Example 1
In the prior art, the dishwasher has less control on humidity and drying time in the process of drying tableware, and the tableware is easy to mildew due to insufficient drying time and high humidity; the quality of the tableware is easily affected by too long dryness and small humidity, so that the tableware is cracked and the like. To solve the above problems, fig. 1 schematically shows a flow chart of a drying method for a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 1, in embodiment 1 of the present invention, there is provided a drying method for a dishwasher, which is applicable to the dishwasher, and particularly, the drying method may include the steps of:
step 101, determining that a dishwasher enters a drying mode;
step 102, acquiring the internal humidity of the dishwasher;
step 103, determining normal operation of the humidity sensor 11 according to the internal humidity;
step 104, acquiring a first preset duration;
step 105, determining that the internal humidity of the dish washing machine is smaller than a first humidity threshold value within a first preset time period;
and step 106, controlling the dishwasher to exit the drying mode.
Further, referring to fig. 5, the dishwasher in the embodiment of the present invention may include the control device 1, and the control device 1 may dry the dishes using the drying method for the dishwasher provided in the embodiment of the method. The control device 1 may comprise a humidity sensor 11 configured to detect the humidity inside the dishwasher; a drying module 14 configured to dry tableware inside the dishwasher; processor 13, processor 13 may be electrically connected to humidity sensor 11 and drying module 14, and may be configured to control drying module 14 to perform corresponding functions according to a detection result of humidity sensor 11.
Specifically, the dish washer can get into the stoving mode after washing inside tableware, adopts drying module 14 to dry the tableware can avoid the tableware to breed the bacterium and lead to going mildy. In order to further control the drying time, the processor 13 controls the humidity sensor 11 to acquire the humidity inside the dishwasher before controlling the drying module 14 to perform the drying operation, and the humidity sensor 11 transmits the acquired result to the processor 13 after acquiring the humidity inside the dishwasher, so that the processor 13 determines whether the humidity sensor 11 is normal.
Further, the control device 1 in this embodiment may further include a memory 16, the memory 16 stores a first humidity threshold, the processor 13 retrieves the first humidity threshold and compares the first humidity threshold with the internal humidity detected by the humidity sensor 11 after the washing is completed, so as to determine whether the internal humidity is greater than the first humidity threshold, and in case that the internal humidity of the dishwasher is greater than the first humidity threshold, the processor 13 determines that the humidity sensor 11 is normally operated; in case the dishwasher internal humidity is smaller than the first humidity threshold value, it is determined that the humidity sensor 11 is malfunctioning. Specifically, after the dishwasher is washed, a certain amount of moisture exists in the dishwasher, so that the humidity is relatively high, a first humidity threshold with a proper value is prestored in the memory 16 for comparing with the internal humidity detected by the humidity sensor 11, if the internal humidity detected by the humidity sensor 11 is smaller than the first humidity threshold, it is indicated that the value detected by the humidity sensor 11 is far beyond the actual condition, at this time, it is determined that the humidity sensor 11 has a fault, and in order to avoid that the drying time of the drying module 14 is too long and the quality of tableware (such as wooden or resin tableware) made of special materials is affected, in this case, the drying process is preferably controlled by using the duration; if the internal humidity detected by the humidity sensor 11 is greater than the first humidity threshold, it is indicated that the humidity sensor 11 is working normally, and in order to ensure the drying quality and avoid energy consumption, the humidity is preferably adopted to control the drying process under the condition.
Under the condition that the humidity sensor 11 is normal, the processor 13 obtains a first preset time period, and sets the drying module 14 to dry the tableware within the first preset time period. The obtaining of the first preset duration may include: (1) obtaining a drying coefficient; (2) acquiring a first preset time period, namely t ═ K × (H-Hmin), t is the first preset time period, K is the drying coefficient, H is the dishwasher internal humidity detected by the humidity sensor 11, Hmin is the first humidity threshold value, where K is a numerical value stored in the memory 16 in advance, and K is obtained by: after a plurality of drying tests, testers obtain a plurality of values of K, such as K1, K2, K3 … and Kn, and then average the K values of K1, K2 and K3 … to obtain the K. In the process that the drying module 14 dries the tableware, the humidity sensor 11 continuously detects the internal humidity of the dishwasher, if the internal humidity of the dishwasher is detected to be smaller than a first humidity threshold by the humidity sensor 11 before a first preset time, the processor 13 controls the drying module 14 to stop drying when the internal humidity is smaller than the first humidity threshold, and controls the dishwasher to exit from a drying mode, so that electric quantity waste is avoided, and adverse effects, such as cracking, deformation and the like, on the tableware made of special materials due to transitional drying are also avoided; if the humidity sensor 11 detects that the internal humidity of the dishwasher is still greater than the first humidity threshold after the first preset time period, the processor 13 controls the drying module 14 to continue drying until the humidity sensor 11 detects that the internal humidity of the dishwasher is less than the first humidity threshold, and obtains the total drying time length for drying by the drying module 14, the processor 13 revises the drying coefficient according to the total drying time length after obtaining the total drying time length, so that the dishwasher can more accurately acquire the first preset time next time, and improve the accuracy of the control, specifically, the processor 13 revises the drying coefficient according to the formula K1 ═ K t1)/t, where K1 is the revised drying factor and t1 is the total drying time, i.e., the total time elapsed from when the drying module 14 started to operate until the internal humidity of the dishwasher was less than the first humidity threshold.
