On one hand, the voice reminding method provided by the embodiment of the invention provides corresponding reply audios for different running states, and includes as much reminding information as required in the reply audios, so that a user can know the current running condition of the air conditioner 20 in time and can respond to doubts of the user well, the voice reminding is more pertinent, the reminding effect is improved, and the user experience is improved, and on the other hand, the logic for determining the reply audios is placed on the cloud server 10 for processing, so that the operation load of the air conditioner is greatly reduced.
In this embodiment, the above-mentioned methods for instructing the air conditioner 20 to perform voice reminding for the voice audio are all executed on the cloud server 10, and in fact, as another specific implementation manner, the above-mentioned manner may also be executed on the air conditioner 20, please refer to fig. 6, where fig. 6 is a flowchart of another voice reminding method provided by the present invention, and the step S120 further includes the following sub-steps:
and step S120-20, sending a response broadcast message to the air conditioner so as to instruct the air conditioner to broadcast the reply audio aiming at the voice audio after determining the reply audio according to the running state.
In this embodiment, the specific implementation manner of determining the reply audio by the air conditioner 20 is similar to the specific implementation manner of determining the reply audio by the cloud server 10, which has been described in detail in the foregoing substeps S120-10-S120-12, and is not described herein again.
According to the voice reminding method provided by the embodiment of the invention, the logic for determining the reply audio is processed by the air conditioner 20, so that the dependence of the air conditioner 20 on the cloud server 10 and a communication network is reduced, the data transmission quantity among the rest cloud servers 10 of the air conditioner 20 is reduced, and the voice reminding time delay is smaller and more timely.
It should be noted that sub-steps S1101-S1102 in fig. 4 may also replace step S110 in fig. 5 and fig. 6 to achieve the corresponding technical effect. Sub-steps S120-10, S120-12 and S120-14 in fig. 5 may also replace step S120 in fig. 4 to achieve a corresponding technical effect, and sub-step S120-20 in fig. 6 may also replace step S120 in fig. 4 to achieve a corresponding technical effect.
In order to execute the corresponding steps in the above embodiments and various possible embodiments, an implementation manner of the voice reminding apparatus is given below. Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a functional module schematic diagram of the voice prompt apparatus 100 provided in the present invention. It should be noted that the basic principle and the generated technical effect of the voice reminding apparatus 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention are the same as those of the foregoing method embodiment, and for a brief description, reference may be made to the corresponding contents of the foregoing method embodiment for a part not mentioned in the embodiment. The following describes the voice prompt apparatus 100 with reference to fig. 3 to 6, where the voice prompt apparatus 100 includes: a receiving module 110, a judging module 120 and a reminding module 130.
The receiving module 110 is configured to receive a voice audio sent by the air conditioner, where the voice audio is a user voice collected by the air conditioner.
The determining module 120 is configured to determine whether the voice audio is a query audio.
As a specific implementation manner, the determining module 120 is specifically configured to: sending the voice audio to a voice recognition server so that the voice recognition server performs voice recognition on the voice audio and returns the type of the voice audio, wherein the type of the voice audio comprises a query type and a non-query type; and if the type of the voice audio is the query type, judging that the voice audio is the query type audio.
And the reminding module 130 is configured to instruct the air conditioner to perform voice reminding for the voice audio if the voice audio is the query audio.
As a specific implementation manner, the reminding module 130 is specifically configured to: acquiring the running state of the air conditioner; determining a reply audio aiming at the voice audio according to the running state; and sending the reply audio to the air conditioner so that the air conditioner broadcasts the reply audio.
As a specific implementation manner, when the reminding module 130 is configured to determine the reply audio for the voice audio according to the running state, it is specifically configured to: and if the running state is the fault state, determining the pre-stored fault reminding audio corresponding to the fault state as the reply audio.
As a specific implementation manner, when the reminding module 130 is configured to determine the reply audio for the voice audio according to the running state, it is further specifically configured to: if the running state is a first state, generating a first reminding audio representing that the air conditioner is in the first state, wherein the first state is a non-fault state of the air conditioner except for non-refrigeration and non-heating; the first alert audio is determined to be a reply audio.
As a specific implementation manner, when the reminding module 130 is configured to determine the reply audio for the voice audio according to the running state, it is further specifically configured to: acquiring operation information of the air conditioner in a first state, wherein the operation information comprises interpretation information and/or remaining duration in the first state; generating a second reminding audio representing the operation information of the air conditioner in the first state according to the first state and the operation information; and determining the second reminding audio as the reply audio.
As a specific embodiment, the first state includes one of a defrosting state, a cleaning state, and a high temperature shutdown prevention state.
