The number of the sand boxes is two, a third air cylinder is arranged between the two sand boxes, and a sand box control box 33 is arranged on the side portion of each sand box.
In addition, referring to fig. 6, the second section of the second ends of the two sides of the first underframe is respectively provided with an anti-skid valve 38, and the anti-skid valves are arranged between the two middle beams 13; the antenna is a BTM (transponder transmission unit) antenna 39, and a TMIS antenna 20 is mounted on a first stage of an end portion of a railway vehicle cab provided on a first chassis, and STM (track circuit information sensor) antennas 19 are provided on both sides of the TMIS antenna, respectively.
A BP rescue device (rescue conversion device) 22 is arranged between the wheel flange lubricating device and the first air reservoir, and the BP rescue device 22, a power supply and a cab outer machine 41 are arranged in parallel; the other side of the first reservoir opposite to the BP rescue device is provided with a CT1 (a current transformer CT1)25 and a CT2 (a current transformer CT2) 24.
In the first chassis, a safety interlock box 28 is installed at one side of the traction transformer, a CT3 (current transformer CT3)29 is provided between the traction transformer 44 and the first air compressor, and a grounding resistor 31 is provided between the middle stage water tank and the waste discharging device.
The middle sections of the second underframe and the third underframe are provided with 21 second cross beams, the second underframe is arranged from one end to the other end, and as shown in the reference figure 7, the sequentially mounted under-vehicle equipment components comprise a second air compressor 50, a traction cooling fan 52, a power supply, a traction converter 53, a contactor box 54, a storage battery box 56 and at least one sand box 34;
In the second chassis, a filth box 37 may be installed at an end of the second chassis adjacent to the sand box 34, and a control circuit connection box 49 may be installed at an inner side of the filth box 37 through the second chassis; the contactor box and the emergency ventilation inverter are installed in parallel; a sand box controller is arranged on one side of the sand box far away from the dirt box, a waste discharge device 32 is arranged between the sand box controller and the storage battery box, and the waste discharge device, a brake control device and a tread cleaning electromagnetic valve 48 are arranged in parallel;
moreover, the second chassis is provided with a neutral section passing sensor (automatic neutral section passing signal induction receiver) 51 at the side of the second air compressor, and a control circuit junction box 49 at the side of the neutral section passing sensor; a traction cooling fan and an antiskid valve are arranged in parallel, a power supply is arranged on one side of the traction cooling fan, a water tank can be arranged between the traction cooling fan and the traction converter, and the water tank is arranged in a water tank reserved space in the middle section; a grounding resistor is arranged between the contactor box 54 and the storage battery box 56;
the second chassis sand box is also provided with two sand boxes, a traction cooling fan is arranged between the two sand boxes, and one side of the second chassis, which is close to the sand boxes, is also provided with an anti-skid valve.
Further, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the under-vehicle equipment components sequentially mounted on the third chassis from one end to the other end include a dirt box, a traction cooling fan, a waste discharge device, a storage battery box, a traction converter, a water tank, a power supply and a second traction cooling fan;
In the third chassis, as shown in fig. 8, the other end of the third chassis opposite to the filth tank is mounted with a second air compressor; an auxiliary loop junction box 57 is arranged between the power supply and the traction cooling fan adjacent to the power supply, and the auxiliary loop junction box and the emergency ventilation inverter are arranged in parallel; and the third underframe is provided with a control circuit junction box respectively at the inner sides of the dirt box and the second air compressor.
Likewise, the third chassis provides a control circuit connection box at an inner side of the filth box; the two sides of the traction cooling fan are respectively provided with a sand box, one side of the sand box is provided with a sand box control box, and the sand box control box and an anti-skid valve are arranged in parallel; the waste discharge device and the brake control device are arranged in parallel, and one side of the brake control device is provided with a tread cleaning electromagnetic valve.
And a traction cooling fan is arranged on one side of the auxiliary loop junction box, which is opposite to the power supply, and an anti-skid valve is arranged on one side of the traction cooling fan. The third chassis sets up the second air compressor machine for the other end of filth case, and the lateral part of second air compressor machine sets up the excessive phase separation sensor, and the inboard installation control circuit junction box of second air compressor machine.
The middle section of the fourth underframe is provided with 20 second cross beams, the fourth underframe is arranged from one end to the other end, and as shown in the reference figure 9, the sequentially installed equipment components under the vehicle comprise a sand box, a brake control device, a first air compressor, an equipment box, a traction transformer and a first air cylinder;
Further, a water tank can be arranged between the traction transformer and the first air reservoir; a sewage tank can be arranged at one end of the fourth underframe, which is close to the sand box, and the sewage tank is arranged in a reserved space of the sewage tank of the fourth underframe; a sand box control box is arranged on one side of the sand box, and is arranged in parallel with the parking brake device and the power supply; the brake control device and the waste discharge device are arranged in parallel; the equipment box and the second air cylinder are installed in parallel.
In the fourth underframe, a junction box is arranged at the side part of the sewage tank, and a control circuit junction box is arranged at the inner side of the reserved space of the sewage tank; similarly, two sand boxes are arranged, and the two sand boxes and the third air cylinder are arranged in parallel; a tread cleaning electromagnetic valve is arranged on the side part of the brake control device close to the first air compressor;
the side part of a first air compressor of a fourth underframe is provided with a CT1 and a CT2, an external power connector is arranged between an equipment box and a traction transformer, a CT3 is arranged between the traction transformer and a water tank, a safety interlocking box is arranged in parallel with the CT3, a BP rescue device, an emergency ventilation inverter and an outer machine of a cab are arranged in parallel, and the emergency ventilation inverter is arranged on the side part of a first air cylinder;
the other end of the fourth chassis opposite to its dirt box 37 is used for installing the cab, the fourth chassis is provided with an anti-skid valve near the second section of the cab, a base antenna 55 is installed between the anti-skid valve and the emergency ventilation inverter 42, and the base antenna is installed in parallel with the wheel rim lubricating device.
The distance between the first cross beam closest to the C-shaped steel in the middle section of the fourth underframe and the C-shaped steel is the smallest and can be 400 mm; and the traction transformer is supported through three first crossbeams in fourth chassis interlude, and the height that highly is less than other first crossbeams of these three first crossbeams sets up the height, and the fourth chassis interlude sets up two fourth longerons moreover, and the inboard of first longeron is located to the fourth longeron, and five first crossbeams in interlude middle part are connected to the fourth longeron to guarantee the support intensity to traction transformer.
It should be noted that the power supplies mentioned above are all single inverter power supplies 40, and the parallel installation mentioned above means that corresponding under-vehicle equipment components are installed through two adjacent cross beams and the space between the two cross beams.
Wherein the equipment boxes are high-voltage equipment boxes; the first reservoir is referred to as the 100L reservoir, the second reservoir is referred to as the 5L reservoir, and the third reservoir is referred to as the 50L reservoir.
The volume of the water tank can be 400L, 700L and 1000L, the distance between two adjacent first cross beams for supporting the water tank is 750-780mm, preferably 765mm, so that the volume of the water tank in the reserved space of each vehicle can meet the water requirement of the configuration of a toilet and a water boiler on the premise of meeting the balance of vehicle types and the uniformity of maintenance space, and design change is not needed according to different requirements of the volume of the water tank.
Of course, the first air compressor means a main air compressor, and the second air compressor means an auxiliary air compressor.
In addition, it should be noted that the platform of the under-vehicle device provided by the embodiment is applicable to platforms with different vehicle speeds.

