Detailed Description
In the field of washing machines, both washing machines adapted for washing large-sized laundry and washing machines adapted for washing small-sized laundry (e.g. children's small-sized washing machines, mini-washing machines, drawer-type washing devices), a dedicated door is provided at the provision of the laundry inlet, and a door seal engaged with the door is also provided, so that the washing machine can be sealed when the door is closed. For example, in the existing drawer type laundry apparatus, as described in the background art, the existing documents 1 to 3 provide components (i.e., "moving part 20", "drawer 120" and "drawer 3") adapted to move horizontally, respectively, wherein the upper part of the components is provided with dedicated doors (i.e., "upper cover 10", "tub door 141" and "door 49").
Unlike the prior art dedicated door for putting in or taking out laundry, in the technical solution of the present invention, the drawer type laundry treating apparatus comprises a body adapted to be horizontally moved, wherein the body does not comprise the dedicated door, but is provided to expose a cavity of the body when the body is horizontally moved outwardly with respect to a fixed portion of the drawer type laundry treating apparatus. Compared with the special door provided by the prior art, the cavity directly exposed in the technical scheme of the invention can not only enlarge the sectional area for putting in or taking out washings, but also avoid the inconvenience brought by manually opening and closing the door.
Unlike the prior art in which a door seal is provided to seal the washing machine when the door is closed, in the technical scheme of the present invention, the drawer type laundry treating apparatus includes a mechanical transmission part adapted to provide tight engagement of the body with the movable plate, so that the cavity can be sealed. Compared with the door seal provided by the prior art, the mechanical transmission part in the technical scheme is suitable for dynamically adjusting the joint degree of the body and the movable plate within the range of manufacturing tolerance, so that the cavity can be effectively sealed under the condition that the surfaces of the body and the movable plate which are jointed with each other are worn.
As shown in the drawings of the present invention, the drawer type laundry treating apparatus includes a fixed part and a moving part including a body, and six directions (see directions shown in the drawings) of up, down, left, right, front and rear can be determined as viewed from a front view along a horizontal inward moving direction of the body, wherein up and down represent vertical upward and vertical downward directions, respectively, left and right represent left and right directions at the view, respectively, and front and rear represent horizontal outward movement and horizontal inward movement of the body, respectively. It will be appreciated that it is also possible to observe from other view angles of the drawer type laundry treatment device, and that there may also be directions corresponding to the view angles; accordingly, these illustrative directions in the drawings are merely for convenience in describing the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the explanation of these solutions.
In order to make the objects, features and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more comprehensible, the following detailed description of the embodiments of the present invention refers to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic general structure of a drawer type laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 to 4 are schematic specific structure of the drawer type laundry treating apparatus, fig. 5 and 6 are schematic side views of the drawer type laundry treating apparatus when a body of a moving part moves horizontally outwardly and inwardly with respect to a fixed part, and fig. 7 and 8 are schematic side views of the drawer type laundry treating apparatus when the body moves horizontally outwardly and inwardly with respect to the fixed part, respectively.
As shown in fig. 1, the drawer type laundry treating apparatus 100 has a function related to laundry treatment, for example, may be used to receive, wash, or dry laundry. When used to house clothing, the space within the cavity 104 may house smaller sized clothing; when used for washing clothes, the cavity 104 can be internally provided with a washing device and is connected with a washing liquid supply pipeline, a water inlet pipeline, a water discharge pipeline and the like; when used to dry laundry, the drawer type laundry treating device 100 may include components such as a heat exchanger, a ventilation system, a drum, and a control system. Clothing includes clothing, bed sheets, hats, mops, wipes, foot pads, carpets, and the like.
The drawer type laundry treating apparatus 100 includes a drawer-like configuration and function, including a fixing portion 101 and a moving portion 102, the fixing portion 101 being adapted to receive and support the moving portion 102, the moving portion 102 being adapted to move at least partially out of the fixing portion 101 with respect to the fixing portion 101. A handle may be provided on the moving part 102 to facilitate the user to horizontally move the moving part 102.