As a specific implementation manner, the reminding module 130 is configured to determine a reply audio for the voice audio according to the running state, and specifically further configured to: if the running state is a second state, acquiring a prestored third reminding audio corresponding to the second state, wherein the second state is a state that the air conditioner is in cooling or heating; and determining the third reminding audio as the reply audio.
As a specific implementation manner, the reminding module 130 is further specifically configured to: and sending a response broadcast message to the air conditioner to indicate the air conditioner to determine a reply audio aiming at the voice audio according to the running state and broadcast the reply audio.
The embodiment of the invention also provides a computer readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, and when the computer program is executed by a processor, the voice reminding method is implemented.
In summary, the present invention provides a voice reminding method, a voice reminding device, a cloud server and a storage medium, wherein the method is applied to the cloud server, the cloud server is in communication connection with an air conditioner, and the method includes: receiving voice audio sent by an air conditioner, wherein the voice audio is user voice collected by the air conditioner; judging whether the voice audio is a query audio; and if the voice audio is the query audio, indicating the air conditioner to carry out voice reminding aiming at the voice audio. Compared with the prior art, the method and the device avoid the false alarm of the fault caused by the condition that the user cannot distinguish the fault or normal operation stage of the air conditioner, thereby influencing the user experience.
Although the present invention is disclosed above, the present invention is not limited thereto. Various changes and modifications may be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.

Claims (12)

1. A voice reminding method is applied to a cloud server (10), wherein the cloud server (10) is in communication connection with an air conditioner (20), and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving voice audio sent by the air conditioner (20), wherein the voice audio is user voice collected by the air conditioner (20);
judging whether the voice audio is a query audio;
and if the voice audio is the query audio, indicating the air conditioner (20) to carry out voice reminding aiming at the voice audio.
2. The voice alert method according to claim 1, wherein the cloud server (10) is in communication with a voice recognition server (30), and the step of determining whether the voice audio is a query-type audio comprises:
sending the voice audio to the voice recognition server (30) so that the voice recognition server (30) performs voice recognition on the voice audio and returns the category of the voice audio, wherein the category of the voice audio comprises a query category and a non-query category;
and if the type of the voice audio is the query type, judging that the voice audio is the query type audio.
3. The voice alert method according to claim 1, wherein the step of instructing the air conditioner (20) to make a voice alert for the voice audio comprises:
acquiring the running state of the air conditioner (20);
determining a reply audio aiming at the voice audio according to the running state;
and sending the reply audio to the air conditioner (20) so that the air conditioner (20) broadcasts the reply audio.
4. The voice alert method according to claim 3, wherein the step of determining a reply audio for the voice audio according to the operating status comprises:
and if the running state is the fault state, determining a pre-stored fault reminding audio corresponding to the fault state as the reply audio.
5. The method of claim 3, wherein the step of determining a reply audio for the voice audio according to the operating status further comprises:
if the operation state is a first state, generating a first reminding audio representing that the air conditioner (20) is in the first state, wherein the first state is a non-fault state that the air conditioner (20) is not in cooling or heating;
determining the first alert audio as the reply audio.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein the step of determining a reply audio for the voice audio according to the operating status further comprises:
acquiring operation information of the air conditioner (20) in a first state, wherein the operation information comprises interpretation information and/or remaining time length in the first state;
generating a second reminding audio representing the operation information of the air conditioner (20) in the first state according to the first state and the operation information;
determining the second reminder audio as the reply audio.
7. The voice alert method according to claim 5 or 6, wherein the first state includes one of a defrost state, a clean state and a high temperature shutdown prevention state.
8. The method of claim 3, wherein the step of determining a reply audio for the voice audio according to the operating status further comprises:
if the running state is a second state, a pre-stored third reminding audio corresponding to the second state is acquired, wherein the second state is that the air conditioner (20) is in a refrigerating or heating state;
determining the third reminder audio as the reply audio.
9. The voice alert method according to claim 1, wherein the step of instructing the air conditioner (20) to make a voice alert for the voice audio comprises:
and sending a response broadcast message to the air conditioner (20) to indicate that the air conditioner (20) determines the reply audio aiming at the voice audio according to the running state and broadcasts the reply audio.
10. The voice reminding device is applied to a cloud server (10), wherein the cloud server (10) is in communication connection with an air conditioner (20), and the device comprises:
the receiving module (110) is used for receiving voice audio sent by the air conditioner (20), wherein the voice audio is user voice collected by the air conditioner (20);
the judging module (120) is used for judging whether the voice audio is the query audio;
and the reminding module (130) is used for indicating the air conditioner (20) to carry out voice reminding aiming at the voice audio if the voice audio is the query audio.
11. Cloud server (10), characterized in that the cloud server (10) comprises:
one or more processors (11);
memory (12) for storing one or more programs that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the one or more processors (11) to implement the voice alert method of any of claims 1-9.
12. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored, which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the method of voice alert as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 9.