Under the condition of the fault of the humidity sensor 11, because the internal humidity data collected by the humidity sensor 11 is no longer accurate at the moment, in order to ensure the stability and reliability of the drying process, the drying process is preferably controlled by adopting fixed time length under the condition. Specifically, the processor 13 sets the drying module 14 of the dishwasher to dry the tableware within a second preset time, and after the second preset time is reached, the processor 13 acquires a first image of the dishwasher, wherein the first image is an image of the inside of the dishwasher after the second preset time is reached; the second preset time is preset in the memory 16, and the second preset time is a value obtained by a tester through a plurality of drying tests. Further, in the embodiment of the present invention, the control device 1 further includes a camera 15 disposed inside the dishwasher, the camera 15 can capture an image inside the dishwasher, and transmit the image to the processor 13 for analysis processing after the image capture is completed, the processor 13 can determine whether there is water drop on the tableware inside the dishwasher according to the image analysis processing result, if the processor 13 determines that there is no water drop on the tableware according to the first image after the second preset time period, the drying module 14 of the dishwasher is controlled to continue drying the tableware within a third preset time period, so as to prevent the tableware from breeding bacteria and mildewing due to insufficient drying, and after the third preset time period reaches, the processor 13 controls the drying module 14 to stop working, and controls the dishwasher to exit the drying mode; if the processor 13 determines that the tableware has water drops after the second preset time according to the first image, it indicates that the drying module 14 has a fault, and at this time, the drying module 14 is controlled to stop working, and the dishwasher is controlled to exit the drying mode.
The dish washer gets into the maintenance mode after the stoving mode is accomplished, and humidity transducer 11 detects the inside humidity of dish washer again and sends the testing result to treater 13, and treater 13 compares inside humidity and the second humidity threshold value this moment again, if confirm that inside humidity is greater than the second humidity threshold value through the comparison, explains that the inside humidity environment of dish washer is bigger than a bit this moment, is unsuitable directly to maintain the tableware. In the embodiment of the present invention, the second humidity threshold refers to the sum of the first humidity threshold and the humidity deviation, and further, the humidity deviation is pre-stored in the memory 16, and the humidity deviation is obtained after a plurality of maintenance tests are performed on a plurality of dishwasher devices by a tester.
After the dishwasher enters a maintenance mode, under the condition that the internal humidity is determined to be greater than the second humidity threshold value, the processor 13 controls the drying module 14 to dry the tableware again and sets the drying time to be a third preset time, the humidity sensor 11 continuously detects the internal humidity of the dishwasher in the tableware drying process and transmits the detected internal humidity to the processor 13, the processor 13 compares the internal humidity with the first humidity threshold value so as to determine whether the internal humidity is less than the first humidity threshold value, and under the condition that the internal humidity of the dishwasher is determined to be less than the first humidity threshold value within the third preset time, the processor 13 controls the drying module 14 to stop drying, so that the tableware is prevented from being dried excessively and is not beneficial to tableware maintenance; if the third preset time is reached, the humidity sensor 11 detects that the humidity inside the dishwasher is still greater than the first humidity threshold, it is determined that the drying device is in failure, and at this time, the processor 13 controls the drying module 14 to stop working immediately, so as to avoid adverse effects on the tableware caused by improper drying.