the two ends of the underframe body are a first end and a second end, a middle section is arranged between the first end and the second end and is lower than the first end and the second end, and a water tank installation space is reserved in the second section; the middle section comprises two parallel first longitudinal beams, the two first longitudinal beams are connected through a plurality of first cross beams, and part of the first cross beams are provided with interfaces for mounting part of under-vehicle equipment components;
The first end is connected with the end part of the middle section through a connecting piece, the top of the connecting piece is used for supporting the first end or the second end, and one side of the connecting piece is used for being connected with the middle section; the first end comprises a first section and a second section which are connected through a sleeper beam, the second section is connected with a connecting piece, and the first section is provided with a traction beam;
the connecting piece is C-shaped steel, the top of the C-shaped steel is connected with the first end through angle steel, the bottom of the C-shaped steel is used for being connected with the equipment cabin framework, and a supporting plate used for fixing the middle section is arranged on one side of the C-shaped steel;
the first section is provided with at least two second cross beams, the second section is provided with at least one third cross beam, the first section is conical or rectangular, the width of the second section is consistent with that of the middle section, and the middle part of the second section in the width direction is provided with a middle beam for connecting the sleeper beam with the connecting piece.
2. The underframe of claim 1, wherein two adjacent first cross beams are spaced apart by a set distance;

