For private events, since the private event is only associated with the user himself or only affects the user's home, other registered users among the family members of the user who submitted the property event may be determined as associated users.
For example, if a gas of a certain family fails, a professional maintenance person is required to perform maintenance, and after a property item is submitted by one family member, the property server may also determine other registered users in the family as related users.
Of course, the associated users determined for the public matters, the semi-public matters and the private matters are only examples of the embodiments of the present application, and specific associated users may be determined according to actual requirements for different property matters, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
The user submitting the property item and the associated user of the property item can have corresponding information feedback channels, and the information feedback channels can be channels for acquiring various types of information from the property server through the terminal equipment. For example, a user submitting a property item and a related user of the property item can obtain a processing progress of the property item through a property service APP installed on a mobile phone, so that communication between the property service APP and a property server forms an information feedback channel, and the property server feeds back information to the user or the related user through the information feedback channel can mean that information needing to be fed back is pushed to the mobile phone of the user.

The query information may be specific information indicating how to query the operation mode of the processing progress, or may be a web address link for querying the progress of the property transaction processing. The user and the associated user can actively inquire the processing progress of the property item in the subsequent item processing process through the inquiry information.

After the property item is submitted, the property server can feed back the property item submission information to the user and the associated user, so that the associated user is prevented from repeatedly submitting the item. In the property item processing process, the property server can actively feed back the processing progress to the user submitting the item according to the time frequency or the property item processing stage frequency, so that the user can know the item processing progress in time. According to the embodiment of the application, the related information is not actively sent to the associated user any more in the property item processing process, but the associated user is actively inquired when needed in a mode of pushing the inquiry information to the associated user, so that not only can the disturbance on the associated user be reduced, but also a specific mode for the associated user to know the item processing progress is provided. After the whole item is processed, the processing completion information is sent to the user and the associated user, so that all users can know the final processing result conveniently.
It should be noted that, the sequence numbers of the steps in the foregoing embodiments do not mean the execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by the function and the inherent logic of the process, and should not constitute any limitation on the implementation process of the embodiments of the present application.
Referring to fig. 3, a schematic diagram of a property real-time communication device according to an embodiment of the present application is shown, and may specifically include an incident image receiving module 301, a property template text obtaining module 302, an item level determining module 303, an associated user determining module 304, and a processing progress feedback module 305, where:
the system comprises a property report page, a report image receiving module, a property report image processing module and a report image processing module, wherein the property report page is used for storing property report images;
a property template text acquisition module, configured to acquire a property template text matched with the incident image, where the property template text includes characters to be modified, and the property template text is used to be displayed on the property incident page and generate a property event based on the modification of the characters to be modified by the user;
the event grade determining module is used for determining the event grade of the property event, wherein the event grade comprises public events, semi-public events or private events;
the associated user determining module is used for determining the associated users of the property items according to the item grades, and the users and the associated users respectively have corresponding information feedback channels;
and the processing progress feedback module is used for feeding back the processing progress of the property item to the user and the associated user through the information feedback channel.
In this embodiment of the present application, the property template text acquiring module may specifically include the following sub-modules:
the image processing submodule is used for carrying out image processing on the newspaper image and identifying at least one newspaper object contained in the newspaper image;
a target event object determination submodule, configured to receive a target event object selected by the user in the at least one event object;
and the property template text acquisition sub-module is used for acquiring the property template text matched with the target reporting object, and the property template text is obtained by performing machine learning on a plurality of sample property items.
In this embodiment, the apparatus may further include the following modules:
and the association area determining module is used for determining an association area of the property item, wherein the association area is an area associated with a target report object in the property item.

