Example 2
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, an automatic drying control process for a gas dryer includes the following steps:
(1) feeding into a dryer: loading linen to be dried into a dryer; starting a fan at the feeding stage, wherein the starting frequency is 40-50 HZ; the loading door is automatically opened, the unloading door is automatically closed, the inner cylinder of the dryer rotates forwards and backwards, and the rotation frequency is 30-40 HZ;
(2) drying by a dryer: starting a drying program, starting a burner, starting a PID automatic temperature control program when the conditions are met, and automatically adjusting the temperature of inlet air and outlet air of the dryer; in the drying stage, the rotation frequency of a fan is increased to 50-60HZ, a loading door is closed, an unloading door is closed, an inner cylinder of the dryer rotates forwards at the rotation frequency of 35-45HZ, a burner is started, and a return air door is opened.
In this embodiment, the starting program of the burner at the drying stage of the dryer specifically includes:
(a) when the combustor is just started, the opening rate of the combustor is 100 percent; the full opening of the burner at the initial stage is beneficial to rapid temperature rise, so that the dryer can be conveyed at high temperature with maximum efficiency;
(b) when the temperature of the air inlet reaches 160-170 ℃, the opening rate of the burner is reduced to 80 percent; when the temperature of the air inlet reaches 160-170 ℃, the opening rate of the burner is reduced to 80 percent in order to avoid damaging the linen in the dryer and avoid the uncontrollable PID caused by overlarge temperature inertia;
(c) when the temperature of the air inlet reaches 180 ℃ and 190 ℃, the opening rate of the burner is reduced to 60 percent; when the temperature of the air inlet reaches 160-;
(d) when the temperature of the air inlet reaches 190-; the PID control of the inlet air temperature means that the temperature of the air inlet is stabilized by controlling the opening rate of the burner until the temperature of the air outlet reaches a preset value so as to start the PID control of the outlet air temperature. That is, before the outlet air temperature PID control is performed, the inlet air temperature PID control is adopted. The purpose of air inlet temperature PID control is exactly to maintain the air intake temperature, realizes that balanced temperature carries to in the drying-machine, avoids the high temperature or crosses low excessively, and the high temperature can cause the damage to the linen, and the temperature crosses low excessively, can not reach the stoving in the drying-machine and predetermine the temperature, can't realize drying.
When the air inlet temperature is specifically controlled by PID control, the temperature of the air inlet of the dryer is monitored in real time, and a threshold value, for example 200 ℃, can be set for the temperature of the air inlet. When the temperature of the air inlet is lower than a preset threshold value, the PID control increases the opening rate of the burner by 5% -10% until the temperature of the air inlet rises to reach the preset threshold value; when the temperature of the air inlet is higher than a preset threshold value, the PID control reduces the opening rate of the combustor by 5% -10% until the temperature of the air inlet is reduced to the preset threshold value.
The PID control of the inlet air temperature is finally realized in such a way that the temperature of the inlet air is always maintained within a set threshold range or a temperature value.
(e) When the temperature of the air outlet reaches 100-110 ℃, the PID control of the air outlet temperature is started.
When the temperature of the air outlet reaches 100-110 ℃, the temperature in the dryer reaches the drying requirement at the moment, and the temperature only needs to be maintained within the temperature range, and the PID control of the air outlet temperature is needed at the moment.
In this embodiment, the PID control of the outlet air temperature means that the temperature of the outlet air is stabilized by controlling the opening rate of the burner until the linen is dried. The purpose of PID control of the air outlet temperature is to maintain the temperature of an air outlet within a set range, realize the drying of the balanced temperature in the dryer and avoid the phenomenon that the temperature is too high or too low, and the temperature is too high to cause damage to the linen and cause the linen to turn hard; the temperature is low excessively, the preset drying temperature cannot be reached in the dryer, drying cannot be realized, and the drying effect is not ideal.
When the air outlet temperature PID is specifically controlled, the temperature of the air outlet of the dryer is monitored in real time, and a threshold range can be set for the temperature of the air outlet, for example, 100 plus 110 ℃. When the temperature of the air outlet is lower than the range of a preset threshold value, the PID control increases the opening rate of the burner by 5% -10% until the temperature of the air outlet rises to reach the preset threshold value; when the temperature of the air outlet is higher than the range of the preset threshold value, the PID control reduces the opening rate of the burner by 5% -10% until the temperature of the air outlet is reduced to the range of the preset threshold value.
The PID control of the air outlet temperature is finally realized in such a way that the temperature of the air outlet always keeps floating up and down within the set threshold range, so that the drying temperature is ensured, the drying efficiency is improved, meanwhile, the damage to the linen is avoided, and the phenomenon that the linen is yellow or hard is prevented.
In this embodiment, when carrying out air-out temperature PID control, the temperature of air intake can reduce gradually this moment, also can have the circumstances that risees to appear at the in-process that reduces, because when air-out temperature PID controls, can appear increasing the condition of combustor rate of opening, consequently can have the condition of transient temperature rise, then reduction.
The temperature of the air inlet is slowly reduced, when the temperature of the air inlet is reduced to the temperature of the air outlet plus the set temperature, the system judges that the linen is dried, and the drying process is finished.
In this embodiment, after the linen is dried, it is determined that the drying setting condition is reached, and the drying time can be controlled by the set linen drying humidity. That is, according to different linen, after the system achieves the preset drying condition according to the linen, the drying can be finished in principle and the next procedure is started; but different linen and the humidity degree that the customer required are different, consequently after normal drying, can also be directed against different humidity requirements, continue to dry for a period to satisfy the humidity requirement. The sensitivity of the general dry-humidity is adjusted by the PID control parameter of the air outlet temperature.
(3) Cooling the dryer: after drying, the loading door is half opened for natural cooling, and cooling is finished after conditions are met, wherein the drying machine cooling comprises time control and temperature control, namely after a certain time or a preset temperature value is met, the system judges that cooling is finished;
(4) discharging of the dryer: unloading and outputting the dried and cooled linen, wherein a loading door does not act in a discharging stage, the unloading door is opened, a fan is closed, an inner cylinder of the dryer rotates forwards and backwards, the rotating frequency is 35-45HZ, the dryer discharges materials obliquely, and the discharging time is generally set to be 45-60 seconds;
(5) removing velvet by a dryer: after discharging and unloading are finished, starting a lint removing program, and performing lint removing operation on the inside of the dryer; the loading door is closed, the unloading door is closed, the fan is stopped, the roller stops rotating, the lint removing door is opened, the lint removing oscillator is opened, the lint removing air blowing is used for blowing air once every 5 seconds, the single air blowing time is 1 second, the fluff collector is started, and the lint removing air blowing frequency is 5-10 times.
Although the present invention has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
