Before the mould moves, the protection mechanisms are arranged around the mould, so that the upper mould 1 and the lower mould 2 are not easy to scatter after the mould is poured in the moving process, and meanwhile, parts in the mould are not easy to damage, and the safety in the moving process of the mould can be ensured. After the die is impacted by the outside, the protection mechanism can play a certain protection role, the die is not easy to deform, and the sizes of all parts can be kept accurate. When the protection mechanism is installed, the inserting rods 28 at the two ends of the protection rod 12 are respectively inserted into the jacks 3 inside the upper die 1 and the edge plate 6, the threaded cylinder 27 is screwed to rotate, the threaded rod 30 moves inside the threaded cylinder 27, and then the bending degree of the protection rod 12 is adjusted, so that the protection rod 12 is more stable outside the die and better in protection performance after being impacted. Meanwhile, the adjustable protective rod 12 can adapt to moulds with different sizes, so that the adjustable protective rod has good adaptability and wider application. The protection mechanism 12 does not need to be produced in a matching way with a mould during production, so that the production and use cost is reduced.
When the mould is in normal use, the mould is arranged in the mould instrument. During installation, the base plate 7 is firstly fixed, then the lower die 2 is adjusted, and the upper die 1 is further driven to be adjusted. When the lower die 2 is adjusted, the motor 4 drives the driving gear 10 at the bottom to rotate, and the driving gear 10 drives the driven gear 8 to rotate, so as to drive the rotating shaft 9 to rotate. The lower mould 2 that pivot 9 drove upper portion rotates with last mould 1, adjusts the orientation of mould and the position of concrete installation, and the mould is adjusted convenient and fast more, compares in manual regulation simpler laborsaving, has improved the efficiency of work.
The base plate 7 can be installed and disassembled from the bottom of the lower die 2 according to actual requirements in use. The fastening bolt 13 is unscrewed, the fastening bolt 13 is separated from the positioning hole 15, the limiting block 14 can be separated from the inside of the inserting groove 16, and the whole die can be normally used after the base plate 7 is detached. When the base plate 7 needs to be used, the limiting block 14 is inserted into the insertion groove 16, and the fastening bolt 13 is screwed down, so that the limiting block 14 can be fixed. The base plate 7 is convenient and fast to mount and dismount and can meet different working requirements. The base plate 7 can also adapt to moulds with different sizes, does not need to be manufactured with the moulds in a matching way, has lower production and manufacturing cost and can be widely used.

Claims (8)

1. A mould with good safety performance and convenient adjustment comprises an upper mould (1) and a lower mould (2), wherein the upper mould (1) is arranged at the upper part of the lower mould (2), and the mould is characterized in that the lower mould (2) is rotatably arranged at the upper part of a base plate (7);
a rotating shaft (9) is vertically and rotatably mounted at the top of the base plate (7), a driven gear (8) is fixedly mounted outside the rotating shaft (9), a support (5) is mounted on one side of the top of the base plate (7), a driving gear (10) is rotatably mounted on one side of the support (5), and the driving gear (10) is in meshed connection with the driven gear (8);
the protection mechanism is arranged on the periphery between the upper die (1) and the lower die (2) and comprises an elastic protection rod (12), the upper end and the lower end of the inner side of the protection rod (12) are connected with inserted rods (28), two pull plates (24) are further connected between the two inserted rods (28) on the inner side of the protection rod (12), one opposite ends of the two pull plates (24) are vertically connected with elastic rods (25), the bottom of the upper elastic rod (25) is connected with a connecting rod (26), the bottom of the connecting rod (26) is connected with a threaded rod (30), the top of the lower elastic rod (25) is rotatably provided with a threaded cylinder (27), and the threaded rod (30) is arranged inside the threaded cylinder (27);
the support rods (22) capable of stretching up and down are vertically arranged on the periphery of the bottom of the base plate (7), and the rollers (19) are arranged at the bottoms of the support rods (22).

The die with good safety performance and convenience in adjustment according to claim 1, wherein edge plates (6) are connected to the periphery of the bottom of the lower die (2), insertion holes (3) matched with the insertion rods (28) are formed in the middle of the outer side of the edge plates (6) and the middle of the periphery of the upper end of the upper die (1), and the insertion rods (28) are inserted into the insertion holes (3).

The die with good safety performance and convenience in adjustment according to claim 2, wherein the support (5) is arranged in an inverted L shape, the top of the support (5) is arranged horizontally, the motor (4) is installed at the horizontal end of the top, and an output shaft of the motor (4) is connected with the middle of the driving gear (10) and can drive the driving gear (10) to rotate horizontally.

