Detailed Description
In the field of washing machines, whether they are suitable for washing large-size laundry or small-size laundry (e.g. small children's washing machines, mini washing machines, drawer type washing machines), a dedicated door is provided at the laundry input opening, and a door seal is provided to engage with the door, so that the washing machine can be sealed when the door is closed. For example, in the existing drawer type laundry machine, as described in the background art, the existing documents 1 to 3 provide components (i.e., "moving part 20", "drawer 120", and "drawer 3") adapted to move horizontally, respectively, wherein the upper parts of the components are provided with dedicated doors (i.e., "upper cover 10", "tub door 141", and "door 49").
Unlike the prior art dedicated door for putting in or taking out laundry, in the present invention, the drawer type laundry treating device includes a body adapted to move horizontally, wherein the body does not include the dedicated door but is disposed to expose a cavity of the body when the body moves horizontally outward relative to a fixing portion of the drawer type laundry treating device. Compared with the special door provided by the prior art, the directly exposed cavity in the technical scheme of the invention can increase the sectional area for putting or taking out the washings and can avoid the inconvenience brought by manually opening and closing the door.
Unlike the prior art in which a door seal is provided to seal the washing machine when the door is closed, in the present invention, the drawer-type laundry treating device includes a mechanical transmission part, wherein the mechanical transmission part is adapted to provide tight engagement of the body with the movable plate, so that the cavity can be sealed. Compared with the door seal provided by the prior art, the mechanical transmission part in the technical scheme of the invention is suitable for dynamically adjusting the joint degree of the body and the movable plate within the manufacturing tolerance range, so that the body and the movable plate can still effectively seal the cavity under the condition that the surfaces which are jointed with each other are worn.
As shown in the drawings of the present invention, the drawer type laundry treating device includes a fixed part and a moving part including a body, and six directions (see directions shown in the drawings) of up, down, left, right, front and rear, which represent vertically upward and vertically downward directions, respectively, can be determined as viewed from a front view along a moving direction of the body horizontally inward, where left and right represent left and right directions, respectively, at the view, and front and rear represent directions of the body horizontally outward and horizontally inward, respectively. It should be understood that other viewing angles of the drawer type laundry treating apparatus are also possible, and there may be directions corresponding to the viewing angles; accordingly, these schematic directions in the drawings are only for convenience in describing the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the solutions.
In order to make the objects, features and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention more comprehensible, specific embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
Fig. 1 is a general structural view of a drawer type laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, fig. 2 to 4 are detailed structural views of the drawer type laundry treating apparatus, fig. 5 and 6 are side views of the drawer type laundry treating apparatus when a body of a moving part is horizontally moved outward and inward with respect to a fixing part, respectively, and fig. 7 and 8 are side views of the drawer type laundry treating apparatus when the body is horizontally moved outward and inward with respect to the fixing part, respectively.
As shown in fig. 1, the drawer type laundry treating device 100 has a function related to laundry treatment, for example, may be used to receive, wash or dry laundry. When used to receive clothing, the space within the cavity 104 may receive smaller sized clothing; when the washing device is used for washing clothes, a washing device can be arranged in the cavity 104, and a washing liquid supply pipeline, a water inlet pipeline, a water drainage pipeline and the like are connected; when used to dry laundry, the drawer-type laundry treating device 100 may include components such as a heat exchanger, a ventilation system, a drum, and a control system. The clothes comprise clothes, bed sheets, shoes and hats, mop cloth, rags, foot pads, carpets and the like.
The drawer-type laundry treating device 100 includes a construction and a function similar to a drawer, including a fixing portion 101 and a moving portion 102, the fixing portion 101 being adapted to receive and support the moving portion 102, the moving portion 102 being adapted to move at least partially out of the fixing portion 101 with respect to the fixing portion 101. A handle may be provided on the moving part 102 to facilitate the user to move the moving part 102 horizontally.
