本发明涉及驱蚊技术领域,更具体地说,本发明涉及一种天然植物精油驱蚊产品及制备方法。
背景技术
随着全球温室效应不断的升高和环境恶化,世界卫生组织(WHO)认为蚊虫对人类健康尤其是幼儿健康将产生进一步的影响,蚊虫是传播多种疾病的重要途径之一,比如疟疾,乙型脑炎,登革热,黄热病,丝虫病等等疾病都是通过蚊虫叮咬而引起的。全球有一半以上的人生活在被蚊虫所传疾病的威胁之中。在日常生活中,常用驱避剂防止蚊虫叮咬。驱避剂是指可自然挥发的某种特殊气味,使昆虫嗅到后产生驱避而不敢接近的化学物质。昆虫驱避剂本身无杀虫作用,但可以在一定时间内,使人、畜免受昆虫叮咬和侵袭,防止虫媒病发生。
随着经济不断发展,人们生活水平持续提高,对个人防护用品的品质要求也越来越高。其中,驱蚊产品就是人们日常生活中的必需品,在个人防护、防止疾病传播中起着举足轻重的作用。然而,目前市面上大多数产品都是采用化学制剂作为有效成分,破坏蚊虫神经系统已达到驱蚊或者杀蚊的目的;比如电热蚊香液、电热蚊香片以及杀虫气雾剂等。
目前市面上已经具有多种以植物精油作为有效成分的驱蚊产品,如馥稷生物的家德宝本草防蚊液、珮氏小番茄香蕉贴等,这些产品都具有一定的驱蚊效果,但通过生物测试这些市面上流通的以植物精油为主要成分的驱蚊产品,结果显示产品的精油在空气中挥发速度快,有效驱蚊保护时间较短,无法满足国家B级的驱避要求。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种天然植物精油驱蚊产品及制备方法,本发明所要解决的技术问题是:现有驱蚊产品中天然植物精油虽然能够有效驱赶蚊虫,但精油在空气中挥发快,作用时间短,不能做到长时间的驱蚊防护的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种天然植物精油驱蚊产品,包括驱蚊片、无纺布、不干胶和离型纸,所述驱蚊片包括按如下重量百分比计的组份:香茅精油2%-6%、桉叶精油2%-6%、冬青精油3%-5%、薰衣草精油1%-4%、薄荷精油2%-5%、海藻胶35%-50%和水。
一种天然植物精油驱蚊产品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、精油制备,首先选取各种精油制备所需原料,对原料进行清洗,然后自然晾干,随后将原料放入蒸馏装置中,在蒸馏装置底部加入蒸汽,对蒸馏过程中得到的蒸汽进行冷凝收集,然后即可获得粗油,采用分子蒸馏分离法对粗油进行二次蒸馏纯化分离,然后即可得到高纯度精油;
S2、精油混合,首先将冬青精油放入容器中,并对容器进行加热,加热至冬青精油变为透明状,然后选取定量的香茅精油、桉叶精油、薰衣草精油和薄荷精油,并将上述精油依次放入容器中,对容器中液体进行搅拌,当液体混合均匀后,停止搅拌,此时得到精油混合液;
S3、载体凝胶制备,选择合适容器放入定量水,将容器中水加热至40℃-50℃,然后选取定量海藻胶,并将海藻胶放入水中,此时继续对容器进行加热,当海藻胶溶解后,停止加热,让海藻胶自然冷却至50℃-60℃,即可得到载体凝胶备用;
S4、驱蚊片制备,随后将步骤2和步骤3中制得的精油混合液和载体凝胶放入搅拌设备中进行搅拌,当精油混合液与载体凝胶均匀混合,然后静置冷却至室温即可得到固态驱蚊剂,随后将固态驱蚊剂放入压片机中,控制压片机将驱蚊剂压成3mm-5mm的薄片,此时即制得驱蚊片;
S5、驱蚊贴加工,将驱蚊片放入无纺布袋中,然后利用自动化缝纫机将无纺布袋缝严,然后将无纺布袋背面钩面置于不干胶表面绒面,然后将不干胶压合在离型纸表面,最后即可得到驱蚊贴,然后对驱蚊贴进行消毒包装。
作为本发明的进一步方案:所述步骤S1中冷凝收集过程具体步骤为,通过冷凝方式得到粗油溶液,然后将溶液置于-20℃的低温环境下静置20min,然后吸取上层精油,然后得到粗油。

本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本发明采用桉叶精油和香茅精油复合的方式制作驱蚊产品,桉叶精油前期驱蚊效果较好,香茅精油后期驱蚊效果较好,两者复合进行使用,可以保证本产品可持续较长时间保持较好驱蚊效果,同时采用载体凝胶可以在一定程度上减缓精油散发速度,并通过缓释精油散发速度来实现本产品的长效使用,维持空气中的精油浓度,避免普通驱蚊贴或其他驱蚊产品存在的效用时间短的问题,保证本产品长时间保持驱蚊效果;
2、本发明通过无纺布袋背面钩面和不干胶表面绒面,在驱蚊片失效后,方便对无纺布袋和驱蚊片取下进行更换,可以保证本产品进行长时间使用。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1:
一种天然植物精油驱蚊产品,包括驱蚊片、无纺布、不干胶和离型纸,驱蚊片包括按如下重量百分比计的组份:香茅精油5%、桉叶精油5%、冬青精油4%、薰衣草精油2%、薄荷精油2%、海藻胶45%和水。

