本发明公开了一种草莓专用农药的制备方法及其应用,该方法包括以下步骤:培养荧光假单胞菌液体发酵种子;将液体发酵种子发酵,过滤后取发酵液,喷雾干燥后,得活性菌粉;按重量份数计称取各组分,将活性菌粉、玉米油、香茅草精油、纳米银、艾草和陈皮混合,投入高速剪切机中剪切3‑5分钟,再加入氯化钠、大蒜素、苯基酸钠、三唑酮、氯化钾、聚乙二醇、虾壳粉,搅拌后,喷雾干燥,即得草莓专用农药。该专用农药将菌株固定在载体后,再与化学农药协同作用,提高了灰粉病的治疗效果,且环境友好度高,适合产业化。

本发明涉及草莓种植技术领域,具体涉及一种草莓专用农药的制备方法及其应用。
背景技术
草莓富含氨基酸、果糖、蔗糖、葡萄糖、柠檬酸、苹果酸、果胶、胡萝卜素、维生素B1、B2、烟酸及矿物质钙、镁、磷、钾、铁等,具有很高的营养价值,而草莓却非常容易受到病害侵蚀,常见的病害有白粉病,灰霉病,萎黄病,炭疽病,叶枯病。
草莓白粉病和灰霉病是草莓生产中的两种主要的真菌性病害,特别是设施条件下,常常遇到较高的温湿度,栽培草莓容易发生这两种病害。草莓白粉病和灰霉病发生严重时,严重影响了草莓的产量、品质和经济效益。目前市场上的农药对草莓的这些病害防治效果都不好,也还没有特效的草莓专用农药方便种植户使用。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种草莓专用农药的制备方法及其应用,该专用农药将菌株固定在载体后,再与化学农药协同作用,提高了灰粉病的治疗效果,且环境友好度高,适合产业化。
一种草莓专用农药的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,培养荧光假单胞菌接种至LB培养基中培养10h后,获得液体发酵种子;
步骤2,再将液体发酵种子按3-5%的接种量接入发酵培养基中发酵,过滤后取发酵液,喷雾干燥后,得活性菌粉;
步骤3,按重量份数计称取如下组分:氯化钠1-4份、大蒜素3-8份、苯基酸钠8-12份、三唑酮1-3份、氯化钾12-18份、纳米银0.5-1.2份、玉米油2.5-7.5份、聚乙二醇5-10份、虾壳粉25-50份、香茅草精油20-35份、艾草5-12份、陈皮1-3份、活性菌粉5-8份;
步骤4,将活性菌粉、玉米油、香茅草精油、纳米银、艾草和陈皮混合,投入高速剪切机中剪切3-5分钟,再加入氯化钠、大蒜素、苯基酸钠、三唑酮、氯化钾、聚乙二醇、虾壳粉,搅拌后,喷雾干燥,即得草莓专用农药。
作为改进的是,所述荧光假单胞菌的保藏编号为CCTCC NO:M 2014274。
作为改进的是,步骤3中按重量份数计称取如下组分:氯化钠3份、大蒜素6份、苯基酸钠10份、三唑酮2份、氯化钾15份、纳米银1.0份、玉米油5份、聚乙二醇8份、虾壳粉30份、香茅草精油25份、艾草8份、陈皮2份、活性菌粉6份。
作为改进的是,步骤4中高速剪切的速度为1500-2000rpm。
上述草莓专用农药在栽种草莓上的应用。
作为改机的是,取草莓专用农药,按重量比为1:300-400比例加入水,搅拌均匀后,即得喷洒液。