After the dishwasher enters a maintenance mode, under the condition that the internal humidity is determined to be smaller than a second humidity threshold value, the processor 13 acquires a second image inside the dishwasher, analyzes and processes the second image, and determines whether tableware is abnormal according to an analysis and processing result, wherein the second image is the image inside the dishwasher, which is shot by the camera 15 after the dishwasher enters the maintenance mode, the abnormality refers to the conditions that the tableware grows into bacterial plaque, mildew and the like, in order to ensure a good use effect of the dishwasher, the dishwasher is controlled to wash the tableware after the tableware is determined to be abnormal, and the dishwasher enters a drying mode again to dry the tableware after the washing is finished; if the tableware is not abnormal, the dishwasher continues to maintain the tableware.
The embodiment of the invention provides a drying method for a dish-washing machine, which adopts a humidity sensor to acquire the internal humidity of the dish-washing machine when the dish-washing machine dries tableware, determines that the internal humidity of the dish-washing machine is less than a first humidity threshold value within a first preset time period, enables the dish-washing machine to exit a drying mode, enables the dish-washing machine to dry the tableware under the environment with proper time period and humidity, ensures the drying quality and improves the use comfort of a dish-washing machine user.

Example 2
Because the humidity transducer who is applied to in the dish washer among the prior art has the problem of floating zero more, the problem of floating zero can further influence humidity transducer's detection uniformity, leads to humidity transducer easily to produce and detects the trouble, and then makes the dish washer need judge whether the trouble is gone wrong to humidity transducer before detecting inside humidity for dish washer's drying control process is complicated, loaded down with trivial details, and the result of use descends. To solve the above problems, fig. 2 schematically shows a flow chart of a humidity acquiring method for a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, in embodiment 2 of the present invention, there is provided a humidity acquiring method for a dishwasher, in which a humidity sensor 11 that changes color with humidity is provided inside the dishwasher, and further, the humidity acquiring method for the dishwasher is applicable to the drying method for the dishwasher of embodiment 1, and particularly, the humidity acquiring method for the dishwasher includes the following control steps:
step 201, determining that the dishwasher enters a drying mode;
step 202, acquiring a third image of the humidity sensor 11;
step 203, acquiring the internal humidity of the dishwasher according to the third image;
step 204, determining that the internal humidity of the dish washing machine is smaller than a first humidity threshold value within a second preset time period;
step 205, controlling the dishwasher to exit the drying mode.
The humidity sensor 11 in the embodiment of the present invention may use polyacrylamide gel as a matrix, and superparamagnetic carbon-coated ferroferric oxide colloidal nanoparticles as a photonic crystal material, and then solidify the photonic crystal material in the matrix, because polyacrylamide gel has strong water-absorbing swelling property, which have different absorption rates for water at different relative humidities, so that when the relative humidity of the environment changes, the water absorption of the polyacrylamide gel is changed, so that the expansion rate of the polyacrylamide is changed, thereby changing the photon forbidden band gap of the photonic crystal material solidified in the humidity sensor, finally leading the humidity sensor 11 to present different colors along with the humidity change, the humidity sensor 11 can not generate the problem of zero drift, the consistency of the detection result of the humidity sensor 11 is ensured, and the simplicity of the control method of the dish washing machine can be improved when the humidity sensor is applied to the dish washing machine.
The dish washer can get into the stoving mode after washing the tableware of inside, adopts drying module 14 to dry the tableware and avoids the tableware to breed the bacterium and lead to going mildy, avoids the user to influence healthy after using. After the dishwasher enters a drying mode, the camera 15 is used for acquiring a third image of the humidity sensor 11, the third image of the humidity sensor 11 is transmitted to the processor 13 for analysis and processing after being shot, the processor 13 can determine the display color of the humidity sensor 11 according to the third image analysis and processing result of the humidity sensor 11, then the matching relation between the display color and the humidity value is retrieved from the memory 16, and the processor 13 determines the internal humidity of the dishwasher according to the display color and the matching relation. This kind of acquire inside humidity of dish washer method utilizes humidity transducer 11 has along with humidity changes its demonstration colour also takes place corresponding change's characteristics to combine image processing technique to discern the demonstration colour, the inside humidity of dish washer is confirmed to the rethread demonstration colour and the matching relation of humidity value, has guaranteed humidity transducer 11's detection uniformity, need not to reprocess humidity transducer 11's fault condition when being applied to dish washer, has reduced the control degree of difficulty.
