The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following application examples.
The embodiment of the application provides a cleaning method, which is applied to a cleaning device, and referring to fig. 2, the cleaning device comprises the following components: treater, shooting device, spray arm, motor, water pump and pan isolated space. The cleaning process of this example is as follows:
first, a maximum value of water pressure P1, a maximum value of water temperature T1, a maximum rotation speed of the spray arm S1, a minimum washing time TT, an increased water pressure Δ P, and an increased rotation speed Δ S of the spray arm are obtained. The camera shoots a photo, whether a cookware exists in the cookware space is judged, and if the cookware exists, the cookware washing mode is entered.
Next, when entering the pot washing mode, the temperature of the water is kept constant at the maximum value T1, the rotation speed of the spray arm is (S1 x 3)/4, and the pressure of the water is (P1 x 3)/4.
And thirdly, when the washing time reaches TT, discharging hot water, washing the space of the pot with normal-temperature water, taking a picture, judging whether the pot is washed cleanly or not through the picture, and if the pot is not washed cleanly, increasing the rotating speed of the spray arm by delta S to carry out secondary washing. And detecting whether the cleaning is not carried out, and continuing to increase the rotating speed of the spray arm until the rotating speed of the spray arm reaches the maximum value.
And finally, after the rotating speed of the spray arm reaches the maximum value, if the washing is not carried out, the pressure of the water is increased by delta P, and the washing is continued. If not, the water pressure is increased until a maximum value of the water pressure is reached. At the moment, the pot is washed for 2TT time, and the pot washing mode is quitted after the time is up. And the pot washing mode is exited whenever the pot is washed cleanly.
It should be noted that, during washing, the pan space is closed, and when a camera is needed to take a picture, the pan space is needed to discharge hot water and the hot water is needed to take a picture through the transparent window of the pan space. When washing, the temperature of water is kept constant, and the washing is completed by adjusting the rotating speed of the spray arm and the pressure of the water.
In the application embodiment, the pot is easy to wash clean by using the high-temperature water in the pot space; the cookware is isolated from other tableware, so that the washing of the cookware has no influence on other tableware; meanwhile, the mode of firstly adjusting the rotating speed of the spray arm and then adjusting the pressure of water is adopted, so that the pressure of water in the space of the cookware is not too high, and the coating of the cookware is not damaged.
In washing the cookware, the cookware may be divided into coated cookware and uncoated cookware according to the type of the cookware with no coating. Among them, the pot with a coating is the most difficult to wash of all tableware due to its use characteristics.
The damage to the coated cookware is mainly damage to the coating. For the pan with the coating, the pan needs to bear smaller washing pressure, otherwise, the washing pressure is too large, and the coating can be easily washed away by the impact of water. Therefore, it is necessary to use different washing modes for the pot with or without the coating layer when washing.
Based on this, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the pot is cleaned, it may be determined that the pot has no coating, and specifically, the presence or absence of the coating may be detected and identified by using ultrasonic waves. Wherein the frequency of the ultrasound varies greatly with the coating. Secondly, to protect the coating, the pressure of the water may be reduced to within a certain pressure range. Wherein this pressure can be set much lower than the normal washing pressure.
The embodiment of the invention can identify whether the pot has the coating or not, and when the pot is identified to have the coating, the pot is cleaned by using the cleaning medium with lower pressure, so that the coating of the pot is prevented from being damaged due to overlarge pressure of the cleaning medium.

By the technical scheme, the cookware in the cleaning equipment is detected by using ultrasonic waves to judge whether the cookware has a coating or not; under the condition that the pot is judged to have the coating, the pot is cleaned in a first mode; and under the condition that the pot is judged to have no coating, cleaning the pot by using a second mode, wherein the pressure of the cleaning medium in the first mode is lower than that in the second mode. The embodiment of the invention can identify whether the pot has the coating or not, and when the pot is identified to have the coating, the pot is cleaned by using the cleaning medium with lower pressure, so that the coating of the pot is prevented from being damaged due to overlarge pressure of the cleaning medium.
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following application examples.
