The invention relates to a novel gastroscope spray tube which comprises a spray tube body, a spray head, a communicating pipe, a valve core component, a first rotary tube, a second rotary tube and a third rotary tube, wherein a liquid storage cavity is formed in the spray tube body, rotary gears are correspondingly arranged on the first rotary tube, the second rotary tube and the third rotary tube respectively, one end of the first rotary tube is rotationally connected to one end side wall of the spray tube body, one end of the second rotary tube is rotationally connected to the other end of the first rotary tube, one end of the third rotary tube is rotationally connected to the other end of the second rotary tube, the spray head is arranged on one end of the spray tube body, the communicating pipe is arranged in the spray tube body, the spray head is communicated with one end of the communicating pipe, the valve core component is arranged on the spray tube body, and two ends of the second rotary tube are inclined planes.
