grade tobacco leaves. The drying process is simply introduced as shown in figure 1, and the running states of the fans are different in different baking stages.
In order to ensure the drying quality, the circulating fan can run in different states under the conditions of different stages, different temperatures and different humidity. When the circulating fan is started to be high-grade, the circulating fan is required to be started for several seconds at low grade and then to be started to be high grade, because the high grade is directly started, the instant starting current of the circulating fan is large, the torque is large, the service life of the circulating fan is damaged, and even the circulating fan can be burnt.
At present, circulating fans are controlled by manual mechanical rotary switches.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2, the existing intensive baking house controllers all adopt mechanical rotary switches, and need to be manually operated.
When the rotary switch is shifted to a stop gear, the inside of the rotary switch is completely disconnected, and the fan stops running.
When the rotary switch is shifted to a low-speed gear position, the U low, the V low and the W low in the rotary switch are respectively communicated with the L1, the L2 and the L3, and the fan runs at a low speed.
The rotary switch is shifted to a high-speed gear position, the U low, the V low and the W low in the rotary switch are in short circuit, the U high, the V high and the W high are respectively communicated with the L1, the L2 and the L3, and the fan runs at a high speed.
When the circulating fan starts high-grade, the circulating fan is required to start the low-grade for several seconds and then start the high-grade, because the high-grade is directly started, the instant starting current of the circulating fan is large, the torque is large, the service life of the fan is damaged, and even the fan can be burnt. However, when the tobacco grower actually operates, the tobacco grower may directly click the two parts to switch from the stop state to the high speed state, and the operation of the tobacco grower can not be ensured to be completely performed according to the requirement. And the manual operation has the contingency, if the cigarette grower switches the fan gear untimely, will influence the flue-cured tobacco quality.