The application embodiment provides a cleaning method applied to a cleaning device, and referring to fig. 4, the cleaning device comprises the following components: the device comprises a processor, a shooting device, a spraying arm, a motor, a water pump and an ultrasonic detection module. The cleaning process of this example is as follows:
first, a maximum value of water pressure P1, a maximum value of water temperature T1, a maximum rotation speed of the spray arm S1, a minimum washing time TT, an increase temperature Δ T of water, and an increase speed Δ S of rotation of the spray arm are obtained. The camera takes a picture, judges the type of the tableware, and judges whether the tableware is a cookware, if so, the cookware enters a cookware coating test.
Secondly, whether the pot is coated or not is identified by using the ultrasonic wave module, and if the pot is coated, a washing mode of the pot with the coating is entered.
Again, in the coated pot wash mode, the water pressure was kept constant at a maximum P1, the water temperature was (T1 x 3)/4 first, and the spray arm rotation speed was (S1 x 3)/4 first. And when the washing time is TT, shooting a picture, judging whether the washing is clean or not through the picture, if the washing is not clean, increasing the temperature of water by delta T, and carrying out secondary washing. And detecting if the water is not washed, and continuously increasing the temperature of the water until the maximum value of the temperature of the water is reached.
And finally, after the temperature of the water reaches the maximum value, if the water is not washed completely, increasing the rotation speed of the spray arm by delta S, and continuing washing. If the cleaning is not carried out, the rotating speed of the spray arm is continuously increased until the maximum value of the rotating speed of the spray arm is reached. At the moment, the pot is washed for 2TT time, and after the time is up, the pot with the coating is quitted from the washing mode. And the pot with the coating is removed from the washing mode whenever the pot is washed clean.
The type of pan is judged through ultrasonic detection coating to this application embodiment. If the pot is coated, the pressure value of water is kept constant, and the washing is completed by adjusting the temperature of the water and the rotating speed of the spray arm. The application embodiment protects the coating of the pot with the coating by keeping the pressure of water constant; and the double regulation through the temperature of adjusting water and spraying arm makes the washing of pan cleaner, and the washing time is longer, and the washing effect is better.
Every household now has a kind of non-stick pan with coating. Can not only keep the nutrition of food, but also avoid burning. Most painful, however, are that many dishwashers do not support washing of coated cookware, and many coated cookware is also expressly described as not being able to be placed into a dishwasher.
The non-stick pan liner coating is made of various materials (or processes), preferably and commonly used is a high molecular chemical material Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), and the characteristics of the material are mainly as follows: non-sticking, high-temp (less than or equal to 260 deg.C), antiwear and anticorrosion nature. Theoretically, the dishwasher washes the pan body by hot water at the maximum of 75 ℃, and the non-stick coating cannot be washed away. However, because of the long duration of the dishwasher, the number of washes is large, which results in thinner coatings until all are washed away. Among other things, the ph of the wash environment plays a critical role in the damage of the coating. At the same washing pressure and washing temperature, the coating is most severely damaged in an acidic environment.
Based on this, the embodiment of the invention adopts a special coating washing mode, selects an alkaline detergent to dilute an acidic environment, and monitors the ph value of the washed water environment through the ph sensor in the whole process, thereby ensuring that the ph value of the water is in a state of ph value >7 at any time. According to the embodiment of the invention, when the pot with the coating is cleaned, the cleaning medium with the pH value higher than a certain threshold value is used for cleaning the pot with the coating, so that the damage to the coating of the pot when the cleaning medium with the lower pH value is used for cleaning is avoided.
An embodiment of the present invention provides a cleaning method, as shown in fig. 5, the method includes:
step 501: determining that an article to be cleaned in a cleaning device comprises a pot with a coating;
step 502: detecting the pH value of a cleaning medium for cleaning the pot;
step 503: adding an alkaline cleaning agent according to the pH value of the cleaning medium to adjust the pH value of the cleaning medium to be higher than a first pH threshold value;
step 504: and cleaning the cookware by using the cleaning medium with the pH value adjusted.
In practice, the cleaning medium comprises water.
In practical application, the pH value of the cleaning medium can be detected by a pH value sensor.