The mold with good safety performance and convenience in adjustment according to claim 3, wherein an insertion groove (16) is formed in the middle end of the bottom of the lower mold (2), fastening bolts (13) are connected to the periphery of the bottom of the lower mold (2) in a threaded mode, one end of each fastening bolt (13) extends into the corresponding insertion groove (16), a limiting block (14) is connected to the top of the rotating shaft (9), positioning holes (15) matched with the fastening bolts (13) are formed in the periphery of each limiting block (14), the size of each insertion groove (16) is matched with the size of each limiting block (14), each limiting block (14) is inserted into the corresponding insertion groove (16), and one end of each fastening bolt (13) is connected with the corresponding positioning hole (15) in a threaded mode.

The mold with good safety performance and convenience in adjustment according to claim 4, wherein the bottom of the base plate (7) is provided with the storage grooves (20) all around, the support rods (22) are movably mounted inside the storage grooves (20), the rack plate (23) is vertically mounted on one side of the support rods (22), the adjusting rods (18) are rotatably mounted on one side of the storage grooves (20) on the outer portion of the base plate (7), one ends of the adjusting rods (18) extend into the storage grooves (20), the bevel gears (17) are mounted at the ends of the adjusting rods (18), and the bevel gears (17) are meshed with the rack plate (23).

The mold with good safety performance and convenient adjustment according to claim 5, wherein sliding rails (31) are vertically connected to two sides of the interior of the accommodating groove (20), sliding grooves (21) are vertically arranged on two sides of the supporting rod (22), and the sliding grooves (21) are slidably mounted in the sliding rails (31).
7. A good safety and easy adjustment die as claimed in claim 6, wherein the bottom of the threaded cylinder (27) is rotatably mounted with the elastic rod (25) of the bottom through a bearing (29).
8. The mold according to claim 7, wherein the mold is used in the following steps:
the method comprises the following steps: an upper die (1) is arranged on the upper part of a lower die (2), and the upper die (1) and the lower die (2) are clamped with each other; when the whole die needs to be placed, adjusting rods (18) on the periphery of a base plate (7) are screwed, the adjusting rods (18) drive bevel gears (17) at the end parts to rotate, and the bevel gears (17) rotate on one sides of rack plates (23) to drive the rack plates (23) to move in the vertical direction; when the whole die needs to move, the supporting rod (22) extends out of the accommodating groove (20), and the supporting rod (22) moves downwards to drive the roller (19) at the bottom to protrude out of the accommodating groove (20); in the process that the supporting rod (22) moves up and down, the sliding grooves (21) on the two sides are clamped with the sliding rails (31), and the sliding rails (31) limit the moving direction of the supporting rod (22); after the four support rods (22) extend out, the four rollers (19) are contacted with the ground, and the rollers (19) support the whole mold at the bottom; the mould is pushed to move to the position where the mould needs to be placed; when the folding table is parked, the adjusting rod (18) is screwed to drive the supporting rod (22) to move upwards until the roller (19) at the bottom enters the containing groove (20), and the bottom of the base plate (7) is directly contacted with the ground;
step two: before the mold moves, protective mechanisms are arranged around the mold, so that the upper mold (1) and the lower mold (2) scatter after the mold is poured in the moving process; when the protection mechanism is installed, the inserting rods (28) at two ends of the protection rod (12) are respectively inserted into the inserting holes (3) in the upper die (1) and the edge plate (6), the threaded cylinder (27) is screwed to rotate, the threaded rod (30) moves in the threaded cylinder (27), the curvature of the protection rod (12) is further adjusted, and meanwhile, the protection rod (12) is adjusted to adapt to dies with different sizes;
step three: when the mould is normally used, the mould is arranged in the mould instrument; when the device is installed, the base plate (7) is fixed, then the lower die (2) is adjusted, and the upper die (1) is driven to adjust; when the lower die (2) is adjusted, the motor (4) drives the driving gear (10) at the bottom to rotate, and the driving gear (10) drives the driven gear (8) to rotate so as to drive the rotating shaft (9) to rotate; the rotating shaft (9) drives the lower die (2) and the upper die (1) on the upper part to rotate, and the orientation and the specific installation position of the die are adjusted;
step four: the base plate (7) can be installed or detached from the bottom of the lower die (2) during use; the fastening bolt (13) is unscrewed, the fastening bolt (13) is separated from the positioning hole (15), and the limiting block (14) can be separated from the inside of the insertion groove (16); when the base plate (7) needs to be used, the limiting blocks (14) are inserted into the insertion grooves (16), and the fastening bolts (13) are screwed down, so that the limiting blocks (14) can be fixed.