The moving part 102 includes a body 103 having a cavity 104 and a movable plate 105 disposed above the body 103, and the drawer-type laundry treating device 100 includes a mechanical transmission part 106 adapted such that the movable plate 105 moves vertically upward to expose the cavity 104 when the body 103 moves horizontally outward relative to the fixing part 101, and the movable plate 105 moves vertically downward to seal the cavity 104 when the body 103 moves horizontally inward relative to the fixing part 101. In the prior art, the moving part and the door for putting in or taking out the washing are connected together by means of a hinge, which increases the operation of manually opening and closing the door; in the solution of the present invention, the body 103 and the movable plate 105 are not directly connected together, but selectively separated or joined by the mechanical transmission part 106, which avoids the inconvenience of manually opening and closing the door.
The body 103 or the movable plate 105 may be provided at the interface with each other with a sealing member adapted to seal the cavity 104 when the movable plate 105 is moved vertically downward and abuts against the body 103, thereby completely isolating the inner space of the cavity 104, which may prevent water leakage and foreign materials from being thrown out at the time of washing, and influence heat exchange and ventilation, etc. at the time of drying.
During long-term use of the drawer-type laundry treating device 100, the body 103 and the movable plate 105 may be engaged or pressed more frequently, so that the contact surface between the body 103 and the movable plate 105 is worn to affect the sealing effect of the cavity 104. In the embodiment of the present invention, the manufacturing tolerance of the mechanical transmission part 106 is determined according to the total thickness of the wear of both the body 103 and the movable plate 105, so that when the contact surfaces of the body 103 and the movable plate 105 are worn, the mechanical transmission part 106 may cause the movable plate 105 to vertically move downward to a contact position that can be reached without the wear when the body 103 is horizontally moved inward with respect to the fixed part 101, and further, the mechanical transmission part 106 transmits within the range of the manufacturing tolerance thereof, so that the movable plate 105 vertically continues to move downward by a distance equal to the total thickness of the wear, thereby causing the body 103 and the movable plate 105 to engage and seal the cavity 104. That is, the mechanical transmission 106 is adapted to transmit within the range of its manufacturing tolerance such that the movable plate 105 moves vertically downward to seal the cavity 104 as the body 103 moves horizontally inward relative to the fixed part 101. As the drawer type laundry treating device 100 is continuously used, the total thickness of the worn of both the body 103 and the movable plate 105 is also varied, and the variation of the total thickness of the worn may be dynamically adapted by setting the range of manufacturing tolerance, ensuring that the body 103 and the movable plate 105 may engage and seal the cavity 104.
The mechanical transmission 106 includes a gear-based mechanical transmission and a chain-based mechanical transmission, which have conventional designs known in the art. For example, the gear transmission is formed by meshing two gears respectively mounted on a driving shaft and a driven shaft with each other; and the chain drive is formed by two gears and a closed chain drive.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, the moving part includes a body 201 and a moving plate 207, the fixed part may include a body structure, and may further include a support frame (208, 209), a guide rail 202, and a slide rail 206, the guide rail 206 includes a first guide rail and a second guide rail, the support frame is adapted to support the moving part, the first guide rail and the second guide rail are fixed to the support frame, disposed at left and right sides thereof, and extend between front and rear sides thereof, the slide rail 206 is disposed at a rear upper portion of the support frame, wherein the first guide rail and the second guide rail are adapted to the horizontal movement of the body 201, and the slide rail 206 is adapted to the vertical movement of the moving plate 207. Wherein the support frame may be made of metal, such as a metal stamped plate, to support the weight of the moving part.
In one embodiment, the supporting frame includes a first supporting frame 208 and a second supporting frame 209, the first supporting frame 208 and the second supporting frame 209 are respectively disposed at the front side and the rear side of the body 201, the first guide rail and the second guide rail are both fixed to the first supporting frame 208 and the second supporting frame 209 and extend therebetween, and the slide rail 206 is disposed at an upper portion of the second supporting frame 209.
