本发明涉及一种无动力降温蓄热墙体系统,建筑物外墙内纵向预埋设置多组毛细管;每个楼层均上下依次设置空调冷凝水泄水口和种植槽;所述空调冷凝水泄水口与室外的落水管相连,并通过第二温控阀与下一层墙体的毛细管上端连通;所述种植槽外壁设有太阳能集热管,本层墙体内的所述毛细管底部伸入种植槽,并通过第三温控阀选择与所述太阳能集热管连通或与种植槽连通;所述太阳能集热管外接水源处设有第一温控阀。本发明无额外设备和能耗就可以利用空调冷凝水在重力作用下在墙体中无动力流动,实现对室内进行蓄热或降温,实现与建筑一体化设计和施工,有利于减少建筑能耗。

本发明涉及一种无动力降温蓄热墙体系统,属于建筑物节能暖通技术领域。
背景技术
现有的建筑物供暖、降温,一般采用空调系统进行,整体能耗比较大,如何提供一种节能、高效的墙体系统,实现墙体的蓄冷和供暖,是本领域亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种无动力降温蓄热墙体系统,在户外高于设定温度时,利用空调冷凝水穿过墙体内预埋的毛细管对墙体进行降温;在户外高于设定温度时,将通过太阳能集热管加热后的水体与所述毛细管连通,实现热传递,进而实现墙体蓄热。
本发明采取以下技术方案:
一种无动力降温蓄热墙体系统,建筑物外墙内纵向预埋设置多组毛细管1;每个楼层均上下依次设置空调冷凝水泄水口12和种植槽6和;所述空调冷凝水泄水口12设在位于室外的落水管10内,并通过第二温控阀13 与下一层墙体的毛细管1上端连通;所述种植槽6外壁上设有太阳能集热管8,本层墙体内的所述毛细管1底部伸入种植槽6,并通过第三温控阀14 选择与所述太阳能集热管8连通或与种植槽6连通;所述太阳能集热管8 外接水源处设有第一温控阀7。
优选的,所述种植槽6内底部设有一滤水槽5,所述滤水槽5下部与所述落水管10连通。
优选的,建筑物外墙与种植槽平台和空调室外机平台一体化设置,所述种空调室外机平台设于下层楼层外墙外部,所述种植槽平台设于本层楼层外墙外部。

一种无动力降温蓄热墙体的工作方法,空调冷凝水温度在设定温度A 以上时,第一温控阀7关闭,第二温控阀13开启,第三温控阀14关闭,建筑上层的空调冷凝水经过第二温控阀13,进入毛细管1内,墙体内毛细管和外保温层一起阻止室外的热量向室内传递;同时,毛细管内的冷凝水通过重力向下流动的过程中,吸收室内热量,降低室内热负荷;毛细管内的冷凝水经过一层楼的热交换过程,排向本层的种植槽内,继续灌溉垂直绿化;当种植槽的水过多时,通过滤水槽,经过种植箱排水口,从墙体的落水管排出;当空调产生的冷凝水过多时,不能进入墙体毛细管的水通过冷凝水泄水口12直接向落水管排出;空调冷凝水温度在设定温度A以下时,第二温控阀13关闭、第三温控阀14开启、第一温控阀7开启,毛细管内的冷凝水不再向外排出;同时,太阳能集热管8启动工作,通过第一温控阀7流进太阳能集热管中的水被太阳能加热,加热后的热水,又通过第三温控阀14与墙内的毛细管1连通,进而与毛细管中的冷水进行热交换,逐渐使整层的毛细管的水都被加热;同时,墙体的外保温层阻隔室外的冷空气进入墙体,使毛细管热水单向与室内发生热交换。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1)提供一种无动力降温蓄热墙体系统,在户外高于设定温度时,利用空调冷凝水穿过墙体内预埋的毛细管对墙体进行降温;在户外高于设定温度时,将通过太阳能集热管加热后的水体与所述毛细管连通,实现热传递,进而实现墙体蓄热;同时,在温度较高的季节,可以利用空调冷凝水对户外的种植槽进行浇灌,实现节能减排。
2)无额外设备和能耗就可以利用空调冷凝水通过重力作用,在墙体中的无动力流动,实现对室内进行蓄热或降温,实现与建筑一体化设计和施工,有利于减少建筑能耗;并具有均匀提供室内热辐射环境的功能,大大提高了系统的使用价值,满足室内人员热舒适需求并节约能耗。