The moving part 102 includes a body 103 having a cavity 104 and a movable plate 105 disposed above the body 103, and the drawer type laundry treating apparatus 100 includes a mechanical transmission part 106 adapted such that the movable plate 105 moves vertically upward to expose the cavity 104 when the body 103 moves horizontally outward with respect to the fixed part 101, and the movable plate 105 moves vertically downward to seal the cavity 104 when the body 103 moves horizontally inward with respect to the fixed part 101. In the prior art, the moving part and the door for putting in or taking out laundry are coupled together by means such as hinge, which increases the operation of manually opening and closing the door; in the technical solution of the present invention, the body 103 and the movable plate 105 are not directly connected together, but are selectively separated or engaged by the mechanical transmission part 106, which avoids the inconvenience of manually opening and closing the door.
At the joint surface of the body 103 or the movable plate 105 with each other, a sealing member adapted to seal the cavity 104 when the movable plate 105 moves vertically downward and abuts against the body 103, thereby completely isolating the inner space of the cavity 104, which can prevent water leakage and foreign matter from being thrown out at the time of washing, and affect heat exchange and ventilation at the time of drying, etc.
During the long-term use of the drawer type laundry treating apparatus 100, the body 103 and the movable plate 105 are relatively frequently engaged or pressed, so that the contact surfaces of the body 103 and the movable plate 105 with each other are worn to affect the sealing effect of the cavity 104. In an embodiment of the present invention, the manufacturing tolerance of the mechanical transmission part 106 is determined according to the total thickness of wear of both the body 103 and the movable plate 105, so that when the contact surface of the body 103 and the movable plate 105 is worn, the mechanical transmission part 106 can make the movable plate 105 move vertically downward to the contact position that can be reached when no wear occurs when the body 103 moves horizontally inward relative to the fixed part 101, further, the mechanical transmission part 106 is driven within the range of the manufacturing tolerance thereof, so that the movable plate 105 moves vertically downward continuously by a distance equal to the total thickness of wear, and further, the body 103 and the movable plate 105 are engaged and the cavity 104 is sealed. That is, the mechanical transmission portion 106 is adapted to transmit within the range of its manufacturing tolerance such that the movable plate 105 moves vertically downward to seal the cavity 104 when the body 103 moves horizontally inward with respect to the fixed portion 101. As drawer type laundry treating apparatus 100 is continuously used, the total thickness of wear of both body 103 and movable plate 105 is also changed, and by setting the range of manufacturing tolerances, the change in the total thickness of wear can be dynamically accommodated, ensuring that body 103 and movable plate 105 can engage and seal cavity 104.
The mechanical drive 106 includes a gear-based mechanical drive and a chain-based mechanical drive, which are of conventional design known in the art. For example, the gear transmission is formed by two gears respectively mounted on a driving shaft and a driven shaft being meshed with each other; and the chain transmission is formed by two gears and a closed chain transmission.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the moving part includes a body 201 and a movable plate 207, the fixed part may include a body structure, and may further include a support frame (208, 209), a rail 202 and a rail 206, the rail 206 including a first rail and a second rail, the support frame being adapted to support the moving part, the first rail and the second rail being fixed to the support frame, disposed at left and right sides thereof, and extending between front and rear sides thereof, the rail 206 being disposed at a rear upper portion of the support frame, wherein the first rail and the second rail are adapted for horizontal movement of the body 201, and the rail 206 is adapted for vertical movement of the movable plate 207. Wherein the support frame may be made of metal, such as a metal stamping plate, to support the weight of the moving part.
In one embodiment, the support frame includes a first support frame 208 and a second support frame 209, the first support frame 208 and the second support frame 209 are disposed at a front side and a rear side of the body 201, respectively, and the first guide rail and the second guide rail are both fixed to the first support frame 208 and the second support frame 209 and extend therebetween, and the slide rail 206 is disposed at an upper portion of the second support frame 209.