In another embodiment, the fixed portion includes a fixed plate 210 fixed to the support frame, disposed on the left and right sides thereof, and extending between the front and rear sides thereof, the support frame and the fixed plate 210 together providing structural support to the mobile portion.
In contrast to fig. 2, the structure illustrated in fig. 3 has the fixed plate 210 removed to expose the specific structure of the mechanical transmission 106.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the mechanical transmission part is a mechanical transmission part based on gear transmission, which is disposed on the left and/or right side of the body 201, and includes a gear 203, a rack 204, a connecting rod 205, and a guide pin 212, a rotation shaft 211 of the gear 203 is fixed to the fixing part, the connecting rod 205 is disposed in the vertical direction and is fixed to the movable plate 207, the rack 204 is disposed in the vertical direction and is fixed to the connecting rod 205 or is integrally disposed with the connecting rod 205, and the guide pin 212 is disposed on the outer side of the body 201, wherein the guide pin 212 pushes the gear 203 to rotate when the body 201 moves horizontally, thereby pushing the rack 204 engaged with the gear 203, the connecting rod 205, and the movable plate 207 to.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 5, in the case where the body 201 moves horizontally outward with respect to the fixed portion, when the guide pin 212 comes into contact with the gear 203, since the guide pin 212 is higher than the rotation shaft 211 of the gear 203, the height difference forms a driving force to push the gear 203 to rotate (the gear 203 is illustrated to rotate counterclockwise in the partially enlarged view), thereby pushing the rack 204 engaged with the gear 203 to move vertically upward, and further pushing the connecting rod 205 and the movable plate 207 to move vertically upward. As shown in fig. 6, in the case where the body 201 is horizontally moved inward with respect to the fixing portion, when the guide pin 212 is in contact with the gear 203, since the guide pin 212 is higher than the rotation shaft 211 of the gear 203, the height difference forms a driving force to push the gear 203 to rotate (the gear 203 is illustrated to rotate clockwise in a partially enlarged view), thereby pushing the rack 204 engaged with the gear 203 to vertically move downward, and further pushing the connecting rod 205 and the movable plate 207 to vertically move downward.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 7, in the case that the body 201 moves horizontally outward relative to the fixing portion, the guide pin 212 disposed outside the body 201 pushes the pushing gear 203 to rotate counterclockwise, thereby pushing the rack 204 engaged with the gear 203 to move vertically upward, and further pushing the connecting rod 205 and the movable plate 207 to move vertically upward (see upper left, upper right, and lower left drawings in fig. 7); after the guide pin 212 is disengaged from the gear 203, the body 201 can continue to move horizontally outward (see the lower right drawing in fig. 7).
In the embodiment shown in fig. 8, in the case where the body 201 is horizontally moved inward with respect to the fixing portion, the body 201 is first horizontally moved inward (see the upper left drawing in fig. 8); when the guide pin 212 disposed outside the body 201 contacts the gear 203, the guide pin 212 pushes the pushing gear 203 to rotate clockwise, thereby pushing the rack 204 engaged with the gear 203 to move vertically downward, and further pushing the connecting rod 205 and the movable plate 207 to move vertically downward (see the upper right sub-drawing, the lower left sub-drawing and the lower right sub-drawing in fig. 8).
The gear 203 may be a shaped gear arranged to provide a greater instantaneous angular velocity as the movable plate 207 moves vertically downward and contacts the body 201, thereby causing the movable plate 207 to have a greater velocity and pressure to engage the body 201, thereby effectively sealing the cavity.
Fig. 9 is a schematic structural view of a multiple washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention. The multiple washing machine 300 includes a main washing machine 310 and drawer-type laundry treating devices 320 (i.e., the drawer-type laundry treating devices 100 and 200 described above), wherein the main washing machine 310 is used for washing and/or drying laundry, and the drawer-type laundry treating devices 320 are used for supporting the main washing machine.
Although the present invention is disclosed above, the present invention is not limited thereto. Various changes and modifications may be effected therein by one skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the appended claims.