与现有技术相比,本发明一种草莓专用农药的制备方法及其应用,具有如下优势:
1.本发明提供的草莓专用农药组分简单,以生物农药和化学农药相结合,治疗草莓的白粉病效果明显,且用药量低,环境友好度高;
2.本发明农药易于保存,且抗病效果不易受外界影响,应用前景广。
具体实施方案
实施例1
一种草莓专用农药的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,培养荧光假单胞菌接种至LB培养基中培养10h后,获得液体发酵种子,所述荧光假单胞菌的保藏编号为CCTCC NO:M 2014274。;
步骤2,再将液体发酵种子按3%的接种量接入发酵培养基中发酵,过滤后取发酵液,喷雾干燥后,得活性菌粉;
步骤3,按重量份数计称取如下组分:氯化钠1份、大蒜素3份、苯基酸钠8份、三唑酮1份、氯化钾12份、纳米银0.5份、玉米油2.5份、聚乙二醇5份、虾壳粉25份、香茅草精油20份、艾草5-12份、陈皮1份、活性菌粉5份;
步骤4,将活性菌粉、玉米油、香茅草精油、纳米银、艾草和陈皮混合,投入高速剪切机中以1500rpm的速度剪切3分钟,再加入氯化钠、大蒜素、苯基酸钠、三唑酮、氯化钾、聚乙二醇、虾壳粉,搅拌后,喷雾干燥,即得草莓专用农药。
上述草莓专用农药在栽种草莓上的应用,取草莓专用农药,按重量比为1:300比例加入水,搅拌均匀后,即得喷洒液。
以江苏省句容市丁庄葡萄园的种植地,具体参照CN107646879A的测试方法。通过此方法计算得本发明防治效果为86.85%,病情指数为1.25%。用此农药喷洒后,草莓直径的生长速率提高了0.2cm。
实施例2
一种草莓专用农药的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,培养荧光假单胞菌接种至LB培养基中培养10h后,获得液体发酵种子,所述荧光假单胞菌的保藏编号为CCTCC NO:M 2014274;
步骤2,再将液体发酵种子按4%的接种量接入发酵培养基中发酵,过滤后取发酵液,喷雾干燥后,得活性菌粉;
步骤3,按重量份数计称取如下组分:氯化钠3份、大蒜素6份、苯基酸钠10份、三唑酮2份、氯化钾15份、纳米银1.0份、玉米油5份、聚乙二醇8份、虾壳粉30份、香茅草精油25份、艾草8份、陈皮2份、活性菌粉6份;
步骤4,将活性菌粉、玉米油、香茅草精油、纳米银、艾草和陈皮混合,投入高速剪切机中剪切4分钟,再加入氯化钠、大蒜素、苯基酸钠、三唑酮、氯化钾、聚乙二醇、虾壳粉,搅拌后,喷雾干燥,即得草莓专用农药。
上述草莓专用农药在栽种草莓上的应用,取草莓专用农药,按重量比为1:400比例加入水,搅拌均匀后,即得喷洒液。
以江苏省句容市丁庄葡萄园的种植地,具体参照CN107646879A的测试方法。通过此方法计算得本发明防治效果为88.67%,病情指数为1.05%。用此农药喷洒后,草莓的生长速率提高了0.3cm。
实施例3
一种草莓专用农药的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,培养荧光假单胞菌接种至LB培养基中培养10h后,获得液体发酵种子,所述荧光假单胞菌的保藏编号为CCTCC NO:M 2014274;
步骤2,再将液体发酵种子按3-5%的接种量接入发酵培养基中发酵,过滤后取发酵液,喷雾干燥后,得活性菌粉;
步骤3,按重量份数计称取如下组分:氯化钠4份、大蒜素8份、苯基酸钠12份、三唑酮3份、氯化钾18份、纳米银1.2份、玉米油7.5份、聚乙二醇10份、虾壳粉50份、香茅草精油35份、艾草12份、陈皮3份、活性菌粉8份;
步骤4,将活性菌粉、玉米油、香茅草精油、纳米银、艾草和陈皮混合,投入高速剪切机中剪切5分钟,再加入氯化钠、大蒜素、苯基酸钠、三唑酮、氯化钾、聚乙二醇、虾壳粉,搅拌后,喷雾干燥,即得草莓专用农药。
上述草莓专用农药在栽种草莓上的应用,取草莓专用农药,按重量比为1:400比例加入水,搅拌均匀后,即得喷洒液。
以江苏省句容市丁庄葡萄园的种植地,具体参照CN107646879A的测试方法。通过此方法计算得本发明防治效果为75.67%,病情指数为2.02%。用此农药喷洒后,草莓的生长速率提高了0.2cm。
通过上述实施例可知,本发明草莓专用农药组分简单,将菌株固定在载体后,再与化学农药协同作用,提高了灰粉病的治疗效果,且环境友好度高,适合产业化;即以生物农药和化学农药相结合,治疗草莓的白粉病效果明显,且用药量低,环境友好度高。另外,该农药带有肥料的效果,可以促进果实膨大,保证了草莓果实的产量。

Claims (6)

1.一种草莓专用农药的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤1,培养荧光假单胞菌接种至LB培养基中培养10h后,获得液体发酵种子;
步骤2,再将液体发酵种子按3-5%的接种量接入发酵培养基中发酵,过滤后取发酵液,喷雾干燥后,得活性菌粉;
步骤3,按重量份数计称取如下组分:氯化钠1-4份、大蒜素3-8份、苯基酸钠8-12份、三唑酮1-3份、氯化钾12-18份、纳米银0.5-1.2份、玉米油2.5-7.5份、聚乙二醇5-10份、虾壳粉25-50份、香茅草精油20-35份、艾草5-12份、陈皮1-3份、活性菌粉5-8份;
步骤4,将活性菌粉、玉米油、香茅草精油、纳米银、艾草和陈皮混合,投入高速剪切机中剪切3-5分钟,再加入氯化钠、大蒜素、苯基酸钠、三唑酮、氯化钾、聚乙二醇、虾壳粉,搅拌后,喷雾干燥,即得草莓专用农药。