In embodiment 2 of the present invention, the processor 13 obtains a second preset time after obtaining the internal humidity of the dishwasher after entering the drying mode, and sets the drying module 14 to dry the tableware within the second preset time, where the second preset time is preset in the memory 16, and the second preset time is a value obtained by a tester through multiple drying tests. In the process that the drying module 14 dries the tableware, the camera 15 continuously takes a picture of the humidity sensor 11 to obtain a fourth image of the humidity sensor 11 and transmits the fourth image to the processor 13 for analysis processing, so that the processor 13 can continuously obtain the internal humidity of the dishwasher and compare the internal humidity with the first humidity threshold value in the drying process, if the internal humidity is smaller than the first humidity threshold value according to the display color analysis processing result of the humidity sensor 11 before the second preset time, the processor 13 controls the drying module 14 to stop drying, controls the dishwasher to exit the drying mode, avoids electric quantity waste, and avoids adverse effects on special tableware caused by transitional drying, such as cracking, deformation and the like; if the processor 13 determines that the internal humidity of the dishwasher is still greater than the first humidity threshold value according to the display color analysis processing result of the humidity sensor 11 after the second preset time period is reached, it indicates that the drying module 14 fails to dry the tableware effectively, and at this time, the processor 13 controls the drying module 14 to stop working and controls the dishwasher to exit the drying mode.
The dishwasher enters a maintenance mode after the drying mode is completed, the camera 15 takes a picture of the humidity sensor 11 again to obtain a fifth image of the humidity sensor 11 and transmits the fifth image to the processor 13 for analysis and processing, so that the processor 13 obtains the internal humidity of the dishwasher and compares the internal humidity with a third humidity threshold value, if the internal humidity is determined to be greater than the third humidity threshold value through comparison, the internal humidity environment of the dishwasher is large at the moment and is not suitable for directly maintaining tableware, wherein the third humidity threshold value is prestored in the memory 16, and the third humidity threshold value is a numerical value obtained by a tester through a plurality of tests. In this case, the processor 13 obtains a third preset time period again, and sets the drying module 14 to dry the tableware within the third preset time period, wherein the third preset time period is pre-stored in the memory 16, and the third preset time period is a value obtained by the tester through multiple drying tests. In the drying process, the camera 15 continuously photographs the humidity sensor 11 to obtain a sixth image of the humidity sensor 11 and transmits the sixth image to the processor 13 for analysis and processing, so that the processor 13 can continuously obtain the internal humidity of the dishwasher and compare the internal humidity with the first humidity threshold value in the drying process, if the internal humidity is determined to be smaller than the first humidity threshold value by the processor 13 according to the display color analysis processing result of the humidity sensor 11 before a third preset time period, the processor 13 controls the drying module 14 to stop drying, controls the dishwasher to exit the drying mode, and avoids energy waste and improves the use cost of the dishwasher; similarly, if the processor 13 determines that the internal humidity of the dishwasher is still greater than the first humidity threshold according to the display color analysis processing result of the humidity sensor 11 after the third preset time period is reached, it indicates that the drying module 14 is not performing effective drying on the tableware, at this time, the drying module 14 fails, and the processor 13 controls the drying module 14 to stop working and controls the dishwasher to exit the drying mode.
After the dishwasher enters a maintenance mode, under the condition that the internal humidity is determined to be smaller than a third humidity threshold value, the processor 13 acquires a seventh image inside the dishwasher, analyzes and processes the seventh image, and determines whether tableware is abnormal according to an analysis and processing result, wherein the seventh image is an image of the tableware shot by the camera 15 after the dishwasher enters the maintenance mode, the abnormality refers to the condition that the tableware grows bacterial plaque, mildew and the like, in order to ensure that the tableware is in a clean and sanitary state when a user uses the tableware, the dishwasher is controlled to wash the tableware after the processor 13 determines that the tableware is abnormal, and the tableware is dried in a drying mode after the washing is finished; if the tableware is not abnormal, the dishwasher continues to maintain the tableware.

Example 4
The dishwasher can generate peculiar smells of different sources after being used for a certain time, such as peculiar smells emitted by pollutants of tableware (for example, peculiar smells generated by hot pepper, jam and the like), peculiar smells generated in the washing process and chemical reaction of the detergent, and peculiar smells generated by foreign matters such as insects entering the inside due to the fact that the dishwasher is not used for a long time and is not cleaned completely in the maintenance process. To solve the above problems, fig. 4 schematically shows a flow chart of an odor removing method for a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 4, in embodiment 4 of the present invention, there is provided an odor removing method for a dishwasher, specifically, the method comprising the steps of:
step 401, determining that the dishwasher enters a maintenance mode;
402, acquiring an odor value inside the dishwasher;
step 403, determining whether the odor value matches with one of at least one odor reference value stored in advance;
step 404, determining that new odor is generated in the dishwasher under the condition that the odor value is determined not to be matched with any one of the at least one odor reference value;
and step 405, controlling the dishwasher to treat the new smell.