the association attribute determining submodule is used for determining the association attribute of the property item if the item grade is a semi-public item, wherein the association attribute comprises at least one item of user gender, user age, user family member condition and family address;
and the semi-public affair associated user determining submodule is used for identifying the registered user with the associated attribute in the associated area as the associated user of the property affair.
In this embodiment of the present application, the associated user determining module may further include the following sub-modules:
the family member determining submodule is used for determining the family members of the user if the item grade is a private item;
and the private matter associated user determining submodule is used for identifying a registered user in family members of the user as an associated user of the property matter.
In this embodiment of the present application, the processing progress feedback module may specifically include the following sub-modules:
the property item submission information feedback sub-module is used for feeding back property item submission information to the user and the associated user through the information feedback channel when the property item is submitted, wherein the property item submission information comprises property progress inquiry information, and the property progress inquiry information is used for the user and the associated user to actively inquire the processing progress of the property item;
the property item processing progress feedback sub-module is used for feeding back the processing progress of the property item to the user according to preset frequency in the property item processing process, wherein the preset frequency comprises time frequency and property item processing stage frequency;
and the property item processing completion information feedback submodule is used for feeding back property item processing completion information to the user and the associated user when the property item processing is completed.
For the apparatus embodiment, since it is substantially similar to the method embodiment, it is described relatively simply, and reference may be made to the description of the method embodiment section for relevant points.
Referring to fig. 4, a schematic diagram of a server of one embodiment of the present application is shown. As shown in fig. 4, the server 400 of the present embodiment includes: a processor 410, a memory 420, and a computer program 421 stored in the memory 420 and executable on the processor 410. The processor 410, when executing the computer program 421, implements the steps in the embodiments of the real-time property communication method, such as the steps S101 to S105 shown in fig. 1. Alternatively, the processor 410, when executing the computer program 421, implements the functions of each module/unit in the above-mentioned device embodiments, for example, the functions of the modules 301 to 305 shown in fig. 3.
Illustratively, the computer program 421 may be partitioned into one or more modules/units, which are stored in the memory 420 and executed by the processor 410 to accomplish the present application. The one or more modules/units may be a series of computer program instruction segments capable of performing specific functions, which may be used to describe the execution of the computer program 421 in the server 400. For example, the computer program 421 may be divided into an event image receiving module, a property template text obtaining module, an item level determining module, an associated user determining module, and a processing progress feedback module, where the specific functions of the modules are as follows:
the system comprises a property report page, a report image receiving module, a property report image processing module and a report image processing module, wherein the property report page is used for storing property report images;
a property template text acquisition module, configured to acquire a property template text matched with the incident image, where the property template text includes characters to be modified, and the property template text is used to be displayed on the property incident page and generate a property event based on the modification of the characters to be modified by the user;
the event grade determining module is used for determining the event grade of the property event, wherein the event grade comprises public events, semi-public events or private events;
the associated user determining module is used for determining the associated users of the property items according to the item grades, and the users and the associated users respectively have corresponding information feedback channels;
and the processing progress feedback module is used for feeding back the processing progress of the property item to the user and the associated user through the information feedback channel.
The server 400 may be a property server in the foregoing embodiments, and the property server may be a desktop computer, a cloud server, or other computing devices. The server 400 may include, but is not limited to, a processor 410, a memory 420. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that fig. 4 is merely an example of a server 400 and is not intended to limit server 400 and may include more or fewer components than those shown, or some components may be combined, or different components, e.g., server 400 may also include input output devices, network access devices, buses, etc.
The Processor 410 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), other general purpose Processor, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an off-the-shelf Programmable Gate Array (FPGA) or other Programmable logic device, discrete Gate or transistor logic device, discrete hardware component, etc. A general purpose processor may be a microprocessor or the processor may be any conventional processor or the like.
The storage 420 may be an internal storage unit of the server 400, such as a hard disk or a memory of the server 400. The memory 420 may also be an external storage device of the server 400, such as a plug-in hard disk, a Smart Media Card (SMC), a Secure Digital (SD) Card, a Flash memory Card (Flash Card), and the like, provided on the server 400. Further, the memory 420 may also include both an internal storage unit and an external storage device of the server 400. The memory 420 is used for storing the computer program 421 and other programs and data required by the server 400. The memory 420 may also be used to temporarily store data that has been output or is to be output.
The embodiment of the application also discloses a server, which comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program stored in the memory and capable of running on the processor, wherein the processor executes the computer program to realize the real-time property communication method according to the foregoing embodiments.
The embodiment of the application also discloses a computer readable storage medium, which stores a computer program, and the computer program is executed by a processor to realize the real-time property communication method according to the foregoing embodiments.
The embodiment of the application also discloses a computer program product, and when the computer program product runs on a server, the server is enabled to execute the real-time property communication method in each embodiment.
As shown in fig. 5, a schematic diagram of a property real-time communication system according to an embodiment of the present application is shown. The property real-time communication system shown in fig. 5 includes a property server and a plurality of terminal devices, i.e., terminal device 1, terminal device 2, … … terminal device N in fig. 5, communicatively connected to the property server. An information feedback channel is formed between each terminal device and the property server; wherein the property server comprises:
the system comprises a property report page, a report image receiving module, a property report image processing module and a report image processing module, wherein the property report page is used for storing property report images;
a property template text acquisition module, configured to acquire a property template text matched with the incident image, where the property template text includes characters to be modified, and the property template text is used to be displayed on the property incident page and generate a property event based on the modification of the characters to be modified by the user;
the event grade determining module is used for determining the event grade of the property event, wherein the event grade comprises public events, semi-public events or private events;
the associated user determining module is used for determining the associated users of the property items according to the item grades, and the users and the associated users respectively have corresponding information feedback channels;
and the processing progress feedback module is used for feeding back the processing progress of the property item to the user and the associated user through the information feedback channel.
The above-mentioned embodiments are only used for illustrating the technical solutions of the present application, and not for limiting the same. Although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications and substitutions do not substantially depart from the spirit and scope of the embodiments of the present application and are intended to be included within the scope of the present application.

