Detailed Description
To further illustrate the various embodiments, the invention provides the accompanying drawings. The accompanying drawings, which are incorporated in and constitute a part of this disclosure, illustrate embodiments of the invention and, together with the description, serve to explain the principles of the embodiments. Those skilled in the art will appreciate still other possible embodiments and advantages of the present invention with reference to these figures. Elements in the figures are not drawn to scale and like reference numerals are generally used to indicate like elements.
The invention will now be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings and detailed description.
Example 1:
referring to fig. 1 to 3, as a preferred embodiment of the present invention, there is provided a multi-track exercise machine, which is similar in shape to an exercise bike and includes a frame including a base frame for supporting a floor and a main frame 1 vertically connected to the base frame, wherein a seat 9 and a handle 10 are mounted on the main frame 1, a hypocycloid movement mechanism is further mounted on the main frame 1, the hypocycloid movement mechanism is a mechanism for forming a hypocycloid (hypotrochoid), the hypocycloid movement mechanism specifically includes an inner gear 2, an outer gear 4 and pedals 5, wherein the inner gear 2 is fixed to the main frame 1 by a plurality of screw joints arranged at intervals and is kept stationary, and the inner gear 4 is internally engaged with the inner gear 2, the pedals 5 are rotatably connected to an end surface of the outer gear 4, the multi-track exercise machine further includes a constraint transmission mechanism, the constraint transmission mechanism constrains the outer gear 4 to an inner edge of the inner gear 2 in a rolling manner, and receive the transmission of external gear 4 to make it form the movement of rotating around the centre of the internal gear 2 by itself, in this embodiment, the constraint transmission mechanism is the crank 3, the crank 3 is connected to the main frame 1 rotatably, and the axis of rotation of the crank 3 coincides with the axis of the internal gear 2, the external gear 4 is connected to the crank 3 rotatably, then when the user applies force through the pedal 5, the external gear 4 rolls in the internal gear 2 (it can also be regarded as that the pitch circle of the external gear 4 rolls in the pitch circle of the internal gear 2 without sliding), so that the movement track of the pedal 5 forms the inner circular wheel cycloid.
Since the pedal 5 is connected to the end surface of the external gear 4, the locus of motion of the pedal 5 is specifically the minor axis, and the shape of the minor axis is influenced by the ratio of the reference circle diameters of the external gear 4 and the internal gear 2 and the distance between the connection position of the pedal 5 and the center of the external gear 4. For the external gear 4 and the internal gear 2 which are installed in a standard mode, the modulus of the two is the same, and the ratio of the reference circle diameters is the ratio of the tooth numbers, namely: the locus of motion of the pedals 5 is affected by the ratio of the number of teeth of the outer gear 4 and the inner gear 2 (denoted by i) and the distance between the connecting position of the pedals 5 and the center of the outer gear 4 (denoted by h). By controlling the two parameters i and h, various motion tracks of the pedals 5 can be obtained, different motion tracks of the pedals 5 mean different motion effects and motion experiences, and a person skilled in the art can design the motion tracks of the pedals 5 according to actual needs so as to meet actual requirements.
In the present embodiment, it is preferable to design that the motion trajectory of the pedal 5 is in an ellipse-like shape every time the external gear 4 rolls in the internal gear 2 for one circle, where the ellipse-like shape refers to a shape similar to an ellipse but does not enclose a standard ellipse (as shown in fig. 6-8, several motion trajectories should be classified as "ellipse-like" in the present description), and through many experiments, the inventor finds that a more ideal ellipse-like trajectory can be obtained when the number of teeth of the internal gear 2 is 105 and the number of teeth of the external gear 4 is 48 or 50, and the size of the h value only affects the ratio between the "major axis" and the "minor axis" of the ellipse-like shape under the two gear ratios, as shown in fig. 4, the trajectories under two different h values are shown when i is 105:50, and it can be seen that the smaller h, i.e. the closer the pedal 5 is to the center of the external gear 4, the shorter the "major axis" of the, the longer the "minor axis"; the larger h, i.e., the closer the pedals 5 are to the edge of the outer gear 4, the longer the "major axis" of the ellipse and the shorter the "minor axis". That is to say, the smaller h is, the more round and moist the ellipse-like is, the more gentle the motion experience of correspondence, and the larger h is, the sharper the ellipse-like is, the more fierce the motion experience of correspondence. According to this feature, in other embodiments, the installation position of the foot rest 5 can be adjusted, for example, a plurality of different detachable installation holes are arranged on the end surface of the external gear 4 according to the size of the reference circle radius, and the foot rest 5 is detachably installed therein, so that the exercise intensity can be adjusted by adjusting the installation position of the foot rest 5. In this embodiment, the pedals 5 are mounted in the annular interval from one quarter radius to three quarters radius of the reference circle of the external gear 4, so that the exercise intensity of the multi-track exercise fitness equipment is appropriate, not too gentle, and not too violent. Besides the gear ratios of i 105:48 or i 105:50, other gear ratios can also obtain the oval-like shape, but most of them need to determine specific h values, so that the precision requirement on processing and assembly is high, therefore, the gear ratios of i 105:48 or i 105:50 are preferably adopted.