After the dish washer user put into dish washer with the tableware, dish washer washs the tableware earlier and dries inside tableware, and after washing and drying operation are accomplished, treater 13 controls dish washer entering maintenance mode again and maintains inside tableware, makes the tableware keep clean, sanitary state, promotes user's use comfort. Specifically, when a user starts to put dishes into the dishwasher, the odor sensor 12 detects odor values inside the dishwasher at preset intervals, that is, the odor sensor 12 always detects odor values inside the dishwasher during the processes of opening the dishwasher, putting dishes into the dishwasher, closing the dishwasher, washing, stopping washing, maintaining and standing unused, and transmits the detection results to the memory 16 for storage after the detection is completed, the odor values detected at the above stages are respectively defined as W1, W2 and W3 … Wn, where Wn is the odor value of the dishwasher after the dishes are washed, and the processor 13 can retrieve the detection results of the above odor sensor 12 from the memory 16 and draw a odor change curve.
After the dishwasher enters the maintenance mode, the odor value inside the dishwasher is detected by the odor sensor 12 at preset intervals and transmitted to the processor 13, wherein the odor value detected by the odor sensor 12 at this time is defined as Wn +1, and the processor 13 matches the odor value inside the dishwasher with the prestored odor reference values (i.e., W1, W2, W3 … Wn) one by one after acquiring the odor value, i.e., determines that the odor value does not match any of the at least one odor reference value in the case that it is determined that the deviation of the odor value from any of the at least one odor reference value exceeds a preset deviation, wherein the preset deviation is defined as Δ W. In order to further increase the matching efficiency, in this embodiment, Wn is taken as a main reference value, and is matched with Wn +1, if | Wn +1-Wn | Δ W, it is determined that the odor value is not matched with the odor reference value, and it is further determined that a new odor is generated in the dishwasher, and in order to ensure a good maintenance environment and improve the user comfort, the processor 13 controls the dishwasher to process the new odor in the case that it is determined that the new odor is generated in the dishwasher; in order to further enhance the correctness of the detection of the new smell, Wn +1 is matched with W1, W2 and W3 … Wn from back to front, if Wn +1 is successfully matched with any one of W1, W2 and W3 … Wn, the smell generated inside the dishwasher can be determined not to be the new smell, and the stage of generating the smell can be further locked, at this time, the processor 13 can perform targeted processing on the stage of generating the smell to avoid generating the smell again, and the intelligence degree of the dishwasher is improved.
In order to further improve the accuracy of detecting the new smell when the smell value is matched with the prestored smell reference value to determine that the new smell is generated, the processor 13 obtains the time length T from the beginning of the dishwasher entering the maintenance mode to the time when the new smell is generated, namely the time length T from the beginning of the dishwasher maintaining to the time when the new smell is generated, and compares the time length T with a preset time length Tmax, wherein the preset time length Tmax is stored in the memory 16 and is a value obtained by a tester through a plurality of tests. If the processor 13 determines that the duration T is greater than the preset duration Tmax according to the comparison result of the duration T and the preset duration Tmax, it is indicated that the odor may be caused by mildew due to residues left on the dishes, at this time, in order to ensure that the dishes are clean and clean, the processor 13 controls the dishwasher to re-wash the dishes, further, the odor value inside the dishwasher is detected again after the dishes are re-washed, and the newly detected odor value replaces the original Wn, so that the real-time performance of data of odor reference values such as W1, W2, W3 … Wn and the like can be further ensured, and the efficiency of odor detection of the dishwasher is improved; if the processor 13 determines that the time length T is less than the preset time length Tmax according to the comparison result of the time length T and the preset time length Tmax, it indicates that the odor is possibly generated due to unsmooth ventilation in the dishwasher, and at this time, the processor 13 controls the dishwasher to start an exhaust system to ventilate the interior of the dishwasher to eliminate the odor in the dishwasher.
Before the dishwasher in this embodiment enters the maintenance mode, the drying method in embodiment 1 or embodiment 2 may be used to dry the dishware in the dishwasher, the maintenance method in embodiment 3 may be used to maintain the dishware, and the method in this embodiment may be used to remove the odor during the maintenance process.