S4、驱蚊片制备,随后将步骤2和步骤3中制得的精油混合液和载体凝胶放入搅拌设备中进行搅拌,当精油混合液与载体凝胶均匀混合,然后静置冷却至室温即可得到固态驱蚊剂,随后将固态驱蚊剂放入压片机中,控制压片机将驱蚊剂压成4mm的薄片,此时即制得驱蚊片;
S5、驱蚊贴加工,将驱蚊片放入无纺布袋中,然后利用自动化缝纫机将无纺布袋缝严,然后将无纺布袋背面钩面置于不干胶表面绒面,然后将不干胶压合在离型纸表面,最后即可得到驱蚊贴,然后对驱蚊贴进行消毒包装。
步骤S1中冷凝收集过程具体步骤为,通过冷凝方式得到粗油溶液,然后将溶液置于-20℃的低温环境下静置20min,然后吸取上层精油,然后得到粗油。
S4中精油混合液与载体凝胶均匀混合后,且温度降低至35℃时,停止搅拌。
S3中海藻胶加热溶解过程温度控制在90℃,步骤S2中冬青精油需加热至60℃后,加入各组分植物精油的同时进行搅拌。
实施例3:
一种天然植物精油驱蚊产品,包括驱蚊片、无纺布、不干胶和离型纸,驱蚊片包括按如下重量百分比计的组份:香茅精油2%、桉叶精油3%、冬青精油4%、薰衣草精油2%、薄荷精油2%、海藻胶45%和水。
一种天然植物精油驱蚊产品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、精油制备,首先选取各种精油制备所需原料,对原料进行清洗,然后自然晾干,随后将原料放入蒸馏装置中,在蒸馏装置底部加入蒸汽,对蒸馏过程中得到的蒸汽进行冷凝收集,然后即可获得粗油,采用分子蒸馏分离法对粗油进行二次蒸馏纯化分离,然后即可得到高纯度精油;
S2、精油混合,首先将冬青精油放入容器中,并对容器进行加热,加热至冬青精油变为透明状,然后选取定量的香茅精油、桉叶精油、薰衣草精油和薄荷精油,并将上述精油依次放入容器中,对容器中液体进行搅拌,当液体混合均匀后,停止搅拌,此时得到精油混合液;
S3、载体凝胶制备,选择合适容器放入定量水,将容器中水加热至45℃,然后选取定量海藻胶,并将海藻胶放入水中,此时继续对容器进行加热,当海藻胶溶解后,停止加热,让海藻胶自然冷却至55℃,即可得到载体凝胶备用;

综上可知,本发明:在桉叶精油和香茅精油配比为1:1时,在三天内精油散发时的空气中精油浓度持续时间更长,驱蚊效果的保持效果更好。

Claims (5)

1.一种天然植物精油驱蚊产品,包括驱蚊片、无纺布、不干胶和离型纸,其特征在于,所述驱蚊片包括按如下重量百分比计的组份:香茅精油2%-6%、桉叶精油2%-6%、冬青精油3%-5%、薰衣草精油1%-4%、薄荷精油2%-5%、海藻胶35%-50%和水。
2.一种天然植物精油驱蚊产品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、精油制备,首先选取各种精油制备所需原料,对原料进行清洗,然后自然晾干,随后将原料放入蒸馏装置中,在蒸馏装置底部加入蒸汽,对蒸馏过程中得到的蒸汽进行冷凝收集,然后即可获得粗油,采用分子蒸馏分离法对粗油进行二次蒸馏纯化分离,然后即可得到高纯度精油;
S2、精油混合,首先将冬青精油放入容器中,并对容器进行加热,加热至冬青精油变为透明状,然后选取定量的香茅精油、桉叶精油、薰衣草精油和薄荷精油,并将上述精油依次放入容器中,对容器中液体进行搅拌,当液体混合均匀后,停止搅拌,此时得到精油混合液;
S3、载体凝胶制备,选择合适容器放入定量水,将容器中水加热至40℃-50℃,然后选取定量海藻胶,并将海藻胶放入水中,此时继续对容器进行加热,当海藻胶溶解后,停止加热,让海藻胶自然冷却至50℃-60℃,即可得到载体凝胶备用;
S4、驱蚊片制备,随后将步骤2和步骤3中制得的精油混合液和载体凝胶放入搅拌设备中进行搅拌,当精油混合液与载体凝胶均匀混合,然后静置冷却至室温即可得到固态驱蚊剂,随后将固态驱蚊剂放入压片机中,控制压片机将驱蚊剂压成3mm-5mm的薄片,此时即制得驱蚊片;
S5、驱蚊贴加工,将驱蚊片放入无纺布袋中,然后利用自动化缝纫机将无纺布袋缝严,然后将无纺布袋背面钩面置于不干胶表面绒面,然后将不干胶压合在离型纸表面,最后即可得到驱蚊贴,然后对驱蚊贴进行消毒包装。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种天然植物精油驱蚊产品及制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤S1中冷凝收集过程具体步骤为,通过冷凝方式得到粗油溶液,然后将溶液置于-20℃的低温环境下静置20min,然后吸取上层精油,然后得到粗油。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种天然植物精油驱蚊产品及制备方法,其特征在于:所述S4中精油混合液与载体凝胶均匀混合后,且温度降低至30℃-40℃时,停止搅拌。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种天然植物精油驱蚊产品及制备方法,其特征在于:所述S3中海藻胶加热溶解过程温度控制在85℃-95℃,所述步骤S2中冬青精油需加热至50℃-70℃后,加入各组分植物精油的同时进行搅拌。