and the interval between every two adjacent first cross beams arranged in the middle section is 400-950 mm.
3. The railway vehicle underframe of claim 1, wherein a plurality of equipment compartment frameworks are arranged below the underframe body, and part of the equipment compartment frameworks are connected with part of the first cross beams;
In the partial underframe body, the middle sections are connected with a plurality of continuous first cross beams through fourth longitudinal beams, and the fourth longitudinal beams are arranged on the inner sides of the first longitudinal beams.

An arrangement structure of under-vehicle equipment, which is characterized by comprising a plurality of under-vehicle equipment components, wherein the under-vehicle equipment components are arranged on each under-vehicle equipment component; the space set at intervals between two adjacent equipment assemblies under the vehicle is used for heat dissipation and/or maintenance.

The arrangement structure of the equipment under the vehicle as claimed in claim 4, wherein the arrangement structure comprises 4 groups of said chassis, namely a first chassis, a second chassis, a third chassis and a fourth chassis, and at least one end of the first chassis and the fourth chassis is provided with a vehicle body barrier.

The arrangement structure of the equipment under the vehicle as claimed in claim 5, wherein the first underframe is arranged from one end of the vehicle body obstacle deflector to the other end, and the equipment components under the vehicle, which are sequentially installed, comprise a rim lubricating device, a first air cylinder, a second air cylinder, a traction transformer, a first air compressor, a brake control device and a third air cylinder;
further, the wheel rim lubricating device and the antenna are installed in parallel; the parking brake device is arranged in parallel with the first air compressor; the second air cylinder is arranged in parallel with the equipment box; the brake control device and the waste discharge device are arranged in parallel; the third air cylinder is arranged in parallel with the sand box; one end of the first underframe can be provided with a sewage tank; a water tank can be arranged between the first air compressor and the brake control device.

The arrangement structure of under-vehicle equipment according to claim 5, wherein the under-vehicle equipment components sequentially mounted on the second chassis from one end to the other end include a second air compressor, a traction cooling fan, a traction converter, a contactor box, a storage battery box and at least one sand box;
further, a dirt box can be arranged at the end part of the second underframe close to the sand box; the contactor box and the emergency ventilation inverter are installed in parallel; a sand box controller is arranged on one side of the sand box, which is far away from the sewage box, a waste discharge device is arranged between the sand box controller and the storage battery box, and the waste discharge device and the brake control device are arranged in parallel;
a water tank can be arranged between the traction cooling fan and the traction converter.

The arrangement structure of the equipment under the vehicle as claimed in claim 5, wherein the equipment components under the vehicle, which are sequentially installed from one end to the other end of the third chassis, comprise a dirt box, a traction cooling fan, a waste discharge device, a storage battery box, a traction converter, a water tank, a power supply and a second traction cooling fan;
further, a second air compressor is mounted at the other end, opposite to the dirt box, of the third underframe; an auxiliary loop junction box is arranged between the power supply and the traction cooling fan adjacent to the power supply, and the auxiliary loop junction box and the emergency ventilation inverter are arranged in parallel; and the third underframe is provided with a control circuit junction box respectively at the inner sides of the dirt box and the second air compressor.

The arrangement structure of the equipment under the vehicle as claimed in claim 5, wherein the equipment components under the vehicle, which are sequentially installed from one end to the other end of the fourth underframe, comprise a sand box, a brake control device, a first air compressor, an equipment box, a traction transformer and a first air cylinder;
further, a water tank can be arranged between the traction transformer and the first air reservoir; a sewage tank can be arranged at one end of the fourth underframe, which is close to the sand box; a sand box control box is arranged on one side of the sand box, and is arranged in parallel with the parking brake device and the power supply; the brake control device and the waste discharge device are arranged in parallel; the equipment box and the second air cylinder are installed in parallel.