adding alkaline cleaning agent with dosage corresponding to the pH value into the cleaning medium;
after the preset first time, re-detecting the pH value of the cleaning medium;
and in the case that the detected pH value is lower than the first pH threshold value, repeating the steps of adding the alkaline cleaning agent and detecting the pH value again until the pH value is higher than the first pH threshold value.
In practical applications, the preset first time period may be set as needed, for example, may be set to 5 minutes.
During practical application, wash the pan, except all wasing the first time of presetting at every turn, can also wash different length of time at every turn based on needs.
In practical application, the corresponding dosage of the alkaline cleaning agent is determined according to the pH value of the cleaning medium, and the dosage can be determined by adopting the following two ways:
in one embodiment, adding an alkaline cleaner to the cleaning medium in an amount corresponding to the ph of the cleaning medium comprises:
when the pH value of the cleaning medium is lower than a preset second threshold value, adding a first dose of alkaline cleaning agent;
and when the pH value of the cleaning medium is higher than a preset second threshold value and lower than a preset first threshold value, adding a second dose of alkaline cleaning agent, wherein the first dose is larger than the second dose.
In practical application, the preset second threshold is smaller than the preset first threshold, and the preset second threshold may be set as needed, for example, may be set to 3.
In practical applications, the first dose and the second dose may be set according to requirements, for example, the first dose may be set to 10 ml or 10 g, and the second dose may be set to 5 ml or 5 g.
In practice, the first and second doses may be set as multiples of the minimum dose. For example, the first dose may be set to 3 times the minimum dose and the second dose may be set to 2 times the minimum dose.
In one embodiment, adding an alkaline cleaner to the cleaning medium in an amount corresponding to the ph of the cleaning medium comprises:
the same amount of alkaline cleaner is added each time according to the pH value of the cleaning medium.
In one embodiment, the cleaning the pot with the cleaning medium having the adjusted ph value includes:
detecting the pH value of a cleaning medium in the cleaning process;
adding alkaline cleaning agent with dosage corresponding to the pH value under the condition that the pH value of the cleaning medium exceeds the preset range,
after the preset second time, re-detecting the pH value of the cleaning medium;
and under the condition that the detected pH value exceeds the preset range, repeatedly adding the alkaline cleaning agent and the step of detecting the pH value again until the detected pH value of the cleaning medium is within the preset range.
In practical applications, the preset range may be set based on requirements, for example, 6.5-7.5.
In practical application, the preset second duration may be set based on needs.
In practical application, the preset second time period may be the same as or different from the preset first time period.
In practical application, when the pH value of the cleaning medium is beyond a preset range, the alkaline cleaning agent with a corresponding dosage is added, and the following two modes can be adopted:
in one embodiment, adding an alkaline cleaner to the cleaning medium in an amount corresponding to the ph of the cleaning medium comprises:
when the pH value of the cleaning medium is lower than a preset second threshold value, adding a first dose of alkaline cleaning agent;
and when the pH value of the cleaning medium is higher than a preset second threshold value and lower than a preset first threshold value, adding a second dose of alkaline cleaning agent, wherein the first dose is larger than the second dose.
In practical application, when the pH value of the cleaning medium is lower than the preset first threshold, the alkaline cleaning agent with the corresponding dosage is added, and when the pH value of the cleaning medium is beyond the preset range, the determination mode of adding the alkaline cleaning agent with the corresponding dosage can be the same or different. For example, when the ph of the cleaning medium is lower than a preset first threshold value, and when the ph of the cleaning medium is out of a preset range, it may be set to add the same amount of alkaline cleaner each time; for another example, when the pH value of the cleaning medium is lower than the preset first threshold, the same dosage of alkaline cleaning agent is added every time; when the pH value of the cleaning medium is beyond the preset range, when the pH value of the cleaning medium is lower than a preset second threshold value, adding a first dose of alkaline cleaning agent, and when the pH value of the cleaning medium is higher than the preset second threshold value and lower than the preset first threshold value, adding a second dose of alkaline cleaning agent.