The motion track of the pedal 5 after the external gear 4 rolls for one circle is designed to be elliptical-like, so that the motion of the pedal 5 is relatively smooth and does not have sharp angle change, the motion experience is better, the strength requirement of the exercise machine can be reduced, and more importantly, various motion postures can be simulated and combined, in the embodiment, the tooth number of the external gear 4 is 48, the tooth number of the internal gear 2 is 105 (i.e. i is 105:48), and h is equal to one-half reference circle radius of the external gear 4, as shown in fig. 5, the motion track of the pedal 5 in one whole running period under the parameters is shown, and the motion track of the pedal 5 can be seen to comprise a quasi-elliptical track (shown as a first track in fig. 6) with a substantially vertical long axis, a quasi-elliptical track (shown as a second track in fig. 7) with a substantially horizontal long axis, and a quasi-elliptical track (shown as a second track) with a, noted as a third trace), where:
1. the pedal 5 is applied with force to realize the motion posture of the first track, which is similar to the motion posture of stepping up and down on a treadmill;
2. the motion posture of the second trajectory is realized by applying force to the foot support 5 to be similar to the normal running posture;
3. the movement posture in which the third trajectory is achieved by applying force to the foot support 5 is similar to the movement posture in which climbing is performed on a mountain climbing machine.
Therefore, the combination of multiple motion postures is realized through the multi-track motion fitness equipment, so that the exercise effect is more comprehensive and the exercise interest is higher when a user exercises.
As another preferred embodiment, fig. 9 also shows the movement locus of the pedal 5 for one full cycle with i equal to 105:50 and h equal to one-half of the reference circle radius of the external gear, and it can be seen that it also has a quasi-elliptical locus with a long axis "substantially vertical," a quasi-elliptical locus with a long axis "substantially horizontal," and a quasi-elliptical locus with a long axis "substantially inclined.
In this embodiment, the moduli of the outer gear 4 and the inner gear 2 can be adaptively changed according to actual needs to obtain a circular hypocycloid motion mechanism with different sizes to match the use needs of different people, and in this embodiment, the moduli of the outer gear 4 and the inner gear 2 are 3.5.
In the embodiment, the inner circle wheel line motion mechanism is respectively arranged on the left side and the right side of the main frame 1, so that the motion stability is improved, in other embodiments, the inner circle wheel line motion mechanism can be arranged on one side of the main frame 1, the crank 3, the outer gear 4 and the pedal 5 (namely, the inner gear 2 is not arranged) are arranged on the other side of the main frame, the two cranks 3 are connected through the middle shaft 13, so that the two cranks 3 synchronously move to match the motion of two legs of a person (the two cranks 3 are symmetrically distributed at 180 degrees), and the middle shaft 13 is connected with the two cranks 3, which is a common technology in the field of bicycles and exercise bicycles, and has the advantages of low cost and convenient manufacture.
The main frame 1 is also provided with a belt transmission system 6, an adjustable magnet 8 and a metal flywheel 7, the crank 3 is transmitted to the metal flywheel 7 through the belt transmission system 6, and the requirements of different motion strengths are realized by adjusting the distance between the adjustable magnet 8 and the metal flywheel 7 and adjusting the resistance. The magnet 8 and the metal flywheel 7 may be replaced with other damping adjustment mechanisms.
The front-rear position of the seat cushion 9, the height, and the height of the armrest 10 are adjustable, which can be easily achieved by those skilled in the art. The frame is also provided with a pulley 12, which is convenient for carrying the multi-track exercise fitness equipment.
In the present embodiment, the pedals 5 are provided on the end surface of the outer gear 4, so that the pedals 5 form a short-width circular inner-rotation wheel line track, and in other embodiments, a connecting portion having an outer diameter larger than that of the outer gear 4 is coaxially connected to the outer gear 4, so that the pedals 5 are connected to the connecting portion to form a long-width circular inner-rotation wheel line track.
The embodiment is a preferred embodiment obtained by combining the inner circle wheel line motion mechanism with the structure of the exercise bicycle, and in other embodiments, the inner circle wheel line motion mechanism may also be combined with other exercise machines such as an elliptical machine and a mountain climbing machine, and the pedals 5 may be replaced by other force application members (such as pedals) to obtain other multi-track exercise machines.
Example 2:
referring to fig. 10, the present embodiment replaces the crank with a central gear 100, the central gear 100 is rotatably connected to the main frame 1, the axis of the central gear 100 coincides with the axis of the inner gear 2 ', the outer gear 4 ' meshes with both the inner gear 2 ' and the central gear 100, like the crank 3 in embodiment 1, rollably restrains the outer gear 4 ' at the inner edge of the inner gear 2 ', so that the outer gear 4 ' is kept meshed with the inner gear 2 '. In the axial direction of the external gear 4 ', a stopper mechanism may be provided to form axial stopper of the external gear 4 ', or a tie bar may be optionally added to support the external gear 4 '.
For the external gear 4 'having a larger size, there may be no space in the internal gear 2' for the central gear 100 to be placed (the external gear 4 'and the central gear 100 cannot be directly engaged), in which case the central gear 100 may be disposed outside the internal gear 2', and the central gear 100 is drivingly connected to the external gear 4 'through a gear train (for example, the external gear 4' is designed as a duplicate gear), which will be apparent to those skilled in the art.
In addition, based on the hypocycloid motion mechanism provided in the present embodiment, the hypocycloid motion mechanism can be designed as a planetary gear mechanism by further adding tie bars and increasing the number of external gears 4', which results in higher manufacturing cost but further increased motion stability.
While the invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and detail may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