In another embodiment, the fixing part includes a fixing plate 210 fixed to the support frame, disposed at left and right sides thereof, and extending between front and rear sides thereof, and the support frame and the fixing plate 210 together provide structural support to the moving part.
In contrast to fig. 2, the structure illustrated in fig. 3 has the fixing plate 210 removed to expose a specific structure of the mechanical transmission 106.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the mechanical transmission part is a gear-based mechanical transmission part which is disposed at the left and/or right side of the body 201 and includes a gear 203, a rack 204, a connection rod 205, and a guide pin 212, a rotation shaft 211 of the gear 203 is fixed to the fixed part, the connection rod 205 is disposed in the vertical direction and is fixed to the movable plate 207, the rack 204 is disposed in the vertical direction and is fixed to the connection rod 205 or is integrally disposed with the connection rod 205, and the guide pin 212 is disposed at the outer side of the body 201, wherein the guide pin 212 pushes the gear 203 to rotate when the body 201 moves horizontally, thereby pushing the rack 204 engaged with the gear 203, the connection rod 205, and the movable plate 207 to move in the vertical direction.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, in the case where the body 201 is moved horizontally outward with respect to the fixed portion, when the guide pin 212 is in contact with the gear 203, since the guide pin 212 is higher than the rotation shaft 211 of the gear 203, the height difference forms a driving force arm to push the gear 203 to rotate (the gear 203 is schematically shown to rotate counterclockwise in a partially enlarged view), thereby pushing the rack 204 engaged with the gear 203 to move vertically upward, and thus pushing the connecting rod 205 and the movable plate 207 to move vertically upward. As shown in fig. 6, in the case where the body 201 is moved horizontally inward with respect to the fixed portion, when the guide pin 212 is in contact with the gear 203, since the guide pin 212 is higher than the rotation shaft 211 of the gear 203, the height difference forms a driving force arm to push the gear 203 to rotate (the gear 203 is shown to rotate clockwise in a partially enlarged view), thereby pushing the rack 204 engaged with the gear 203 to move vertically downward, and thus pushing the connecting rod 205 and the movable plate 207 to move vertically downward.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 7, in the case where the body 201 is moved horizontally outward with respect to the fixed portion, the guide pin 212 provided outside the body 201 pushes the push gear 203 to rotate counterclockwise, thereby pushing the rack 204 engaged with the gear 203 to move vertically upward, thereby pushing the connecting rod 205 and the movable plate 207 to move vertically upward (see upper left sub-figure, upper right sub-figure, and lower left sub-figure in fig. 7); after the guide pin 212 is disengaged from the gear 203, the body 201 may continue to move horizontally outward (see lower right sub-view in fig. 7).
In the embodiment shown in fig. 8, in the case where the body 201 is moved horizontally inward with respect to the fixed portion, the body 201 is first moved horizontally inward (see upper left sub-figure in fig. 8); when the guide pin 212 provided at the outside of the body 201 contacts the gear 203, the guide pin 212 pushes the push gear 203 to rotate clockwise, thereby pushing the rack 204 engaged with the gear 203 to move vertically downward, and thus pushing the connecting rod 205 and the movable plate 207 to move vertically downward (see upper right sub-drawing, lower left sub-drawing and lower right sub-drawing in fig. 8).
The gear 203 may be a profile gear configured to provide a greater instantaneous angular velocity as the flap 207 moves vertically downward and contacts the body 201, thereby allowing the flap 207 to have a greater velocity and pressure to engage the body 201, thereby effectively sealing the cavity.
Fig. 9 is a schematic view illustrating a structure of a complex washing machine in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention. The multiple laundry machine 300 includes a main laundry machine 310 and a drawer type laundry treating apparatus 320 (i.e., the drawer type laundry treating apparatuses 100 and 200 described above), wherein the main laundry machine 310 is used to wash and/or dry laundry, and the drawer type laundry treating apparatus 320 is used to support the main laundry machine.
Although the present invention is disclosed above, the present invention is not limited thereto. Various changes and modifications may be made by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and the scope of the invention should be assessed accordingly to that of the appended claims.
