本发明涉及建筑材料领域,具体为一种改性磷石膏预制墙板的材料配方。
背景技术
建材是土木工程和建筑工程中使用的材料的统称。可分为结构材料、装饰材料和某些专用材料。结构材料包括木材、竹材、石材、水泥、混凝土、金属、砖瓦、陶瓷、玻璃、工程塑料、复合材料等;装饰材料包括各种涂料、油漆、镀层、贴面、各色瓷砖、具有特殊效果的玻璃等;专用材料指用于防水、防潮、防腐、防火、阻燃、隔音、隔热、保温、密封等。建材工业是中国重要的材料工业。建材产品包括建筑材料及制品、非金属矿及制品、无机非金属新材料三大门类,广泛应用于建筑、军工、环保、高新技术产业和人民生活等领域。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种改性磷石膏预制墙板的材料配方。
为实现上述目的,采用如下技术方案:一种改性磷石膏预制墙板的材料配方,包括下述重量份的组分:
磷石膏粉500~950公斤、树脂0.5~5公斤、憎水剂0.2~3公斤、水泥20~200公斤、石英沙100~500公斤、聚苯颗粒0.5~15公斤、纤维素0.5~4.5公斤、淀粉醚0.2~2公斤、缓疑剂0.3~3.5公斤、纤维网格0.08~0.2公斤以及水30公斤至150公斤。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:该配方使产品更节能环保,强度高,粘结性强,隔音、防霉,耐水,防火等功能性更好。

实施例一:
一种改性磷石膏预制墙板的材料配方,包括下述重量份的组分:
磷石膏粉500公斤、树脂0.5公斤、憎水剂0.2公斤、水泥20公斤、石英沙100公斤、聚苯颗粒0.5公斤、纤维素0.5公斤、淀粉醚0.2公斤、缓疑剂0.3公斤、纤维网格0.08公斤以及水30公斤。
实施例二:
一种改性磷石膏预制墙板的材料配方,包括下述重量份的组分:
磷石膏粉950公斤、树脂5公斤、憎水剂3公斤、水泥200公斤、石英沙500公斤、聚苯颗粒15公斤、纤维素4.5公斤、淀粉醚2公斤、缓疑剂3.5公斤、纤维网格0.2公斤以及水150公斤。
本发明制成的墙体经国家建筑材料工业装饰装修建筑材料质量监督检验测试中心,检测各项指标达到或超过国家标准。