Claims (10)

1. A property real-time communication method, comprising:
receiving a report image uploaded by a user on a property report page;
acquiring a property template text matched with the incident image, wherein the property template text comprises characters to be modified, and the property template text is used for being displayed on a property incident page and generating property events based on the modification of the characters to be modified by the user;
determining an item level of the property item, wherein the item level comprises public items, semi-public items or private items, the public items are items related to all residents living and working in a property management area, the semi-public items are items related to partial residents in a cell, and the private items are items related to the user reporting himself or herself or a family;
determining the associated users of the property event according to the event grades, wherein the users and the associated users respectively have corresponding information feedback channels, and the corresponding associated users are different according to different event grades;
and feeding back the processing progress of the property item to the user and the associated user through the information feedback channel.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining property template text that matches the incident image comprises:
performing image processing on the incident image, and identifying at least one incident object contained in the incident image;
receiving a target report object selected by the user in the at least one report object;
and acquiring a property template text matched with the target reporting object, wherein the property template text is obtained by performing machine learning on a plurality of sample property matters.
3. The method of claim 1 or 2, further comprising, prior to determining the associated user of the property event based on the event rating:
and determining an association area of the property item, wherein the association area is an area associated with a target report object in the property item.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein said determining the associated user of the property item based on the item rating comprises:
and if the item grade is a public item, identifying the registered user in the associated area as the associated user of the property item.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein said determining the associated user of the property item based on the item rating comprises:
if the item grade is a semi-public item, determining the associated attribute of the property item, wherein the associated attribute comprises at least one of user gender, user age, user family member condition and family address;
and identifying the registered user with the association attribute in the association area as the associated user of the property item.
6. The method of claim 3, wherein said determining the associated user of the property item based on the item rating comprises:
if the item grade is a private item, determining family members of the user;
and identifying a registered user in the family members of the user as a related user of the property item.
7. The method of any one of claims 1-2 or 4-6, wherein the feeding back the processing progress of the property item to the user and the associated user through the information feedback channel comprises:
when the property item is submitted, feeding back property item submission information to the user and the associated user through the information feedback channel, wherein the property item submission information comprises property progress query information, and the property progress query information is used for the user and the associated user to actively query the processing progress of the property item;
in the property item processing process, feeding back the processing progress of the property item to the user according to preset frequency, wherein the preset frequency comprises time frequency and property item processing stage frequency;
and when the property item processing is finished, feeding back property item processing finishing information to the user and the associated user.
8. A real-time property communication system is characterized by comprising a property server and a plurality of terminal devices in communication connection with the property server, wherein an information feedback channel is formed between each terminal device and the property server; wherein the property server comprises:
the system comprises a property report page, a report image receiving module, a property report image processing module and a report image processing module, wherein the property report page is used for storing property report images;
a property template text acquisition module, configured to acquire a property template text matched with the incident image, where the property template text includes characters to be modified, and the property template text is used to be displayed on the property incident page and generate a property event based on the modification of the characters to be modified by the user;
the system comprises an event grade determining module, a business grade determining module and a business grade determining module, wherein the event grade comprises public events, semi-public events or private events, the public events refer to events related to all residents living and working in a property management area, the semi-public events refer to events related to partial residents in a cell, and the private events refer to events related to the reporting user or the family;
the associated user determining module is used for determining associated users of the property items according to the item grades, the users and the associated users respectively have corresponding information feedback channels, and the corresponding associated users are different according to different item grades;
and the processing progress feedback module is used for feeding back the processing progress of the property item to the user and the associated user through the information feedback channel.
9. A server comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored in the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the property real-time communication method of any one of claims 1-7 when executing the computer program.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, in which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the property real-time communication method according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