降温:
建筑上层的空调冷凝水向外排出,经过冷凝水泄水口和温控阀(冷凝水温度在15度以上时,第一温控阀7关闭,第二温控阀13开启,第三温控阀14关闭,),冷凝水进入外保温墙体(保温层外置)系统的毛细管内,墙体内毛细管和外保温层一起阻止室外的热量向室内传递;同时,毛细管内的冷凝水通过重力向下流动的过程中,可以吸收室内热量,降低室内热负荷。毛细管内的冷凝水经过一层楼的热交换过程,温度基本和室内一致,冷凝水排向本层的种植槽内,继续灌溉垂直绿化。当种植槽的水过多时,通过滤水槽,经过种植箱排水口,从墙体的落水管排出,防止种植槽内灌溉水过多,影响植物生长。冷凝水泄水口直接与落水管连接,当空调运行较高,产生的冷凝水过多时,不能进入墙体毛细管的水可以通过冷凝水泄水口直接向落水管排出。
蓄热:
当室外温度低于15度时,第二温控阀13关闭、第三温控阀14开启、第一温控阀7开启,管内的冷凝水不再向外排出。同时,太阳能集热管启动工作,流进太阳能集热管中的水被太阳能加热,加热后的热水,又流向墙内毛细管内,与毛细管中的冷水进行热交换,热水逐渐向上,逐渐整层的毛细管的水都被加热,与室内发生热交换。同时,墙体的外保温层阻隔室外的冷空气进入墙体,使毛细管热水单向与室内发生热交换,有利于减少毛细管水的热损失,提升室内热交换效果。
寒冷的天气,种植槽的遮阳植物已经枯萎,不需要额外浇灌,也不需要额外冷凝水的供给。
优点:无额外设备和能耗就可以利用空调冷凝水在墙体中的无动力流动,实现对室内进行蓄热或降温,实现与建筑一体化设计和施工,有利于减少建筑能耗;并具有均匀提供室内热辐射环境的功能,大大提高了系统的使用价值,满足室内人员热舒适需求并节约能耗。

空调冷凝水温度在设定温度A以上时,第一温控阀(7)关闭,第二温控阀(13)开启,第三温控阀(14)关闭,建筑上层的空调冷凝水经过第二温控阀(13),进入毛细管(1)内,墙体内毛细管和外保温层一起阻止室外的热量向室内传递;同时,毛细管内的冷凝水通过重力向下流动的过程中,吸收室内热量,降低室内热负荷;毛细管内的冷凝水经过一层楼的热交换过程,排向本层的种植槽内,继续灌溉垂直绿化;当种植槽的水过多时,通过滤水槽,经过种植箱排水口,从墙体的落水管排出;当空调产生的冷凝水过多时,不能进入墙体毛细管的水通过冷凝水泄水口(12)直接向落水管排出;
空调冷凝水温度在设定温度A以下时,第二温控阀(13)关闭、第三温控阀(14)开启、第一温控阀(7)开启,毛细管内的冷凝水不再向外排出;同时,太阳能集热管(8)启动工作,通过第一温控阀(7)流进太阳能集热管中的水被太阳能加热,加热后的热水,又通过第三温控阀(14)与墙内的毛细管(1)连通,进而与毛细管中的冷水进行热交换,逐渐使整层的毛细管的水都被加热;同时,墙体的外保温层阻隔室外的冷空气进入墙体,使毛细管热水单向与室内发生热交换。