When the pan is cleaned, the following methods can be adopted to determine whether the pan is the pan with the coating:
in one embodiment, determining that an item to be cleaned within a cleaning apparatus includes a pot having a coating includes:
acquiring image data of the to-be-cleaned object, and determining that the to-be-cleaned object is a pot with a coating according to the image data.
In one embodiment, determining that the item to be cleaned within the cleaning apparatus includes a pot having a coating further comprises:
and receiving an instruction sent by a user, and determining that the to-be-cleaned object is the pot with the coating according to the instruction.
In practical application, whether the pot is a pot with a coating or not can be detected by utilizing ultrasonic waves. For example, when the frequency variation of the ultrasonic waves is large, the pot is determined to be the pot with the coating; when the frequency conversion of the ultrasonic waves is small, the pot is determined to be a pot without a coating.
In practical application, more residual kitchen waste substances may exist in the cookware before cleaning, and when more kitchen waste substances are left in the cookware, the pH value of the cleaning medium is affected, so that an error exists in the pH value measurement of the cleaning medium.
Based on this, in an embodiment, before detecting the ph of the cleaning medium for cleaning the pot, the method further includes:
the third time is preset by flushing the coated pot with a cleaning medium that does not contain an alkaline cleaner.
In practical applications, the preset third duration may be set based on the requirement, for example, twice the preset first duration.
Through the technical scheme, the to-be-cleaned object in the cleaning equipment is determined to comprise a pot with a coating; detecting the pH value of a cleaning medium for cleaning the pot; adding an alkaline cleaning agent according to the pH value of the cleaning medium to adjust the pH value of the cleaning medium to be higher than a first pH threshold value; and cleaning the cookware by using the cleaning medium with the pH value adjusted.
The present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the following application examples.
The application embodiment provides a cleaning method. The cleaning process of this example is as follows:
step 1: the ph sensor is initialized and the user is waited to initiate the washing mode.
Step 2: the washing mode of the coated dishes is entered if the user inputs or the image recognizes the coated pot. Waiting for the washing button to be turned on.
And step 3: the washing is started, enough clean water is firstly used for pre-washing the whole tableware, large and easily-washed pollutants are washed away firstly, the washing is stopped after a certain time T1, and the PH value of the sewage is detected to be p 1.
And 4, step 4: according to the p1 value, if the sewage is acidic, the pollutant is partial acid, an alkaline detergent needs to be added, and the usage amount of the detergent is calculated so that the current p1+ p > 7.
And 5: and discharging pre-washed sewage, injecting clean water again, adding the amount of the detergent calculated in the step 4, washing for a certain time T2, and stopping washing. The ph of the water was again checked. If it is still slightly acidic, then it is necessary to repeat back to step 4 until the ph of the aqueous environment is > 7.
Step 6: and then enters a normal washing mode, and the dishwasher cycles washing for a predetermined time. The ph sensor monitors the current value in real time, and since the ph value of the circulating water environment fluctuates up and down, a delta p can be added, namely, a ph range is set. The current ph value is considered not to be detrimental to the coating as long as it fits within the 7 ± Δ p range. Once outside this range, the washing can be stopped and the required detergent dosage calculated directly until the ph value meets the range.
And 7: and (4) finishing washing and exiting the mode.
The acidic water environment is easy to damage the coating, and the alkaline environment is beneficial to protecting the coating. Thus, the alkaline detergent is used to neutralize the acidic aqueous environment, thereby maintaining the aqueous environment at a suitable ph. In this embodiment, the total amount of detergent to be added is determined by pre-washing in the first stage and roughly calculating the ph value. Then the pre-washing in the second stage is carried out to ensure the correctness of the detergent calculated in the first stage. Finally, fine detergent real-time adjustment can be carried out in the circulating washing process. Through real-time supervision ph value, utilize preceding 2 stages to calculate the washing volume, at last the fine setting control ceaselessly for the coating of pan is not fragile. Especially in the shuffled dish washer, it is difficult to protect the coating of the pot by controlling the temperature and pressure, and it is easy to protect the coating of the pot by controlling the ph value using the alkaline detergent.
